As the global concerns focus on the sustainable growth, the green growth has been one of key words for the Korean government's policy trajectory. This study measures the green index for OECD countries in order to gauge and diagnose the current status of the green growth policy for Korea. The empirical results tell us that Korea's green index is relatively small and it needs to benchmark UK for improving her green policy. The contributions of the current study are to use a large set of data for green growth and to result in quantitative empirical results.

This study examined and compared existing national library RFID data models, especially for Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, France, the U.S., Australia and South Korea. Four European country models(i.e., Danish, Finnish, Dutch, and French models) and South Korea use prescriptive data model(fixed encoding approach), while The U.S. and Australia adopt object-based data model, which is based on the data encoding rules of ISO/IEC 15962. This study expects to allow fertile ground for discussion on RFID data models in South Korean library environment.

가스차단기의 성능은 노즐재질, 접점분리 속도 차단기의 치수 그리고 마크시간 등에 좌우되며 이러한 일련의 현상을 고찰하기 위한 유동현상을 모의하기 위해서는 기본적으로 두 접점의 상대운동 및 접점 사이에서 발생하는 아크 플라즈마(arc plasma)에 의한 전도, 대류, 복사현상 뿐만 아니라 아크전류에 의한 로랜츠힘(Lorentz's force), 용삭(ablation)에 의한 화학작용 등과 같은 매우 복잡한 물리적 현상을 고려해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 차단과정 중 대전류 영역에서의 아크특성과 마크에서 방출되는 강한 복사에너지에 의해 발생하는 PTFE 증기에 의한 영향을 고려하기 위해서 상용 CFD 프로그램인 PHOENICS에 아크 모델링과 고온에서의 $SF_6$-PTFE 혼합가스의 물성치 대입을 위한 보조 프로그램을 작성하여 해석을 수행하였다.

This paper describes the optimization of injection molding conditions to minimize sink marks. Sink marks, which refer to a small depression on the surface opposite a thick wall thickness, are often encounted in injection molded plastic parts. Part geometry, material properties and processing conditions during injection molding can affect the sink mark depth. We designed the runner system which is possible balanced filling to cavities using CAE program $Moldflow^{TM}$ and then obtained optimal processing conditions by Taguchi's Robust Design technique. By actual injection molding using optimized mold and molding conditions, it confirmed that sink mark depth decreased zero compared to 1mm level in the conventional mold and process.

This study intended to suggest three drafts for the Symbol mark in Creative and Personality Lab and used four colors to express 4C's in common. The first draft focused on fun and dynamism to express freedom, and the second draft was in the form of a square shape to express static and stable, maintaining calmness. Finally, the third draft was produced using only the consonants of creative personality writing.

최근 일회용품의 사용 증가 및 재질과 종류가 다양해짐에 따라, 올바른 분리배출 방법 공유 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 물체 인식 알고리즘인 YOLOv7 (You Only Look Once)를 이용하여 재활용 마크를 자동으로 분류하고 그에 따른 올바른 분리배출을 알려주는 시스템을 구현했다. 그 결과, mAP값이 90%로 좋은 객체 검출률을 보였다. 또한, 카카오톡 챗봇 API를 이용하여 올바른 분리배출 방법을 공유하는 서비스를 제공하며 사용자 접근성을 높여 많은 사람이 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 구현했다.

This paper evaluate the robustness of the Okun relationship based on Korean data for 1979~2008. For estimating a natural unemployment rate, this study uses time series econometric methodologies. This paper finds some interesting results; first of all, a bench mark estimates of Okun's ${\beta}$ range from 2 to 4 with different methodologies. This is a little bit higher scale than that of Lee(2000)'s results, which estimated the Okun's coefficient on the advanced countries' 1955~1996. Secondly, we test an asymmetric behavior of unemployment rate on business cycle. But the results are mixed. Finally we cannot find the evidence of structural break for the periods of 1979~80 and 1997~98 crises.
