This study analyzed the influence of online consumers' shopping values on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The shopping values in this paper include the utilitarian-, hedonic-, and social engagement-shopping values. The hypothesized research model was proposed based on five main constructs: three shopping values, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This study tested the hypothesized model using the data from 182 consumers who purchased accommodation products over the last six months. The findings showed that consumers' shopping values have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, the customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Online accommodation booking sites need to make efforts to recognize the consumers' different shopping values and social influences to use a website as a tool for managing customer relationships.
The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of family resilience on the positive attitudes toward a children with disabilities of non-disabled siblings. For this purpose, a survey data was collected from 110 siblings with disabled children. Purpose: Screening of preschool-age children for nutrition programs to improve dietary intake and behaviors requires cost-effective and easily administered validated assessment tools. The purpose of this study was to develop a parent/caregiver-administered instrument for measuring diet quality and behaviors of preschoolers as a nutrition quotient for preschoolers (NQ-P). Methods: Development of NQ-P was carried out in three steps: item generation, item reduction, and validation. The 24-h dietary record was selected as the gold standard reference tool. The 38 items of the NQ-P checklist were derived from a systematic literature review, expert in-depth interviews, statistical analysis of the fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data, and national nutrition policies and recommendations. Self-administered questionnaires were delivered to parents who recorded 24-h dietary intakes of 100 responders aged 3~5 yr. Pearson's correlation was used to measure the level of agreement between questionnaires. Item reduction was performed, and 20 items were selected based on survey results, expert reviews, and priorities of national nutrition policy and recommendations. The 412 nationwide subjects sampled through daycare centers completed the 20-item checklist questionnaire. The construct validity of the NQ-P was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis, LISREL. Results: After analyses of exploratory factors, NQ-P items identified three dimensions of diet (balance, moderation, and environment). The three-factor structure accounted for 49.28% of the total variance. Standardized path coefficients were used as weights of the items. The NQ-P and three-factor scores of the subjects were calculated by the obtained weights of the questionnaire items. Conclusion: A food behavior checklist for preschoolers' NQ would be a useful and suitable instrument for evaluating nutrition adequacy and dietary quality of Korean preschoolers.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a valid instrument for measuring the dietary quality and behaviors of Korean elderly. Methods: The development of the Nutrition Quotient for Elderly (NQ-E) was conducted in three steps: item generation, item reduction, and validation. The 41 items of the NQ-E checklist were derived from a systematic literature review, expert in-depth interviews, statistical analyses of the fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data, and national nutrition policies and recommendations. Pearson's correlation was used to determine the level of agreement between the questionnaires and nutrient intake level, and 24 items were selected for a nationwide survey. A total of 1,000 nationwide elderly subjects completed the checklist questionnaire. The construct validity of the NQ-E was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis, LISREL. Results: The nineteen checklist items were used as final items for NQ-E. Checklist items were composed of four-factors: food behavior (6 items), balance (4 items), diversity (6 items), and moderation (3 items). The standardized path coefficients were used as the weights of the items. The NQ-E and four-factor scores were calculated according to the obtained weights of the questionnaire items. Conclusion: NQ-E would be a useful tool for assessing the food behavior and dietary quality of the elderly.
The Seventh Curriculum makes sure that those students who don't have a proper understanding of contents required at a certain stage take a remedial course. But a trend contrary to the intention is formed since there is no systematic education for such a course and thus more students get to fall into the group of low achievement. In particular, solving a simultaneous equation in a rote way without understanding influences negatively students' achievement. Schoenfeld introduced the basic elements of one's own mathematical problem solving process and behavior, referred to Polya's. Employing Schoenfeld's strategy, this study aimed to induce students' active participation in math classes, as well as to focus on a mathematical problem solving process during the study. Two students were selected from a remedial course at 00 Middle School and administered with a qualitative case study method over 17 lessons, each of which lasted for 30 minutes. In the beginning, they used such knowledge as facts and definitions a lot. There was a tendency of their resorting to intuitive knowledge more when they lacked basic knowledge or met with a difficult question. As the lessons were given, however, they improved their ability to implement algorithm procedures and used more familiar ones with the developed common procedures in the area of resources.
Accurate and rapid evaluation of the nutritional quality of Korean straws is important because of the recent increase in the use of these feedstuffs in Korean. The aim of the study was to establish with relationships between ruminal fermentation of Korean straws and in vitro gas production using a pressure transducer. The pressure transducer system includes pressure censors, AD board, LED monitor, and the computer with real-time graphics. Both gas production and DM digestibility data were fitted into the exponential equation P = a + b (1-e-$1-e^{-ct}$). The initial rate of gas production was highest for rice straw, followed by barley straw and wheat straw. The gas production rate of constant (c) in gas production for rice straw, wheat straw, and barley straw were 3.8, 2.5, and 2.5 $%h^{-1}$, respectively. Total VFA concentration (mM) produced after 72h incubation was similar among three Korean straws, even though was variable during the early (12h) fermentation. Volume of gas production was related (P> 0.05: r = 0.76 to 0.83) to DM disappearance and also strongly related (p< 0.05: r = 0.91 to 0.98) to VFA concentration at all incubation times. Linear correlation showed between gas production and DM disappearance and VFA by in vitro will be matched in in vivo digestibility.
In the mid-2000s, Web 2.0 appears and is becoming a general cultural code with the keyword of participation, sharing, and openness. Web 2.0, in which consumption is being transformed by the participatory web culture, has evolved. However, associated with the evolution of Web 2.0, several significant concerns appears in a society. Among them, this study will focuses on the cyber-ethics issues. There are limitations to solve the cyber-ethics problems only in the technical and legal approaches. Therefore, the current article intends to consider comprehensively the antecedents of cyber-ethics such as individual characteristics, social influence, and cultural characteristics. Specifically, (1) Do individual characteristics(i.e., self-efficacy, locus of control) affect cyber-ethics in the Web 2.0 environment?, (2) Do social influence(i.e., subjective norm) have an effect on cyber-ethics?, (3) Do cyber -ethics have an impact on user participation in the Web 2.0 services(i.e., retrieval and creation)?, finally (4) Do international cultural difference have a moderation effect on the relationship between cyber-ethics and user participation? For testing empirically the hypothesized research model, this study collected questionnaires in South Korea as well as U.S.A. The results showed that individual characteristics and social influence affect cyber-ethics toward user's creative activities in Web 2.0 sites.

The performance of an air conditioner is closely related to the cooling performance of a split-type outdoor unit so that, in most of the relevant preceding studies, the independent performance of an axial fan in an outdoor unit has been studied. However, there is a lack of research on the effects of other components in an outdoor units was rarely investigated. Therefore, in this paper, the effects of the fan orifice among other parts on the flow performance of the outdoor unit was numerically investigated. A virtual fan tester consisting of 18 million grids was developed for highly resolved flow simulation. The unsteady RANS (Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes) equations are numerically solved by using finite-volume CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) techniques. In order to verify the validity of the numerical methods, the predicted P-Q curve of the cooling fan in a full outdoor unit is compared with the measured one. Optimization of orifice shape was carried out for maximum flow performance of the outdoor unit using the validated numerical method.
In the first paper of the series the five soil fertility factors were evaluated by means of principal component analysis and varimax method. They are interpreted as representing, 1) skeletal available phosporus status, 2) organnic matter status, 3) salt status 4) base status, and 5) free oxide status. In order to resynthesize such fragmented information for the overall soil fertility evaluation, the method of multiple regression analysis was adopted, using the five factor scores and yield data for Korean paddy soils as independent and dependent variables respectively. As test of linear models with different combinations of independent variables the results of t-test of regression coefficient were revealed that the organic matter status (FII) has no relevance to the yield of paddy and that the free oxides and salt supply has by it self only an insignificant contribution to the yield. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) revealed its multiple regression analysis was as low as 0.43. Introduction of quadratic terms to the linear model bettered the result. Thus multiple correlation coefficient (R) was increased as 0.59. Therefore, a coefficient of determination 0.35 was obtained by a quadratic model with interaction terms among the five fertility constituents. Generally we think that the fertility factor has more contribution to raise the rice yield in paddy and that the failure of yield prediction by fertility factor scores was caused by one of follows; 1) the roughness of the yield inspection, and 2) missextraction of fertility constituents. The second step in this study, assuming that the residuals by multiple regression analysis were due to factors other than soil fertility, we can now proceed to predicting the yield from the field characters with the classified fertility groups by means of Hayashi's theory of quantification No. 1. Such variables as fertility groups (FTYG), water availability (WATER), soil drainage (DRNG), climatic zone (CLIZ), surface soil's stickiness (STCKT), surface soil's dry consistence (DCNST), and surface soil's texture (FTEXT) are taken up as the explanatory variables. The quantification appears reasonable; the well to extremely well in soil drainage, very sticky of surface soil, inefficiency in water availability, coarse texture, and very hard to extremely hard dry consistence in soil are detrimental to the rice yield. The R was as high as 0.90 for the set of variables. But the given explanatory variables in this study were not quite effective in explaining rice yield. The method developed seems to be promising only if properly collected data are available. Conditions that should be satisfied in the yield inspection obtained from common cultivator for the purpose of deriving a prediction equation were put forward.
The aim of this study was to look for the cause of shortage of K-League spectators from a consumer's perspective and to offer solutions. For this, we offered enhancement method of the K-League spectators through dual path model based on existing relative researches. The first path involved consumer reaction to external factors of the K-League game. This path explained relational view(=we-ness) of consumers on K-League game(Hypothesis 1, 2). The second path explained personal view on K-League game. This path means consumer reaction to K-League game itself(Hypothesis 3, 4). The empirical study was based on a field survey and structural equation model. The results showed that we-ness positively affected team loyalty(Hypothesis 1) and the team loyalty positively affected spectating intentions(Hypothesis 2). It also revealed that flow of K-League game positively affected consumer satisfaction(Hypothesis 3). Finally consumer satisfaction was found to affect spectating intentions(Hypothesis 4). The significance of present study is to extend scope of research which is related with cheerleading of sports game. And this study emphasize the importance of we-ness and flow in sports game.
