본 논문에서는 일본의 (주) 동경전력이 공개한 후쿠시마 제 1 원자력발전소 2 호기 원자로건물 지하에 위치한 S/C (Suppression Chamber) 주변의 Vent 관 조사 동영상들을 분석하였다. S/C 는 donut (환형) 모양의 구조물로 PCV (격납용기) 와 연결된 8 개의 Vent 관을 통해 원자로의 압력을 억제한다. 후쿠시마 사고 원자로의 용융 핵연료를 인출하기 위해서는 원자로 압력용기 및 PCV에 물을 채워서 방사선 선량율을 떨어뜨려야 한다. 물을 채운 후에 누설이 되면 안되기 때문에, PCV 와 S/C 사이에 연결된 Vent 관에 대한 방사능 오염수의 누설지점을 찾는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위한 사전공정으로 (주) 도시바의 4 족보행 로봇 탑재 카메라를 이용하여 8 개 Vent 관 모두를 육안 검사하였다. (주) 동경전력이 공개한 영상을 분석한 결과 고선량 감마선에 의한 Speckle 들이 관측되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Speckle 분포의 특성을 분석하여 S/C 와 PCV 를 연결하는 8개 Vent 관중 방사능 오염물질이 많은 곳을 특정하고자 하였다.

MFL PIG는 빠른 속도로 주행하면서 MFL 신호를 측정하여 기록하게 된다. PIG가 주행함에 따라 MFL 신호를 왜곡시키는데 가스관에 인가되는 강한 자기장으로 인하여 가스관이 착자되어 왜곡이 발생한다. 가스관의 착자는 종방향 착자와 횡방향 착자로 나눌수 있으며, 횡방향 착자는 검출신호를 증가시키거나 감소시키는 방향으로 왜곡을 발생시키고, 종방향 착자는 인가돼는 자기장과 수직이 되므로 검출신호를 크게 왜곡시킨다. 따라서 검출신호를 보정하여 실제 결함에 의한 신호를 검출하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 가스관의 착자에 의한 영향을 분석하고 신호보정에 관하여 연구하였다.

Police questioning is police measure for acquiring information or inquiring an identification without questionee's will in order to accomplish the goal under the Police Act. However, like spear and shield, it has its own inherent limits between both sides of public power and human right and has stirred an hot issue in our society for longtime. The core problem is whether policeman can force a questionee stop when the questionee refuses policeman's stop requirement, the first step for police questioning. Some opinions argue that police questioning has somewhat effects on crime prevention and suspect arrest but people still have inconvenience and refusal from experiences of reckless police questioning in the past. Because of this, the police needs to recover people's trust on police questioning. In order to do so, in case of police questioning, human right should be superior to crime prevention or suspect arrest. This is the time's call. So when there is a police questioning, policeman's exertion of it on the questionee who refuse it should be conducted under strict conditions.

지중 전력케이블의 접속함은 금속보호관(Casing or Protective Tube)의 전기적 검토를 통해서 적정 단면적을 산정하여 고장시 고장전류를 흘려주어야 한다. 현재 국내외 금속보호관은 그 재료로서 Copper를 사용하고 있으나 현장에서의 시공성 및 취급 용이성 때문에 알루미늄 보호관으로 재질 변경이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Copper보호관과 Alumlnium보호관에서의 비교검토를 통해서 Aluminium보호관의 유효성을 검토하고 구리에서 알루미늄으로 재질 변경이 이루어 졌을 때 열적 제약조건을 고려하여 적정단면적을 재 산정한다. 또한 산정된 단면적은 단락시험을 통해서 그 유효성을 입증하였다.

본 연구는 국내 SNS 상에서 탄핵 전후를 기점으로 대통령기록관에 대한 인식변화를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 탄핵 전 중 후 대통령 기록관 관련 SNS를 수집하였으며, 프레임 분석 방법을 통해 추이를 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 대통령기록관에 대한 일반시민의 인식변화를 도출하였으며, 형성 과정을 살펴보고, 시간에 따른 프레임 형성을 비교분석하였다. 본 연구는 대통령기록관에 관련 SNS를 프레임 분석을 통해 진행하였다는 점과 시간에 따른 대통령기록관 인식변화를 비교한 기초 연구가 될 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

This study seeks into an education goal and an achievement level based on investigating relationships between NCS communication abilities and communication educations for petty officer major students. Also, the study looks deep into approriate Integrated document training materials. A goal of the petty officer's communication education, which is supposed to achieve more than the average standard is improving abilities to understand documents and create documents related to the real petty officer's life. The goal of this communication study is designed with considering the petty officers' ability factors and the detailed weekly achievement goals based on characteristics of petty officers. the proper way to reach the goal of the Integrated document training materials is constructed as three step process; Presenting subject - group activity - handing in final activity report. Also, the education is designed to write evaluation forms continuously for students to keep eyes on their achievement levels. As the importance of NCS is emphasized these days, the Integrated document training materials present the ways how this education is needed to go on, and this shows ways to improve students' document writing abilities. For the last, the study mentions a proposal for further tasks on this field.

Archives should promote services to users using various outreach service methods. Although the archives' tour program is one of the effective means of services, there has been few studies on the archival tour program. This study investigated archival tour programs and tried to suggest a desirable tour program, with the Korean Presidential Archives as a case. For this study, four U.S. Presidential Libraries' tour programs were investigated and analyzed. Also, tour programs offered in similar organizations in Korea, such as Kim Daejung Library, Diplomatic Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and National Library of Korea, were analyzed. Current tour programs offered by the Korean Presidential Archives were also analyzed and some limitations were identified. Based on the characteristics of the Korean Presidential Archives, which will be moved to independent building in Sejong City soon, desirable direction to organize tour programs for various user groups were suggested.

This study investigated how the awareness about marriage, the value of children, and the motivation for childrearing influences childbirth will in nursing students. The data was collected from May 1 to May 30, 2019, and 248 data samples were finally used for analysis. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS /WIN 22.0 program. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffe's test and multiple regression analysis were all calculated. The average of awareness about marriage was 3.39±.38, the average of the value of children was 2.72±0.39, the average motivation of childrearing was 2.73±0.78 and the average of childbirth will was 3.12±0.48. The childbirth will according to the general characteristics, was significantly different according to age (F=6.002, p=.003). Among the awareness about marriage, conservative view on marriage(r=.207, p=.001), active view on marriage(r=.226, p<.001), instrumental view on marriage(r=.181, p=.004), and motivation of childrearing(r=.283, p<.001) showed positive correlation ed with childbirth will. Childbirth will was negatively correlated with passive view on marriage (r=-.292, p<.001), and the value of children (r=-.226, p<.001). The factors affecting childbirth will of the study subjects were age(β=.155, p=.007), passive view on marriage(β=-.383, p<.001), motivation of childrearing (β=.315, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 23.6%. According to this study, it is necessary to confirm the effects of developing an intervention program and applying this program to improve the decisions of nursing students concerning marriage and having children.

KSR 3단 AKM Motor Case를 개발하기 위해 추진기관 경량화에 가장 유리하고 비강도 및 비강성이 뛰어난 복합재 연소관을 고려하여 직경 300mm급의 축소형 모델을 선행 개발하였다. Netting 이론에 의해 연소관 두께를 결정하고 체적을 최소화 하기 위해 구형으로 연소관 형상을 설계하였다. 연소관을 제작하기 위한 맨드렐은 분리, 조립식으로 설계, 적용하였고 연소관 기밀 유지 및 추진기관 연소시 연소관을 보호하기 위한 삭마성 재료로 EPDM base의 고무 내열재 조성을 개발하였다. 고무 내열재는 맨드렐 위에 적층하고 Vacuum bagging 상태로 Autoclave에서 가황하여 적용하였다. 국내 최초로 Prepreg를 사용하는 Dry process로 고무 내열재가 적층된 맨드렐 위에 Winding하고, Vacuum bagging 상태에서 경화하여 연소관을 제작하였으며, 이 때 사용한 Carbor/Epoxy Perpreg 재료의 기계적 성질 및 열특성 시험을 병행하였다. 제작된 연소관은 수압 시험을 통하여 구조적 안정성을 입증하였고, NDT 검사를 통해 재료간 계면 상태를 분석하였다. 시험이 끝난 연소관은 향후 점화기 개발을 위하여 점화제 종류 및 약량을 변경하여 점화 시험을 수행하여 점화기 개발을 위한 기초 데이터를 확보하였다.

In this research, the significance and practice on life of Dasan Jeong Yak-Young's family is reviewed. Articles, letter, poetry written by Dasan and research papers regarding to him are mainly referred for the research. Family life consciousness is divided into three sections in terms of family, food clothing and shelter life, and the economy of the family. Dasan's family life consciousness has been organized with self-management, temperance, thrift, sharing and giving for family and others. He emphasized practical efforts in daily life to realize sense of family life. First, Dasan sought self-managing and temperance as follows. He suggested attitude of careful speech and behavior, filial duty, peace within a family, reading, and training the body and mind including nice and independent temperament with being in good shape. Second, Dasan has been taught to practice the following to save money. It is important to be diligent, to live a simple life, to work hard on one's work, and to avoid extravagant behavior and heavy drinking. Third, Dasan emphasized to practice rational sharing and giving. It is to adapt to the environment, to live within one's means, to cope with difficult circumstances, not to have desire, and to practice giving. Dasan's family life consciousness includes the rules and values for implementing a welfare society. The welfare society is a society that shares good values and practices norms. In the future, the content of education should be developed to provide education about Dasan's family life consciousness. I hope this study can provide an opportunity that the moral teachings of Dasan can be handed down and practiced in relation to family life.
