본 논문에서는 성층권 통신 시스템(HAPS)과 NGSO 시스템간 간섭 영향을 두 가지의 경우로 나누어서 분석한다. 한가지는 HAPS시스템이 NGSO시스템에 미치는 간섭이며, 다른 한가지는 NGSO시스템이 HAPS 시스템에 미치는 간섭영향이다. 먼저 LEO 이동국이 받는 간섭은 LEO와 HAPS의 사용자 수가 같을 경우는 -8.82dB로 초과를 하였으나, 1/10, 1/100일 때는 각각 -16.9dB, -20.3dB로 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. HAPS 이동국이 받는 간섭의 경우에는 LEO위성이 87$^{\circ}$ 일 때 LEO와 HAPS 사용자가 동일일 경우는 2200명인 경우에서부터 간섭 기준을 초과하지만 HAPS사용자가 LEO의 1/10, 1/100인 경우는 간섭 기준을 초과하지 않음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 간섭의 영향을 줄이기 위해서는 두 시스템의 송신 전력과 사용자 수 그리고 셀 반경의 적절한 설정이 중요하다.

This paper describes the measurement of the underwater noises produced by the engine vibration around the engine room of stern trawler MIS Sae-Ba-Da(2275GT, 3,600 PS) and pole kner M/S Kwan-Ak-San (243 GT, 1000 PS) while the ship is stopping. The underwater noise pressure level was measured with the underwater level meter of which measuring range is 100 to 200 dB(re bLPa). A and B denotes the maximum pressure level measured at right beneath the bottom of the engine room, while the main engine of the Sae-Ba-Da revoluted at 750 and 500 rpm, respectively. C denotes that of the main engine of the Kwan-Ak-San revoluted at 350 rpm, and D that of the generator of the Sae-Ba-Da revoluted at 720 rpm. Thus A, B, C and D were set for the standard sound source for the experiment. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The noise Pressure level at A, B, C and D were 170.5,165,153 and 158dB, respectively. 2. When the check points distanted vertically 1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50m from the sound source, the underwater noise presure levels were 170.5, 155, 148, 144 and 138 dB and the directional angle was 116\ulcorner in case of A. 3. The sound level attenuated at the rate of 20dB per 10" meters of the horizontal distance from the sound sources. 4. The frequency distribution of the noise was 100Hz to 10KHz and predominant frequency was 700 to 800Hzminant frequency was 700 to 800Hz

100Mbps의 전송속도를 만족하는 TDMA 방식의 전송 방식의 MAC을 연구중이다. 현재까지 진행된 MAC에 대한 간단한 소개와 또 MAC 프레임의 구조를 설명하고 이를 개발하기 위하여 11Mbps급의 IEEE 802 11b 모뎀을 활용한 방법에 대하여 설명한다.

Entomogenous fungi의 수집된 14균주를 대상으로 종내 그룹의 상호 유연관계를 분석하고자 자실체 및 불완전세대의 형태적, 배양적 특징 관찰과 RAPD 검정을 실시하였다. Paecilomyces tenuipes는 수 없이 많은 흰색 분생포자가 자실체에 불어 눈꽃모양을 나타냈으며, 곤봉형 phialides위에 구형 또는 타원형의 분생포자가 연쇄상을 이루었다. Cordyceps militaris는 담황색 자실체가 방망이 모양으로 번데기에서 형성되었으며, 불완전세대는 Verticillium으로 단생의 phialides에 구형의 분생포자가 Acremonium-type으로 부착되어 있었다. Beauveria bassiana는 자루에서 여러마디가 이어지며, 각 마디에서 1개씩 분생포자가 붙어있는 zigzag type이었다. 또한 이들의 배양에 적합한 배지는 PDA, SDAY이며, 평면과 단면구조로 Paecilomyces는 벨벳과 평탄, Cordyceps는 양모상과 중앙융기로 생육하였고, Beauveria는 벨벳에 밀가루를 뿌린 모양이었다. URP primer를 이용한 rDNA의 RAPD분석 결과 증폭된 산물의 크기는 100bp에서 2.0kb사이로 genomic DNA fragment는 $10{\sim}14$개이었다. UPGMA 분석에 의한 dendrogram 작성 결과 다양한 유전적 분화를 나타내었으며, 2개의 군으로 그룹화 하였다. P. tenuipes 그룹의 $94.8{\sim}100%$, C. militaris와 C. scarabaeicola, B. bassiana 그룹은 $54.3{\sim}$100%의 상동성을 보였다. 또한 완전세대의 자실체를 형성하는 C. militaris 그룹은 불완전세대인 P. tenuipes와 B. bassiana보다 종내의 변화의 폭이 컸으며, 종내의 세분화가 이루어졌다.

To compare the extent of heat treatment in domestic infant formula, pH,titratable acidity, undenatured whey protein contents, HMF contents and protein-reducing substances of three commercial products (A, B, C) were measured. The pH of B products was lowest and the titratable acidity of B product was highest. The contents of undenatured whey protein per 100ml serum were 0∼30mg(A products), 90∼130mg(B products)and 80∼90mg(C products), respectively. Distinct differences of undenatured whey protein contents according to the manufacturer and infat's stage in age could be observed. The HMF contents of tested products showed 10.9∼21.5umol/L and B-2 product(B products for the second stage of 5∼9 month) was the highest among tested products. The protein-reducing substances showed 4.46∼9.50mg K4Fe(CN)6/100ml serum nd B-2 product was the highest among tested products.

Proteasome inhibitors can improve the efficiency of cancer treatments by inhibiting nuclear factor ${\kappa}B$($NF-{\kappa}B$) activation in cancer cells. Lentils are a type of beans of which consumption of such beans is increasing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of lentils extract (LE) on the proteasomal activities, $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation, and cell cycle in HepG2 human liver cancer cells. LE treatments inhibited proteasomal activities at concentrations of 10, 50, and $100{\mu}g/mL$ respectively, and repressed $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation at concentrations of 1, 10, and $100{\mu}g/mL$ respectively, in HepG2 cells. LE treatments at concentrations of 1, 10, and $100{\mu}g/mL$ respectively, increased sub-G1 cell population in HepG2 cells, which may be the result of apoptosis. The results suggest that LE inhibited $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation partially with its proteasome inhibitory activities, and the increase of sub-G1 cell population was induced partially, by inhibition of $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation in HepG2 cells.

Histological changes, distributions and relative frequencies of bovine Sp-1/chromogranin (bCG)-, serotonin-, gastrin-, cholecystokinin-8(CCK-8)-, somatostatin-, S-100 protein-, polypeptide YY(PYY)- and glucagon-immunoreactive cells were investigated in the gizzard and pylorus of the chicken embryos from 10 days of incubation to hatching. Histologically, the pseudostratified columnar epithelium were observed from 10 days of incubation to 15 days of incubation, thereafter these epithelium were differentiated to simple columnar epithelium, gastric gland and/or mucosal gland. In the gizzard, bCG-immunoreactive cells were observed from 19 days of incubation and S-100 protein-immunoreactive cells were detected from 15 days of incubation to 18 days of incubation. No serotonin-, gastrin-, CCK-8-, somatostatin-, PYY- and glucagon-immunoreactive cells were found in this region. In the pylorus, bCG-, gastrin- and somatostatin-immunoreactive cells were observed from 16 days of incubation respectively, thereafter these cells were increased with ages. CCK-8-immunoreactive cells were detected on hatching and S-100 protein-immunoreactive cells were detected from 16 days of incubation to 18 days of incubation. No serotonin-, PYY- and glucagon-immunoreactive cells were observed in this region.
