The electric locomotive make a development by using as a trial petition way on the basis of finding for several years in 1996 and the electric locomotive in KNR railway electrification section of AC25KV 60Hz, can couple with passenger train of 700 ton doing running possibility from evenness to maximum running speed 140Km/h, Specially, propulsion equipment operates three phase AC motor that behaves axle control by VVVF inverter and affords higher axle per tractive effort as behaving control by SIBAS32 that up-to-date technology is integrated. Also, new style electric locomotive is designed so that can run in -35∼45 climatic condition.

Researchers examined elementary school children's experiences and the way that their mothers scolded them. In their writings, the children reported that their mothers under-estimated them, and assumed that they were not able to do anything by themselves. This reflected on the way that the mothers disciplined their children. The mothers were not a good model of proper behavior and did not treat the siblings fairly. The mothers were directive and valued results over effort. The children confessed that they felt suicidal, miserable and wanted to run away from home. They had a love-hate relationship with their mothers. They had to hide their real feelings and show love and respect towards their mothers. They had conflicts in dealing with these feelings. Their inability to show their real feelings and their dependency on their mothers made them return home, much like a boomerang. As a result, the children learned how to respond quickly in avoiding scolding situations. Furthermore, they learned the most important lesson; that it is all right to be abusive as long as it is for their or anybody else's own good.

In this study, a shifting algorithm of CVT was suggested for the two(2) driving modes : (1) power mode and (2) economy mode. Shifting algorithm must be obtained to make the engine run on the optimum operating line for the desired performance of the vehicle. Optimum operating lines of the engine were obtained by connecting the shortest way of the iso-power lines for the power mode and by connecting the shortest way of the BSFC curves for the economy mode. Also dynamic model of CVT vehicle was derived considering the throttle and the brake operation. By using the shifting algorithm and the CVT vehicle model, numerical simulations were performed to estimate the performance of CVT. Simulation results showed that comparing the performance of the conventional 4-speed automatic transmission, acceleration performance of the CVT vehicle was almost same with the AT vehicle for the power mode and the fuel economy of CVT was 14% superior than that of AT for the economy mode.

To study the effects of central mass concentration on the formation and evolution of galactic bars, we run fully self-consistent simulations of Milky Way-sized, isolated galaxies with initial classical bulges. We let the mass of a classical bulge mass less than 20% of the total disk mass, and vary the central concentration of a dark matter halo. We find that both classical bulge and halo concentration delay the bar formation and weaken the bar strength. The presence of a bulge increases the initial rotational velocity near the center and hence the bar pattern speed. Bars in galaxies with a more concentrated halo slowdown relatively rapidly as they lose their angular momentum through interaction with the halo. In some of our models, bars do not experience slowdown at the expense of the decrease in their moment of inertia as the bar evolves, with the resulting pattern speed similar to that of the bar in the Milky Way.

Since the beginning of the 90's, Fashion shows appear to be a type of performance form of art combining with other areas to visually entertain the viewers. This can be explained by the modern tendency to escape from society which requires formality and complicated lifestyles. Fashion shows take place in a scene Influenced by the idea of post-modernism which redefines the definition of space. A church, old factory, unoccupied ground, subway stations, or even place like a waste disposal are used as a setting. The stage set is no longer the T shape run way and the procinium arch has disappeared. The gap between audience and stage has diminished and theatrical element is added to the fashion performance by using viewers living and working environments as setting of the show. The human relation with machine based on the cutting edge technology such as the stage automation, robots and mist making sprinkler system introduces new elements with spontaneity and detailed planning in the stage performance. Music also plays an Important role in attracting viewers. The sound track covers house music to techno music. Instead of music being abstract, folks orchestral music, choirs, piano. even live concert performed by pop artist provide the liveliness of the fashion show. And the catwalk itself is a performance. Model needs to be well trained as the capable talent who can handle sensitive gestures, facial expressions, dancing and choreography. The improvisatorial interaction between audience and model lead to audience participation. Models now range from pop star, ordinary people, handicapped people, to elderly and so on. John Galliano introduced the theatrical factors for the fashion show and Alexander Mcqueen approached the fashion show as the visual art of communication. Hussein Chalayan utilized high technology skewing futurism as if in a magic show. Today the Fashion show tends to be a total performance which includes audience participation, impromptu, and that break the limitation that fashion shows previously had. This will lead the fashion industry in opening new horizon of its own.

This research was conducted to clarify the characteristics of electrochemical decolorization of effluent discharged from a biological animal wastewater treatment process and to finally establish parameters or mode for optimum operation of electrolysis system. Average color unit of wastewater was about 1,200 and DSA(Dimensionally Stable Anode) was used as electrode. Experiments were performed with two different operation conditions or modes, fixed voltage-free current(Run A) and free voltage-fixed current(Run B). Color removal rate was proportional to the electrode area and electrical conductivity, and an equation subject to them at a condition of fixed voltage was derived as follows; Ct=C0ekt, k=[{0.0121×ａ(dm2)× c(mS/cm)}+0.0288], [where, C0: initial color, Ct: color unit after treatment for t, k: reaction coefficient, t: time(min.), ａ: electrode area, c: conductivity]. From the study on the effects of current density on color removal, it was revealed that the removal efficiency of color was function of the current density, showing direct proportion. However, when considered energy consumption rate, maintenance of low current density was an economical way. Based on the obtained results, it was concluded that supplementation of electrolyte is not necessary for the removal of color from the effluent of secondary treatment process and operation with the mode of free voltage-fixed current, rather than operation with fixed voltage-free current mode, would be an efficient way to increase the removal performance and capacity per consumed energy.

In this paper I applies Borer (1993)'s way of classifying English intransitive action verbs such as 'run', walk, among many others, to the corresponding Korean intransitive action verbs such as 'tali-ta' and 'keət-ta', and show how they are different from - or similar with - each other in terms of syntactic structures and verb classification. Unlike the English verb 'run' which can be classified into an unaccusative verb as well as an unergative verb in Borer's theory, the corresponding Korean verbs 'tali-ta' or 't'wi-ta' can behave not only as an unergative and unauucsative verb, but also it can behave as a transitive verb. Though Borer's perspective on classification of verb types may be thought of as somewhat radical mostly due to its heavy dependency on aspectual representation of a whole sentence which a verb is just part of, it is clearly suggesting a new and great insight into the controversial topic of classification of verb types. So it is worth adopting this insightful perspective for the analysis of corresponding Korean verbs and seeing if it also works for the Korean ones.

TV animation has come a long way to this date since popular animation programs were aired on TV, such as 'Run Little Tiger', 'Run Honey', 'Hurry-Scurry Yeongsimi', beginning with 'Wandering Magpie' on KBS in 1978. However, problematic production process has resulted in the degradation of quality. Consequently, the dwindling viewing rate forced animation advertisers to leave, and the animation production shrank. Under those unfavorable circumstances, the government started to heed messages transmitted from animation producers and went ahead with the 'animation broadcasting quota' in a bid to help revitalize Korean animation industry. This study aimed to identify problems and set the direction for the animation industry by analyzing its fundamental and structural problems.

The purpose of the study to evaluate the contribution of foreign direct investment (FDI) and tourism receipts (TR) to Sri Lanka's gross domestic product (GDP). This study employs time series annual data for the period from 1978 to 2016 and EViews 10 econometrics software was used for the time series data analysis. Unit root test was done on the variables and the method chosen was the Augmented Dicky - Fuller test. Co-integration analysis was used for the long run relationship and the Granger causality test was performed to investigate the causal relationship. Recently a more conducive environment has been established after the three decade long ethnic war came to an end. In this context, the Sri Lankan government has taken positive measures to attract foreign direct investment and boost tourism in the country. This study intends to evaluate the contribution of Sri Lanka, as these two factors are considered to be very effective at increasing the GDP of a country. The empirical study shows that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the variable's TR and FDI to the GDP in the long run. Results of Granger causality test implied that the two-way causality promoted the economic growth of Sri Lanka.

Purpose: Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a good way to evaluate clinical skills of nursing students. To do this, we need modules, evaluators, persons to run the examination, as well as models and standardized patient care if necessary. The main purpose of this study was to compare the effects of the OSCE method on nursing skills performance of students enrolled in a core skill lab of nursing courses. Method: Eight items were developed for the examination. Five minutes was allowed for each item. Two married women and third-year students played patient's roles. The participants were 2nd-year nursing students and the OSCE program was performed on December, 2008. Data analysis was done using SPSS WIN 12.0. Result: The evaluation score for BP check skill was 1.68 and hand washing skill was 1.87 by evaluators. Response of examinees to OSCE was favorable. Examinees did not express resistance for evaluation by OSCE run by SPs and students. Conclusion: The OSCE method is an effective tool for evaluating clinical nursing skills performance in student nurses. It is necessary to explore more efficient ways to develop OSCE cases in wider areas of nursing education. It is also recommended to replicate similar studies in nursing education.
