모터 동력계를 이용한 공작기계용 NC제어기 시스템의 위치제어 특성 분석을 위한 측정 연구 (A Measuring Method for Positioning Characteristics Analysis of NC Machine Controller using Dynamometer)

  • The gains fur NC controller parameter are fixed when the controller is combined with a machine. However, the characteristics of controller could be changed as it has being used by the machine or other environmental conditions. Those result in that the tool positioning accuracy is influenced. The loading torque in servo motor influences on the tool positioning accuracy and it is controlled by the parameter gains. It is required to analyze the torque variation with angular positioning accuracy of the servo motor. This study focus on a measuring method and device for verifying angular positioning accuracy of NC servo motor. We used a high resolution An converter for acquiring analogue signal of rotary encoder in servo motor. The positional accuracy for a nominal tool path, which is generated by the combination of axial movements (X,Y,Z), is analyzed with the servo motor torque. The current variation signal is acquired at the power line using a hall sensor and converted to the loading torque of servo motor. The method of measurement and analysis proposed in this study will be used for determining the gains of parameter in NC controller. This gain tuning is also necessary when the controller is set up at a machine.

  • A position control system is developed for an electro-hydraulic servo actuator with coaxial rotary spool, where the actuator is controlled by stepping motor. The position control system is utilized to develop the wireless remotely controlled crane system. And remote engine control system is also developed. Finally, to show the validity of this system, some experimental results and field test results am presented.

The loading torque in servo motor also influences on the positioning accuracy. This study focus on a measuring and analysing method for verifying the angular positioning accuracy of NC servo motor. We used a high resolution A/D converter for acquiring analogue signal of rotary encoder in servo motor. Generating tool path by the combination of axial movements (X,Y,Z) is compared with the encoder signals with the servo motor torque. The current variation signal is also read from the servo motor power using a hall sensor and converted to the motor torque. The method of analysing proposed in this study will be used for determining the gains (tuning) of parameter in NC controller, when the controller is set up at a machine initially or the controller condition is changed during the work.

  • In difference with the rotary type electrical machinery, the linear induction motor(LIM) that generates the direct thrust directly, is widely used for the operation system of electrified railroad, elevation system, conveyer system, and so on. The operational principle of linear induction motor is constructively similar to the general rotary induction motor. It is difficult to realize the complicate linear induction motor which is applied SVPWM system, but widely used in vector motor control system or servo control system because of its high performance in current control. In this paper, we presented the dynamic characteristic analyzing methode, and calculated efficiently the end effect by using equivalent circuit methode in the operating linear induction motor control system for Maltlab simulink modeling.

  • 선형유도전동기의 순시 속도에서의 1,2차 상대 위치이동으로 나타나는 동 특성과 이 때의 단부효과를 고려한 등가회로 해석방법을 이용하여 시스템을 모델링하고 SVPWM 구동시스템에 적용한 정속도 제어 특성을 부하조건에 따른 동작특성으로 시뮬레이션하여 SVPWM 구동 편측형 선형유도전동기시스템에 적용가능성을 입증하였다.

  • 서보 모터는 컴퓨터와 센서로부터 오는 지령에 대해 정밀한 모션제어 즉, 정확한 속도조절과 위치 잡기를 수행함으로써 자동화 시스템에서 중요한 부분으로 사용된다. 특히, 선형추진 BLDC모터는 볼스크류, 타이밍 벨트, 랙/피니온과 같은 마찰 유도 전달 메카니즘들과 연결을 갖는 회전식 서보모터들에 비해 다양한 장점들을 갖는다. 본 논문은 정현파 구동형 선형 추진 BLDC모터의 동특성과 출력들로부터 얻어지는 정보를 이용하여 미지의 전동기 계통 파라미터들을 추정하는 방식을 제안한다. 추정된 파라미터들은 제어기와 외란 관측기의 이득을 조절하는데 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위해 고성능의 디지털신호처리프로세서로 계자기준제어(FOC)기법을 구현하기 위해 설계된 TMS320F240을 선형 BLDC 서보 전동기의 제어기로서 사용한다. 이 서보전동기 응용 전용의 DSP는 A/D Converter와 PWM 발생부, 다수의 IO Port를 내장하고 있어 서보모터 제어기에 중요한 역할을 담당하게 된다. 이 선형 BLDC 서보 전동기 시스템은 또한 IPM 구동기와 홀센서 타입의 전류센서모듈 그리고 게이트 구동 신호와 고장 신호들의 전기적 절연을 위한 광결합 모듈을 포함한다.

  • Loop shaping $H_{\infty}$control with normalized coprime factorization was applied to a servo-motor driven high-speed powitioning system. The high-gain controller was designed to attenuate the postion errors caused byfriction effects and extermal disturbances. The non-existence of limit cycle was analyzed, though there is actuator saturation. The designed $H_{\infty}$control system was experimently tested in a rotary index table. Results showed its effectiveness to improve postion accuracy with out any compensation scheme for friction, and robustness to model perturbation and external disturbances.ces.
