Taking a view of joining by welding the IN713C to SCM440 and SCM415 steel in production of turbochargers, the frictin welding process may be utilized as a new approach for joining them of other conventional welding processes. It is because the friction welding has more technical and technical and economic advantages than the other welding processes. As this welding process has the characteristics such as curtaliment of production time and materials and cost reduction, etc.. So, this paper deals with determining the preper friction welding condition and analyzing various mechanical properties of friction welded joints of the super heat resisting steel to alloy stee(IN713C to SCM440 and SCM415). And the in-process real-time weld quality evaluation technique by acoustic emission during friction welding of IN713C to SCM440 and SCM415 steels with higher confidence and relibility has been much required even though it might be the first trial approach for developing it. Then, this first study aimed to develop the optimization of dissimilar friction welding of heat resisting steels (INC713 to SCM440, SCM415) for turbine, considering on strength and toughness.

기업은 날이 갈수록 심화되는 경쟁 환경에 대비하기 위해 많은 공급업체들과의 협력관계를 점차 강화해나가고 있다. 정보기술이 발전함에 따라 기업들은 SCM (Supply Chain Management)을 도입하여 이를 실현해나가고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 정교한 관리를 위해 프로세스 간의 통합을 통해 하나의 글로벌 프로세스로서 SCM을 관리할 필요가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 프로세스를 하나의 객체로서 관리하는 BPM (Business Process Management)을 활용하여 SCM을 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 그러나, 지금까지의 BPM은 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화 및 통제 등에 주력해왔기 때문에, 전체 프로세스 관점에서 이를 효율적으로 실행하는 기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, BPM을 통해 SCM 프로세스를 단순히 자동화하여 실행한다면, 각 참여 업체들이 글로벌 프로세스의 관점에서 효율적으로 업무를 수행하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는, 각 공급업체들이 전체 프로세스 관점에서 효율적으로 업무를 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 통해 각 업체들은 전체 프로세스 내 관련 경로의 긴급도 및 관련 업무의 우선처리순위 정보를 제공 받을 수 있다. 따라서, 관련 정보를 토대로 각자의 업무를 수행하기만 하면, 글로벌 SCM 프로세스의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

The SCM is on the effective treatment solution that has process schedule, material supplying, inventory management for perfect product these days. The SCM is innovative process activity to attain effective whole. It depends on the structure of approach because supplying network is consist of organization, budgeting, responsibility and authority. The major objective of the thesis was to propose the integration model and structure method technique of the SCM. Thus, to implement strategy model, firstly, it is determined repairs and non-effectiveness of supplying network. secondly, to set up future vision and goal, it is considered success factor of supplying net. thirdly, no gaps introduce between present and future of supplying net fourthly as above-mentioned consequence, Alternative is to set up integration and implementing model according to enterprise administration strategy .

This study constructs a causal relationship model of balance scorecard(BSC) performance in supply chain management(SCM). According to the results, the sample companies show the causal relationship of learning and growth performance, internal process performance, customer performance, and financial Performance indices in SCM. And this study implies that BSC performance indices gives, through direct causal relations among them, impact on the ultimate financial performance of firms.

An outcome-based curriculum or competency-based curriculum is regarded to be one of the mainstream curricula to make students centered. It is believed to be able to support a flexible, time-independent curriculum. However, it is not easy for the curriculum developers to convert from the traditional curriculum to an competency-based curriculum. Traditional medicines including Sasang constitutional medicine(SCM) have been on the verge of transforming their curricula. Considering the contents of the clinical skills in terms of an outcome-based curriculum in SCM, at least five categories needs to be covered. First, curriculum developers need to consider the understanding of relevant diseases concerning SCM although SCM could be used as the method to treat all kinds of diseases. Second, curriculum developers facilitate the students to diagnose patients' SCM types. Third, curriculum developers conduct the establishment of competencies to understand the patterns of SCM symptomology. Fourth, curriculum developers develop the diverse treatment methods and procedures to make students participate. Fifth, curriculum developers make students teach and consult their patients in terms of SCM regimen. Development of the clinical skill contents in detail depends on the situation of each colleges. Competency-based medical curriculum in SCM could influence on the management of the curriculum quality.

Through SCM modeling, we found that the depletion layer in silicon was of a form of a spherical capacitor with the SCM tip biased. Two-dimensional (2D) finite differential method code with a successive over relaxation (SOR) solver has been developed to model the measurements by SCM of a semiconductor wafer that contains an ion-implanted impurity region. Then, we theoretically analyzed the spherical capacitor and determined the total depleted-volume charge Q, capacitance C, and the rate of capacitance change with bias dC/dV. It is very important to observe the depleted carriers' movement in the silicon layer by applying the bias to the tip. So, we calculated the depleted-volume charge, considering different factors such as tip size, oxide thickness, and applied bias (dc+ac), which have an influence on potential and depletion charges.

The pharmaceutical industry is an industry that provides medicines related to the health and life of the people. The pharmaceutical industry is a traditional regulation industry with the characteristics of R&D(Research and Development), purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and consumption under strict government management. Until now, pharmaceutical companies have continued to make efforts to maintain competitiveness through patent management, new product development, and marketing. However, industries are rapidly changing, including rising costs for developing new products and expanding generic markets. As these changes and uncertainties in the management environment increase, efforts are required to improve the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry from a new perspective. In this study, we intend to examine the impact of SCM(Supply Chain Management) dynamic capability of pharmaceutical companies on corporate performance through partnerships to respond to market changes and uncertainties. It was determined that the agility, visibility and flexibility that constitutes the SCM dynamic capabilities would affect the performance of pharmaceutical companies. In this study, the importance of SCM dynamic capabilities and cooperative relationships was identified through surveys by SCM managers of pharmaceutical companies. Consequently, in the pharmaceutical industry, which is a regulatory industry, we have identified that SCM dynamic capabilities and cooperative relationships with partner companies have a significant impact on corporate performance.

On the SCM network, there are two type of company, the one which has the powerful position in the decision process is called the leader, and the other company which reacts to the leader's decision is called the follower. This relationship structure effect on the partnership. Therefore this study suggested a research model which would explain the relationship among the bargaining power, partnership, information quality, SCM features. The 116 sets of data collected, which companies use SCM, were tested against the model using SPSS 23 and smartPLS 3.2.3. The results of this study are as follows. First, Bargaining Power had an effect on Influence, Partnership, Information Quality. Second, Influence didn't have an effect on the Partnership and Information Quality. Third, Partnership had an effect on the Information Quality and SCM Flexibility, Agility, Uncertainty Control. Forth, Information Quality had and an effect on the SCM Flexibility, Agility.

Recently, We will analyzed the effects of supply chain management(SCM) execution factors on the competitive advantage, focusing on display industry, which is the most intense sectors in global competition. It is important for global companies to secure corporate agility to actively respond to rapid changes in the market. This study examines whether business agility influences competitive advantage and plays a mediating role between performance and competitive advantage considering market situation.. As a result, it was analyzed that three variables of strategic factors such as strategic partnership, information sharing, and information technology have statistically significant effects on firm agility and competitive advantage. Also, it is proved that corporate agility is mediating effect on SCM execution factor and competitive advantage. This study suggests that SCM in global manufacturing industry is a Business Management System(MIS) that must be operated in enterprise management.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the concordance rate of the diagnostic results among Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) specialists. 2. Methods We carried out two studies in order to investigate the concordance rate of the diagnostic results between SCM specialists. We calculated the kappa value for analyzing concordance rate(using the SPSS program). 1) Study A : We investigated 142 clients who had taken health examinations and diagnosis of Sasang constitution from March 9, 2005 to March 29, 2005 at a health examination center of Kyung-Hee medical center. Every SCM specialist diagnosed 142 clients directly. Each SCM specialist don’t know the other specialist’s diagnosis. 2) Study B : We investigated 176 clients who had taken health examinations and diagnosis of Sasang constitution from January 2005 to March 2005 at the department of Occupational and Environmental medicine of Kyung-Hee medical center. One SCM specialist diagnosed 176 clients directly and the other specialist knowing previous specialist’s diagnosis, diagnosed each person indirectly 3. Results 1) The concordance rate of the diagnostic results among SCM specialists in study A was relatively high(kappa value=0.700). 2) The concordance rate of the diagnostic results among SCM specialists in study B was high(kappa value=0.895). 4. Conclusions We can confirm the concordance rate of the diagnostic results among SCM specialists is relatively high.
