Random Parameter를 이용한 지방부 무신호교차로 교통사고 예측모형개발 (A Development of Traffic Accident Prediction Model at Rural Unsignalized Intersections Using Random Parameter)

  • 기존의 고정모수를 이용한 가산모형은 관측되지 않은 이질성을 고려할 수 없으며, 계수값의 표준오차가 과소추정됨에 따라 과도한 t-값이 도출되어 모형의 신뢰성이 감소하게 된다. 또한 무신호교차로의 경우 자료 수집의 어려움과 정확한 분석과정의 통계적 한계로 신호교차로에 비해 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 Random Parameter를 이용한 가산모형을 구축하여 교통사고에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고자 하였으며, 지방부 무신호교차로를 대상으로 하여 기존 연구들과의 차별성을 두고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 총 7개의 변수가 유의한 변수로 나타났고, 이 중 2개의 변수(횡단보도 유무, 제한 속도)가 확률적 변수로 나타났다.

  • This study is intended to derive the adaptive reuse techniques through the history and aspects of new construction, extension, repair, and other works, limited to the deep and narrow lots facing Seongan-gil and Nammun-gil in Nammun-ro 2 ga of Cheongju, the historic urban area. The results are as follows. 1) In the case of newly built reinforced concrete buildings, the central part of the top floor of the residence or all floors are opened to the open space(void) to facilitate lighting and ventilation. This is developed as a convection phenomenon due to the temperature difference from the slits between buildings, which affects the entire air flow of the block. 2) The buildings of extension and repair are composed of two-story masonry or steel frame, both the front store facing the road and the house on the back, but it looks like one because it is in contact with each other. If only a small gap between the front and rear buildings is restored to an external space or a space equipped with sun light, a small breath can be provided in lighting and ventilation. 3) The existing two-story wooden stores and houses have lost their external space due to repairs. With minimal intervention to restore the small courtyard, slits, and space under the eaves, it will not only improve lighting and ventilation, but also create a unique appearance as a segment of the elongated store.

군단위지역(郡單位地域)의 산업기능분석(産業機能分析)과 권역별(圈域別) 개발방향(開發方向) - 충남(忠南) 예산군(禮山郡)을 중심(中心)으로 - (Identification of Industrial Regions Using Factor Analysis and Its Developmental Implications - Case Study of Yesan-Kun Area -)

  • Purpose of this study is to classify the main industrial function by region using the factor analysis. Identified regions, Yesan-Kun area consisted of 12 Myon(towns) selected as a case study, would be conducive to establishing rural town planning reflecting their industrial characteristics. Major findings are summarized as follows. First, population of Yesan-Kun has been decreased at about 1.0% annually for the period 1970~1990, which may not meet the basic condition of sustainable regional growth. Second, economy of Yesan area, which mainly has been dependent upon the agriculture, are lagged behind because of lack of specialized manufacturing sector. Third, particularly West and East part of the region has been underdeveloped in spite of their potentiality mainly due to insufficient network of road. Based on fator analysis which classify the zones by the characteristics of industry, following developmental directions are suggested. - Yesan-Eup with a factor score of 2.85 in secondary and tertiary industry, which means functioning as a rural center should be developed to provide the residential people with basic service. - Ducksan-Myon with 2.93 factor score in tour industry is recommended to formulate leisure complex by utilizing its abundant tour resources. - Sapkyo-Eup, Goduck-Myon, Sinam-Myon, Oga-Myon Areas functioning as agricultural industry, are suggested to foster as zones specialized for the cultivation of crops and fruits. - Kwangsi-Myon and Bongsan-Myon neighboring other counties is likely to be affected by other regions' economy. These regions should be developed in association with other regions' economic circumstances. - Daeheung-Myon, Daesool-Myon and Sinyang-Myon areas, which are located southern part of Yesan County, is examined to be relatively underdeveloped area. So there are needs to make a special planning for the balanced growth of these regions.

건물과 수목의 그림자에 의한 도시의 열 분포 산정 및 저감효과 연구 (Estimating the urban radiation heat flux distribution and the reduction effect of building and tree shade)

  • Mapping radiation heat flux of urban area is essential for urban design and landscape planning. Because controlling urban geometry and generating green space are important urban design strategies for reducing urban heat, urban planner and designer need to recognize the micro urban heat distribution for adequate urban planning. This study suggests a new methodology for mapping urban radiation heat flux in a micro scale considering buildings and trees' shade. For doing that, firstly, we calculate net radiation for each urban surfaces (building, road (not shaded, building shaded, tree shaded), ground (not shaded, building shaded, tree shaded), tree (not shaded, building shaded)). Then, by multiplying the area ratio of surfaces to the net radiation, we can obtain the radiation heat flux in micro-scale. The estimated net radiation results were found to be robust with a $R^2$ of 90%, which indicates a strong explanatory power of the model. The radiation heat flux map for 12h $17^{th}$ August explains that areas under the building and tree have lower net radiation heat flux, indicating that shading is a good strategy for reducing incident radiation. This method can be used for developing thermal friendly urban plan.

근대기 토지구획정리사업지구 내 노후 주거지의 주거환경에 대한 거주자의 인식 조사 - 청주시 우암동을 대상으로 - (Survey on Residents' Awareness of Housing Environment in Old Housing Districts Created by the Land Readjustment Project in the Modern Age - Focused on Uam-Dong in Cheongju City -)

  • This study is about the research of living environment in residential areas created by the land readjustment projects in the modern era, and recently lifted from Residential Environment Improvement district at the same time. The five criteria for evaluating the residential area are safety, health, convenience, comfort, and sustainability. The level of resident satisfaction in general is as follows. [completely dissatisfy as 5.30%, dissatisfy as 16.29%, neutral as 49.62%, satisfy as 16.29% and completely satisfy as 6.82%]. The results of the five survey items on the residential areas show that residents are aware of the area not as an old residential area to be demolished, but as a comparatively excellent residential area, namely very different results from the designation criteria of the redevelopment area designated by the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act. If the road conditions and the deterioration of the buildings are judged to be designated as the redevelopment area and to be removed these settlements, the residential areas with social sustainability could demolished. Based on this study, it is necessary to conduct the research to find out the reason for deriving the results of each evaluation item in the succeeding study. These studies are needed to rediscover, to develop and manage the value of many old residential areas scattered in the city centers of local areas.

진주시 버스 이용객 통행에 따른 도시계획시설 서비스 권역 분석 (Analysis of Urban Planning Facility Service Area according to Bus Passenger Traffic in Jinju)

  • This study aims to investigate the gap in accessibility to urban planning facilities between living spheres in local small and medium-sized cities. In this study, OD data between administrative dongs of public transportation users was constructed to analyze the living shpere, and community analysis was conducted based on cohesion between data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 clusters (mid-living areas) were formed, and the topographical difference between the 11 middle living areas established in the existing Jinju City Basic Plan and the single living areas were actively exchanged to form a community with other administrative dongs. Next, the analysis of the service area of urban planning facilities for mid-living areas was conducted based on the road network. As a result of analyzing the area accessible within 5, 10, and 15 minutes, educational facilities, public facilities, cultural facilities, tourism, and green facilities could be reached within 15 minutes in most mid-living areas. On the other hand, there were many areas where access to transportation facilities, medical facilities, and cultural facilities was difficult within 15 minutes. In particular, the accessibility of the outer living area and the central living area were different. To improve the quality of life of citizens, using urban planning facilities in Jinju-si and establishing related plans in urban basic plans, it is necessary to conduct a study on service areas through network analysis.

중층형 생활한옥 모델시안 연구 - 청주 서운동의 사례를 중심으로 - (The Tentative Plans of Middle-rise Traditional Houses (Han-ok) Located on Seoun-dong in Urban Area of Cheongju, Korea)

  • Focusing on the creation of a new han ok, especially a mid-rise hybrid-structured Han-ok, this study proposes a middle-rise (four-story) Han-ok on one and two lots located in Seoun-dong, the existing Han-ok intensive housing site in downtown Cheongju. 1) In terms of layout and function, according to the existing L-shaped Han-ok corresponding to the road and the direction, the parking lots and shops on the 1st floor, the business facility on the 2nd floor, the Han-ok on the 3rd and 4th floors are placed. There are yards, open roof yards, and semi-open Daecheong(大廳, main hall), which can be shared by residents. 2) In terms of structure and form, one or two floors (some 3 floors) are 5.4m square and 5.4×6.6m modules of the RC(Reinforced Concrete) group, and the upper floor reflects the 2.7m module, size and shape of the existing Han-ok. By extending the outer wall of the RC group in the lower floors (1st to 3rd floors) to the wooden exterior of the upper floors (2nd to 4th floors), it is attempted to avoid the awkward appearance of the RC group being exposed to wooden structures. And it is also attempted to reflect the wooden shape and design elements through the elevation elements such as horizontal windows, corner windows, picture frames, and vertical slits. 3) In environmental control and facilities, it is attempted to smooth the ventilation of the building by forming a vertical upward airflow from the dark space of the low floor to the positive of the upper floor. This doubles the effect through a vertical rise of cold air generated in a narrow alleyway, piloti parking lot, and the various voids. In addition to the Daecheong and Numaru(loft) of Han ok, the rooftop yard, the terrace, and the balcony, horizontal natural ventilation is generated through divided doors and transom windows.

3차원시거를 이용한 도로일관성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Consistency Using 3-Dimensional Sight Distance)

  • 운전자는 도로를 주행하는 동안 도로의 기하구조 및 교통상황, 신호등, 표지판 등을 통하여 많은 정보를 얻게 되고, 이에 따라 가감속도 및 주행방향 등을 결정하게 되는데 대부분의 정보를 운전자의 시각을 통하여 구득하게 된다. 따라서 도로 주행 시 운전자의 시거확보는 안전한 도로 주행을 위하여 반드시 필요하다. 그러나 현행 기하구조 및 시거 설계지침에서는 평면선형과 종단선형을 분리하여 기준을 제시하고 있으며, 복합선형에 관한 정량적인 설계기준은 제시되어 있지 않다. 현재 2차원적 투영면에 분리된 요소로 설계되어지고 있지만 실제 도로는 3차원적인 문제이기 때문에 2차원적 설계는 안전하고 쾌적한 설계를 보장해주지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 수학적인 계산을 통하여 입체시거를 분석한 기존의 모형을 이용하여 여러 가지 기하구조 요소 및 유형별로 분류한 후 기존의 2차원시거와 3차원시거를 비교하고 분석하여, 2차원시거에 비해 3차원시거가 얼마나 과대 또는 과소평가 되어지는 지를 알아보고, 지방부 2차로 도로 곡선부의 주행속도를 예측하는 모형을 개발하여 예측된 주행속도로 주행할 때 필요한 정지시거와 3차원시거를 비교하여 도로의 일관성을 평가하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

신호교차로의 과속운전자 특성 및 심각도 분석 (Severity and Characteristics of Speeding Offenders at Signalized Intersection)

  • 교통안전을 저해하는 운전자의 과속을 감소시키기 위한 수많은 노력에도 불구하고 교통사고는 큰 변화가 없다. 청주의 39개 다기능단속카메라에서 수집한 과속단속 자료에는 최근 3년간의 과속단속 전력을 포함한 인구통계학적 특성들과 다양한 차량 및 도로환경적 요인들을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 과속운전자의 특성과 과속심각도의 영향요인을 알아보기 위함으로 순서형 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사업용차량 운전자들은 일반 차량운전자들에 비해 제한속도를 30km/h 이상 초과하는 심각한 수준의 상습적 과속운전자 집단이다. 둘째, 연구대상의 76.7%를 차지하는 중간 단계의 과속운전은 주로 도시외곽부와 지방부에서 많이 발생한다. 신호교차로에서의 과속심각도에 영향을 많이 주는 요인으로는 과속단속 전력, 제한속도, 주야간 시간대, 운전자의 성별 및 교로의 공간적 위치 변수가 선정되었다. 그리고 순서형 로지스틱 회귀분석에 의해 통계적으로 유의한 모형이 개발되었다(McFadden R-square : 0.296).

운전자의 속도 욕구좌절이 운전 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Speed desire frustration on Driving Stress)

  • 본 연구는 차량 운전 중 운전자가 원하는 속도만큼 속도를 내지 못하는 상황이 운전 스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 실시되었다. 운전자의 속도에 대한 욕구좌절은 희망 주행속도와 실제 주행속도의 차이로 구성개념화 되었다. 연구결과 4가지 도로조건(고속도로, 국도도로, 시내도로, 시골도로) 모두에서 운전자들의 희망 주행속도는 실제 주행속도보다 높게 나타났다. 4가지 도로조건(고속도로, 국도도로, 시내도로, 시골도로)을 종합한 평균 속도 욕구좌절은 운전 스트레스 척도 모든 점수(전체 DSQ점수, 전체 DSI점수, 전체 DSF점수, 진행장애 요인, 운전환경 요인, 사고단속 요인, 교통법규 요인, 시간압력 요인)들에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 속도 욕구좌절이 높아짐에 따라 운전 스트레스 척도의 강도 점수와 진행장애 요인, 시간압력 요인 등이 다른 운전 스트레스 척도 점수들보다 더 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 평균 속도 욕구좌절을 백분위 점수에 따라 4가지 수준으로 구분하여 운전 스트레스 척도 점수들과 과속단속 그리고 가해·피해 교통사고 경험 차이를 분석하였다. 분석결과 속도 욕구좌절이 높은 운전자들은 속도 욕구좌절이 낮은 운전자들보다 운전 스트레스 척도의 점수들도 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 속도 욕구좌절 정도에 따른 과속단속 경험이나 가해·피해사고 경험은 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
