The purpose of this study is to find through the algorithm of traditional region theory how nature has been recognized and occupied and harmoniously used by human beings. As seen Korean traditional villages, the natural elements such as mountains and streams in Yongdam are more remarkable than the artificial elements. The people in the village regards a radius of 4-12 km as their territory and an ideal space harmonized with natural landscape. The landscape structure of Yongdam shows traditional fengshui form and has a all the characteristics that Korean rural villages have. The landscape elements, such as mountains, rivers, plains, trees, soil color, etc. characterize Yongdam village and make the landscape of Yongdam a unique place. Traditional region theory is to study an emotional reaction to the quality of life, and landscape of a settlement. And it should be a basic theory to understand the whole landscape.

Isolation reduction is a stage in which youth group is gradually drawn into the community from a limited society of home and school, self-awareness is a stage in which they discover their thoughts, and view perspective-taking is a stage in which they objectify themselves and surroundings through communication with other members of the region, social experiment was analyzed as a practice of subjectivity that experiences leadership guiding the local community independently, and expressing opinions is a stage of representing the region and giving responsibility for the specific issue of the implementation plan. The study is also an analysis of how residents committee, local governments, and local research institutes perform both regeneration and community revitalization in rural areas. Therefore, the analysis of the cooperative organization of these institutions was conducted simultaneously. The leadership program was effectively linked to the project of rural regeneration. Since high school students themselves are family members of the local people, the process of accepting the project is unaffected, and the feasibility of the project is also increased, such as forming a positive atmosphere for the project and easing resistance to minority opinions.

The survey was conducted using questionnaires on dietary habits and unbalanced diet administered to 726 students (urban: 367, rural: 359). The obesity index using BMI showed that the largest proportion of girls was 'underweight' in both regions, which showed a significant difference by region (p<0.001). Male students in urban areas prefer salty taste more than rural students (p<0.05). In urban areas, problems relating to dietary habits were 'unbalanced diet' and 'overeating' in male students and 'frequent snacks' and 'irregular mealtime' for female students (p<0.01). The frequencies of skipping breakfast (p<0.01), snack intake (p<0.001), eating out (p<0.001) and fast food consumption (p<0.001) were significantly higher in urban students than in rural students, and the reason for eating snacks was 'hungry' in urban students and 'habitually' and 'delicious' in rural students (p<0.01). Unbalanced diet was significantly higher in rural students compared with urban students (p<0.001) and male students compared with female students in urban (p<0.05), and the factors affecting dietary habits were mostly related to family. Male students in urban areas showed a significantly lower intake frequency of 'fish, tofu and beans' (p<0.05) and 'milk and yogurt' (p<0.05), but higher intake frequency of 'vegetables' (p<0.001) compared with female students. Male students in rural areas showed a significantly lower intake frequency of 'meat' (p<0.05) but higher intake frequency of 'milk and yogurt' (p<0.05) compared with female students. Urban students showed a significantly higher intake frequency of food groups compared with rural students. To conclude, desirable nutrition education on meal regularity, snack choice, and problems relating to unbalanced diet should be conducted in schools.

In this paper, we analyzed the difference of ICT literacy which can show the educational power of students in the field of information. As a result, the average score of ICT literacy test by elementary school was high in the order of big city, small city, rural area. In case of middle school, the score was high in the order of small city, big city, rural area. ICT literacy in elementary and middle schools differed according to the size of the region. However, in both elementary and middle schools, the scores of rural students were lower than those of urban students. Therefore, it need the policy of ICT education for students of rural area. And, as the ICT literacy level gap between urban and rural students is concerned, it is necessary to develop an education program for this. This study is meaningful as a basic data on the necessity of systematic ICT literacy education policy according to school and region characteristics.

Our agriculture and rural villages have faced negative conditions in many reasons. To overcome this situation, a new change is needed by the 6th industrialization. Many agriculture and rural villages in Korea are pursuing the 6th industrialization through the convergence of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries to vitalize agriculture and rural villages. But there are several problems with the 6th industrialization. There is a limit to the capacity building of the members of the rural organization and Korean agricultural base primary, secondary, and tertiary industries are weak all. In addition, it has been insufficient research for value chain management of the region as a whole; there has been no study of information sharing across the region for the 6th industrialization. This study is about value chain management model for successful the 6th industry with Quick Response System and the big data technology. In this study to provide the efficiency of 6th industry value chain management with customer's needs analysis using big data and research for the information share between the industries in the region through the information pipeline theory of the QR System. This study researched a document regarding 'Pyeon (tteok)' on 25 Jong-ga ancestral ritual foods through "Jong-ga Ancestral ritual formalities and food", published during 2003~2008 by the National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage of Cultural Heritage Administration. A after about 10 years, the transmission process of the setting and recipe was compared and analyzed in 2015 by directly visiting 4 Jong-ga. This research classified regions into 7 Gyeonggi, 4 Chungcheong, 2 Honam, and 12 Yeongnam, and classified hakpa, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Honam region into 13 Gihohakpa, Yeongnam region into 12 Yeongnamhakpa. The important analysis standard of Jong-ga ancestral ritual food was the region and hakpa, which appeared to considerably influence 'Pyeon' setting style, which represents and symbolizes family and recipe. Gihohakpa Jong-ga, which is an academic tradition that pursues practical interests, seems to highly regard practicality to adapt to changes along with the period. On the contrary, Yeongnamhakpa Jong-ga, which highly regards self-sufficiency living base and moral justification, seems to be highly conservative. Increase in Jong-ga, which utilizes mill, is the result of adaptation to the period environment such as Jongbu aging and lack of labor, etc.
