This paper studies on the outdoor field test facilities which are established for weather-resist and mechanical-resist property teat of composite insulator. We have established measuring and data acquisition system for various test conditions -leakage current, temperature, humidity, wind direction, wind velocity and rainfall. The merry-go-round test and salt fog test have been studied in order to evaluate non tracking property of rubber material. Especially we have checked the relationship between hydrophobicity and outdoor exposure degree by contact angle measurement.

The resolution of the 1993 Uruguay Round and the opening of Korea's construction market in '97 marked the beginning of the globalization of Korea's domestic construction market. Consequently, the process led to changes in contracting procedures, as well as disputes in construction management. With globalization came a rapid realization of reasonable values, which forced the hierarchical vertical relationship between the owners, constructors, and subcontractors into a more equal, horizontal relationship. Once the hierarchical relationship was altered, the late 1990's witnessed a dramatic increase in managerial disagreements, in addition to escalating legal disputes and expenditures. The horizontal relationship was a new concept and brought forth many complexities. Unfortunately, because all of this was new, management of construction disputes was elementary at best. Anticipation of disputes is the key to effective dispute management. This includes thorough reviews of contract documents, document management, construction records, and checklists. Also necessary is the education of owners and contractors with pertinent knowledge concerning dispute management. The following paper focuses on the importance of observing construction disputes in order to facilitate management thereof.

Nl and N2 gross neural action potentials were measured from the round window of the guinea pig cochlea at the onset of the acoustic stimuli. Nl -N2 audiograms were made by means of regulating stimulant intensities in order to produce constant Nl -N2 potentials as criteria for different input tone pip frequencies. The lowest threshold was measured with an input tone pip 15 dB SPL in intensity and 12 KHz in frequency when the animal was in normal physiological condition. The procedure of experimental measurements is explained in detail. This experimental approach is very useful for the investigation of the Cochlear function. Both nonlinear and active functions of the Cochlea can be monitored by Nl -N2 audiograms. Key words : Guinea Pig, Cochlea, Wl and N2 Gross Neural Action Potential, Nl -N2 audiogram.

스트림 암호의 동일한 키 재사용 금지와 무결성 보장이 안 되는 단점을 개선한 256비트 출력의 스트림 암호를 개발 했다. 개발한 스트림 암호는 Salsa20의 라운드 함수를 사용하여 8라운드 적용하고 5단계 파이프라인 구조의 하드웨어로 구현 했으며, WSN, DMB 등과 같은 응용에 적용하기 위해 실시간 처리와 빠른 성능을 보이며, 안전성도 만족하고 있다.

Externally, there is urgent need Strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture in terms of production, processing and consumption. And development of high-quality services is particularly essential for provide safe food to consumers, internally. We studied the concept of service science, service models and service development methodology, then researched strengthening agricultural competitiveness through analysis of service viewpoint. After then, in the service level and service science, we elicit the service components for the defined new business, which is composed of private service and supporting service for Mungyeong omija industry. In this research, we evaluate the possibilities that agriculture is not primary industries but service industries for competitiveness. We suggest four key service composition for win-win strategy in Mungyeong omija industry. That is authenticity service, decision price service, decision rating service, establish infrastructure for year-round sale.

In electrode-less lamp, The key point in creating an efficient light source based on RF discharge is to minimize the RF power loss in the RF coupler which for Anderson's type of RF lamp is due to losses in the ferrite core. This loss depends on the particular ferrite material, its size, geometry, frequency in this kind of inductive lamp shows that the correct choice of discharge current has a crucial effect on the core loss. In this study, we measured Ferrite temperature in normal state, then analyzed electrical and optical characteristics according to ferrite shape. We were able to know that was ferrite of the antenna had relate closely with temperature and luminous of the lamp. Also we appraised temperature and electrical, optical properties during turn on the lamp.

The short green period of zoysiagrass has been a problem in using for turf. This study was performed to check growth response of several wintergrasses under sunny and shady area in Korea. Wintergrasses of 5 species, 27 cultivars introduced from U.S.D.A., were used in this study. After establishment, two fluctuations of top growth were observed which varied according to the species; first, due to drought in May, second, due to high temperature and humidity from July to August. Red fescues and perennial ryegrasses showed severe growth retardation in sunny area during summer period. Kentucky bluegrasses and tall fescues maintained good Qualities nearly all the year round arid showed slight disease infections. Kentucky bluegrass 'Kenblue' and red fescue 'Agram' grown under shady area showed higher photosynthetic ability than under sunny area, except the temperature range from 30˚C to 40 ˚C under 40,000 lux light in red fescue 'Agram'. And the phorosynthesis was decreased at the temperature range from 35 ˚C to 40 ˚C. Key words: Wintergrass, Top growth, Visual rating, Photosynthesis, Poa pratensis. Festuca arundinacea, Pestuca rubra. Lolium perenne, Agrostis stolonifera.

The species Orchomenella littoralis Nagata, 1965 belong to the family Tryphosidae Lowry & Stoddart, 1997. Previously this species was only known from a single record identified in Japanese waters, and newly recorded from Baengnyeongdo-Island, on the west coast of Korea. The species is similar to Orchomene breviceps Hirayama, 1986 in carrying posteroventral teeth on epimeron 3. However, O. littoralis is characterized by the presence of 4-7 posteroventral teeth of epimeron 3, a round posterodistal lobe of coxa 4, and elongated antenna 2 in male. The species is described and fully illustrated in the present study. Also, a key to Korean Orchomenella species is provided.

양자 알고리즘인 Shor 알고리즘으로 공개키 암호의 보안성이 붕괴됨에 따라 NIST는 양자내성암호 표준화 공모전을 진행하였다. 또한 암호시스템의 양자 후 보안을 위해, 양자 컴퓨터상에서 암호 알고리즘들을 미리 구현하고 분석하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는, NIST 양자내성암호 공모전 Round 4의 후보 알고리즘인 Classic McEliece의 공개키 생성 양자 회로 구현을 제시하고 회로에 필요한 양자 자원을 추정한다.

본 유물은 국립부여박물관이 소장하고 있는 진주 유씨 유경종 ^{柳慶宗, 1565-1623}의 묘에서 출토된 복식 3점이다. 이미 1차 보존처리가 완료되었으나 일부분에 대한 재처리가 필요하였고 의복의 형태 복원 및 유물의 안전한 보관을 위해 재보존처리를 진행하였다. 재보존처리가 완료된 복식 3점은 형태 복원을 통해 의복의 특징에 따라 단령 ^團領, 직령^直領, 창의^氅衣로 명칭을 정정하였다. 직물의 무늬에서는 지금까지 발표된 운문과는 다른 특징을 보이는 새로운 패턴이 확인되었으며, 단령에 부착된 흉배 ^胸背 는 무늬 부분이 아닌 바탕 부분이 연금사 ^撚金絲로 직성 ^織成 된 것으로 조사되었다. 본 유물은 보존처리를 통해 원형을 회복하고 의복의 형태에 맞는 명칭을 부여하였다. 이를 통해 16세기 후기에서 17세기 전기 직물의 무늬 및 의복의 형태의 유행과 특징을 확인할 수 있는 중요한 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.
