A systematic review was conducted in compliance with PRISMA statement standards to identify all studies reporting outcomes of laparoscopic resection of benign or malignant lesions located in caudate lobe of liver. Pooled outcome data were calculated using random-effects models. A total of 196 patients from 12 studies were included. Mean operative time, volume of intraoperative blood loss, and length of hospital stay were 225 minutes (95% confidence interval [CI], 181-269 minutes), 134 mL (95% CI, 85-184 mL), and 7 days (95% CI, 5-9 days), respectively. The pooled risk of need for intraoperative transfusion was 2% (95% CI, 0%-5%). It was 3% (95% CI, 1%-6%) for conversion to open surgery, 6% (95% CI, 0%-19%) for need for intra-abdominal drain, 1% (95% CI, 0%-3%) for postoperative mortality, 2% (95% CI, 0%-4%) for biliary leakage, 2% (95% CI, 0%-4%) for intra-abdominal abscess, 1% (95% CI, 0%-4%) for biliary stenosis, 1% (95% CI, 0%-3%) for postoperative bleeding, 1% (95% CI, 0%-4%) for pancreatic fistula, 2% (95% CI, 1%-5%) for pulmonary complications, 1% (95% CI, 0%-4%) for paralytic ileus, and 1% (95% CI, 0%-4%) for need for reoperation. Although the available evidence is limited, the findings of the current study might be utilized for hypothesis synthesis in future studies. They can be used to inform surgeons and patients about estimated risks of perioperative complications until a higher level of evidence is available.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the Astragali radix Pharmacopuncture on improvement of senile osteoporosis (Type 2) in SAM P6. Methods : At 10 weeks after birth, Astragali radix Pharmacopunctures were given 100mL, 200mL/kg/day, i.p. 3times a week for 4 weeks at $CV_{12}$ in SAM P6 mice. We measured complete blood cells (CBC) such as RBC, HGB, Hct, PLT, MPB and MCHC. And we analyzed the plasma concentrations of blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, inorganic phosphate and total iron. In addition, we tested bone mineral density (BMD) using the soft X-ray. Results : The results were as follows. 1. At $CV_{12}$ in SAM P6, treatments of Astragali radix Pharmacopuncture were showed a trend of increase in bone mineral density (BMD) of the vertebrae lumbales, femurand tibia in P6 mice. 2. At $CV_{12}$ in SAM P6, treatment of Astragali radix Pharmacopuncture increased in RBC, HB, HCT and PLT, in comparison with control group. It was also found that the inorganic phosphate levels increased in the treatment on groups of the Astragali radix Pharmacopuncture from that of the control group, but blood urea nitrogen was no significant. Conclusions : These results are suggested that at $CV_{12}$ the Astragali radix Pharmacopuncture help on improvement of osteoporosis in SAMs.
We measure the topology of the galaxy distribution using the Seventh Data Release of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS DR7), examining the dependence of galaxy clustering topology on galaxy properties. The observational results are used to test galaxy formation models. A volume-limited sample defined by Mr<-20.19 enables us to measure the genus curve with amplitude of G=378 at 6h-1Mpc smoothing scale, with 4.8% uncertainty including all systematics and cosmic variance. The clustering topology over the smoothing length interval from 6 to 10h-1Mpc reveals a mild scale-dependence for the shift and void abundance (A_V) parameters of the genus curve. We find strong bias in the topology of galaxy clustering with respect to the predicted topology of the matter distribution, which is also scale-dependent. The luminosity dependence of galaxy clustering topology discovered by Park et al. (2005) is confirmed: the distribution of relatively brighter galaxies shows a greater prevalence of isolated clusters and more percolated voids. We find that galaxy clustering topology depends also on morphology and color. Even though early (late)-type galaxies show topology similar to that of red (blue) galaxies, the morphology dependence of topology is not identical to the color dependence. In particular, the void abundance parameter A_V depends on morphology more strongly than on color. We test five galaxy assignment schemes applied to cosmological N-body simulations to generate mock galaxies: the Halo-Galaxy one-to-one Correspondence (HGC) model, the Halo Occupation Distribution (HOD) model, and three implementations of Semi-Analytic Models (SAMs). None of the models reproduces all aspects of the observed clustering topology; the deviations vary from one model to another but include statistically significant discrepancies in the abundance of isolated voids or isolated clusters and the amplitude and overall shift of the genus curve. SAM predictions of the topology color-dependence are usually correct in sign but incorrect in magnitude.
SEAD 임무는 SSJ(Self Screening Jamming), SOJ(Stand Off Jamming) 상황 하에서 적 지역으로 침투하여 HARM(High Speed Anti Radiation Missile)을 발사하는 단계까지로 한다.
