  • Railway bridge, contact of vehicle needs to design considering the running safety about the running train load of the railway bridge, ride comfort and dynamic safety. Also, upper structure of the railway bridge has to satisfy design standard about moving load(train). So, the railway bridge has to satisfy the requirement for vertical acceleration of the bridge deck, vertical displacement of the bridge and face distortion, which is suggested railway design standard in Korea(2011.5.). In this study, it was investigated and evaluated to the running safety about the running train load of the railway bridge, ride comfort and dynamic safety with railway design standard for steel composite(Steel Box Girder) railway bridge considering KTX, freight train and standard train load.

부하를 분담하고 있는 디젤발전기의 무한대 모선과의 병렬운전 시스템 (Parallel Running System of the Loaded Diesel Generator to Infinite Bus)

  • Generally generator is connected to the bus with no load. After the connection to the bus. the frequency of generator system with no load has to be increased for preventing the reverse power. But in a few case of parallel running with infinite bus system, we have to synchronize the loaded generator to the infinite bus. The frequency of generator system with load has to be lowered for prevention of load shift to the bus system. The blackout of infinite bus decreases the parallel running generator's frequency because of load increasing. In this paper we propose a method that the generator with load maintains the frequency constantly after the blackout of infinite bus. With the constant speed control and load control method of parallel running system to the infinite bus we apply the method to the industrial generating system.

  • KTX is the high speed train which is designed for 300km/h in maximum operation speed. But its long train set may cause unstable characters as swaying of the tail of a train and when the train is running on conventional line, its running safety is a point to be considered cautiously. An Analysis of Choice of Compensation Structures in Korean Technology Licensing from Abroad

  • Studies on compensation structures of international technology licensing show that the level of intellectual property protection in the host market and the favorableness of the host country's economic environment are positively related to the use of running royalty-based compensation structure. Lump-sum fee or fixed royalty compensation is more likely to be used in the introduction and decline stages of the technology life cycle, and running royalty compensation in the growth stage. The international experience and the size of the licensor company are positively related to the use of running royalty. In this theoretical context, this paper analyzes the choice of compensation structures in Korean technology imports. The paper uses the officially reported data to analyze the compensation structures. It analyzes the characteristics of the compensation structures in terms of fixed royalty and running royalty by licensor country, group of licensor countries and size of licensee companies.

  • Dynamic model of the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, and boundary conditions between vehicle and infrastructures (running track, guidance rail) were defined to analyze vehicular vibration behaviors occurred at the worst condition for straight running track. Using the commercialized software RecurDyn, resultant forces and vibration accelerations of car body and bogies were analyzed. Based on the Korea performance test criteria for urban transit, vertical and lateral vibration of car body were calculated and evaluated as wearing condition of guide wheels. And resultant forces between bogie guidance frame and guide rail in straight running track were analyzed. As the results, the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle satisfied the performance criteria and design requirement .

우리나라 차량운행비의 특징에 관하여(논문) (A study for charateristics of vehicle Running costs in Korea)

  • A set of study has been made on the table of vehicle running costs, officially used by Korean government, in view to clarifay the relative value of costs composition characteristic and reduction rate due to road surface improvement. The amount of vehicle running costs in Korea and of the components, has been compared, with the corresponding value of the USA, Japan, France, Great Britain and Italy. Findings are briefly summerized : vehicle running costs have been found to be generally much expensive in Korea than the four developed countries except Italy; and significant differences have been also found on the pattern of savings for components of vehicle running costs presumable by pavement construction on road surface, between two countries, Korea and the USA.

  • 본 논문에서는 스포츠센터, 가정 등에서 활발히 사용되고 있는 런닝머신에 대하여 동적 부하량의 변화가 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 구조해석을 수행하였다. 구조해석을 수행하기 위하여 상용 유한요소해석 코드인 ANSYS를 활용하였으며 최대응력, 최대변형률, 고유진동수를 구하여 런닝머신의 안정성을 평가하였다.

  • The role of suspension system in tracked vehicles cannot be overestimated because the driving and running conditions of such vehicles are very severe. It reduces the vibration and shock which are generated by road profile in running condition.   • For the safety of railway, it should be evaluated for the running safety by measuring the derailment coefficient. Although railway has run the fixed and maintained rail, some of railway is derailed. This report shows the results that performed the static load test, wheelset manufacturing for test, main line running test on the basis of the derailment theory and experience. It is executed main line test to 120 km/h for estimating the running safety of express train in Incheon International Airport. As the test results, could confirm the curving performance and running safety of Incheon International Airport EMU from the results of the wheel unloading, lateral force, derailment coefficient etc. Derailment coefficient was less than 0.8, and lateral force allowance limit and wheel load reduction ratio were enough safe.

  • This Research is to test the running stability of the developed bogie with 350km/h of which conventional speed is faster than Korea TGV 300Km/h. The running stability test has been executed in status of a car with the developed bogie on the roller rigger to adjust similar to the actual condition. And the test has been done in the two rail conditions, i.e. excitation and non-excitation, respectively. Running speed of bogie increased by the roller step by step. In consequence, the developed bogie in the non-excitation has run without any unstable point for 400kn0h. Vibration characteristics of carbody also was within the value specified on the UIC 518.
