계량기의 시장이 독점 시장에서 자유 시장으로 천이 되면서 시장은 계량기의 상호운용능력과 계량기의 지능, 관리능력 그리고 보안등의 부가적인 기능들을 요구 하게 되었다. 이러한 시장의 요구에 맞추어 DLMS 프로토콜을 표준으로 하고 COSEM 오브젝트 모델링 기법을 사용하는 계량기 표준인 IEC 62056이 제정되었다. 본 논문에서는 IEC 62056에서 정의한 프로토콜 및 서비스에 적합한 DLMS/COSEM 계량기의 S/W 아키텍처 및 그 설계 방법을 제안한다. 계량기 S/W는 크게 MCS와 MOM으로 구성되며, MCS는 계량기의 모델링 스크립트로 COSEM 오브젝트와 계량기의 구체적인 기능을 명시하고, MOM은 MCS를 읽어 계량기를 구동 시키는 모듈로 MCS에서 선언된 기능 및 동작을 해석하여 계량기를 전기, 가스, 수도 등의 기능을 갖는 계량기로 동작시키는 역할을 한다.

The subjects of this study on the effects of mother's personality on her childrearing behaviors were 1060 mothers and their $5^{th}$ grade children. Results indicated that maternal childrearing behaviors were related to her personality traits. The effects of mother's personality on her childrearing behaviors varied by sex of child, reporter (mother/child), and childrearing behavior factors. Mother-reported childrearing behaviors correlated more highly with her personality than child-reported behaviors. Behaviors reported by girls provided higher correlations between mother's personality and childrearing dimensions than reports by boys. Mother's personality traits showed differential correlations with childrearing dimensions of Rejection-Restriction (R R) and Warmth-Acceptance (W A) by reporter and sex of child. R R was affected by mother's Impulsiveness more among girls than among boys. Maternal Superiority increased W A toward boys while maternal Responsibility increased W A toward girls.

The polychaete Scolelepis (Scolelepis) sagittaria was originally described from Japanese waters and subsequently reported from Korean waters. In this study, we determined for the first time the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI), 16S ribosomal DNA (16S rDNA), and nuclear 18S ribosomal DNA (18S rDNA) sequences of Korean specimens of S. (S.) sagittaria. We also assessed intraspecific variation in the shape of the prostomium of this species based on an examination of 247 individuals. All materials were collected from intertidal sandy beaches of the Korea Strait. The molecular data and morphological observations reported herein will contribute to gaining a better understanding of the taxonomic relationships among members of the genus Scolelepis.

Boiling heat transfer coefficients of pure refrigerants(R22, R32, R125, R134a, R290, and R600a) and refrigerant mixtures(R32/R134a and R290/R600a) are measured experimentally and compared with several correlations. Convective boiling term of Chen's correlation predicts experimental data for pure refrigerants fairly well(root-mean-square error of 12.1% for the quality range over 0.2). An analysis of convective boiling heat transfer of refrigerant mixtures is performed for an annular flow to study degradation of heat transfer. Annular flow is the subject of this analysis because a great portion of the evaporator in refrigeration or air conditioning system is known to be in the annular flow regime. Mass transfer effect due to composition difference between liquid and vapor phases, which is considered as a driving force for mass transfer at interface, is included in this analysis. Correction factor $C_F$ is introduced to the correlation for the pure substances through annular flow analysis to apply the correlation to the mixtures. The flow boiling heat transfer coefficients are calculated using the correlation considering nucleate boilling effect in the low quality region and mass transfer effect for nonzazeotropic refrigerant mixtures.

Chromosome aberration induced by methyl methanesulfonate (MMS) and the effects of thymidine analogs (BUdR or IUdR) on MMS-induced chromosome aberration were studied in human lymphocyte cultures. Single treatment with MMS to lymphocytes induces both chromatid and chromosome type aberrations with high frequency of chromatid type. The combined treatment of BUdR or IUdR with MMS was found to be more effective in increasing the rate of chromosome type aberrations.

Experimental work was performed on the flow characteristics of R-22 and R-l34a in small diameter tubes. The experimental apparatus was made up of liquid pump, pre-heater, sight-glass, condenser and measurement instruments. The sight-glass for flow pattern observations was located at the outlet of the pre-heater. The experiment was carried out to show the flow characteristics of R-22 and R-l34a. Data were taken with test conditions in the following ranges; the mass flux was ranged from 100 to 1,000 kg/$m^2s$, the saturation temperature was $30^{\circ}C$ and the vapor quality was ranged from 0.1 to 0.9. The main results were summarized as follows; In the flow patterns during evaporation, the annular flow in a 2 mm inner diameter tube occurred at a relatively lower quality and mass velocity, compared to the flow in a 8mm inner diameter tube. The evaporation flow in small diameter tubes has been shown major deviations with the Mandhane, Taitel-Dukler's and Wambs-ganss' flow pattern maps but it was similar to the Dobson's flow pattern map.

The 58 rRNA gene from Sphingobium chungbukense DJ77 was identified. The secondary structure of the 199-base-long RNA was proposed. The two-base-long D loop was the shortest among all of the known 5S rRNAs. The U19-U64 non-canonical pair in the helix II region was uniquely found in strain DJ77 among all of the sphingomonads.
