According to the globalization of world economy on distribution and sales, logistics and transportation parts are playing an important role. Especially, they have to decide what is the key factor of route choice model and how to choose the right transport route in multimodal transport system. By considering the key factors in rote choice model for freight forwarders between Mongolia and Korea, this paper propose 4 main factors: Cost, Delivery time, Freight and Logistics service with 13 sub factors. The importance of factors is surveyed base on AHP through interview with freight forwarders. In results, the empirical insights about current status of Mongolian forwarders are provided with different factors between transportation modes. Expecially, the Time factor is a role factor to choose transport route for air transportation forwarders.

Media trust technologies are capable of playing a significant role in the development of ICT, and may play a complementary role in existing security and privacy technologies to cope with the complex interactions among people, objects, media, and services that are being created. We hope that the results of this study will aid in strengthening the foundation of source technologies related to media trust, and to secure technological competitiveness through continuous research in this area.

The Korea's West Coast has been considered as the gateway to the economies of Southeast Asia and China. Thanks to geographical advantages, harbors located in this region have been playing a vital role despite the fact that most harbors in this region are the small and medium ones. The GunJangHang is such harbor. This paper aims to investigate the important role of this harbor, as well as to analyze the competitiveness of GunJangHang port with those of the luncheon phosphorus port, Pyongteak port, and Mokpo port regarding the rapid increasing cargo volume through this region recently.

In this work, we have investigated the national economic effects of the ubiquitous industry(UI) for a u-Korea(ubiquitous Korea) project. Since the UI are now playing the more and more important role in Korean economy, it will be very appropriate to provide the policy makers with the accurate and reliable information regarding the role of UI in the national economy. This paper employs input-output analysis to examine the impacts of UI while carefully taking into account the unique situations of Korea. The meaningful results have been obtained by utilizing the rich experiences of the UI. To be more specific, the economic effects of UI on the production-inducing, added value-inducing, export & import-inducing and employments have been addressed in the work.

Multinational corporations (MNCs) leverage global locations for efficient production and sustained growth, and move significant foreign direct investments globally, particularly into emerging economies. MNCs also engage in entrepreneurial ecosystems of host countries for strategic benefits and impact the ecosystem as well. Of late, MNCs are increasingly entering into emerging economies like India through foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows and they are playing a vital role in start-up promotion in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Therefore, we examine the role of MNCs and its impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystems in India by exploring a symbiotic relationship between MNCs and startups. We use a case-based method to ascertain and analyze specific benefits that emerge from such symbiotic relationships and draw implications for startups in India's technology entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Mountains have been playing an important role in the Japanese culture. It is important from landscape planning perspectives to maintain mountains in the proximity of cities. In this thesis, the geographical perception of residents in Kohoku New Town has been studied. Geographical changes before and after the Kohoku New Town development were clarified first. Following these clarifications, interviews with residents who moved into the area before and after the development were conducted. In this investigation, the interviewees were asked about mountains, valleys, hills, and slopes; and the areas that they recognize on the map were then specified. From these results, the mountain area which residents recognize and the actual geographical features were compared. The geographical characteristics of the mountains that the residents recognize were revealed, and the perception of mountains was defined. Not only did geographical features and vegetation affect the perception of mountains, but also residents' personal experiences were important. As a result, new information for future geographical landscape planning has been obtained.

The role of innovation in economic growth and development is extensively recognized today. Innovations allow firms to stay ahead in a competitive environment while also playing a leading role in developing a nation or a region. The capacity to solve critical problems depends on the generation of innovations. Innovations are more important for a developing nation as only through them, they can find appropriate solutions to the issues unique to their context. A robust roadmap that fosters and nurtures innovations in a country has thus become an essential aspect of public policy. In this context, the book The Black Box: Innovation and Public Policy in India by Prof. Rakesh Basant provides an overview of the innovation landscape in India and the challenges it faces in building a robust entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem in the country. The author provides an extensive analysis of different actors within India's innovation system and recommends policy initiatives to boost and foster innovation.

NC소프트, NHN, 넥슨 등 국내 업체들을 필두로 최근 대규모 다중 사용자 온라인 롤플레잉 게임(Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, 이하 MMORPG) 시장이 크게 확대되고 있다. 하지만, MMORPG의 경우 막대한 초기투자비용이 소요되는데 반해, 성공으로 이어지는 게임의 수는 그 수가 매우 적어, 초기 기획 단계부터 사용자들의 구미에 맞는 게임을 설계하는 것이 국내 MMORPG 산업에 있어 주요한 도전과제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 연구는 MMORPG에 대한 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 주요 설계 요소들을 기존 문헌을 통해 도출하고, 이들 요소들 중 MMORPG 게임의 만족도 및 지불의향에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인들은 무엇인지 식별해 보고자 하였다. 주로 분석적 계층 프로세스(AHP) 기법을 이용해 MMORPG 설계요소에 대한 분석을 시도한 기존 연구들과 달리, 본 연구에서는 대표적인 인공지능 기법 중 하나인 인공신경망 기법을 이용해, MMORPG 설계의 핵심성공요인을 식별해 보고자 하였다. 분석결과, 사용자의 만족도에는 부가가치 시스템 관련 요인들보다는 게임 컨텐츠 자체의 품질과 관련한 요인들이 더 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 사용자의 지불의향에는 부가가치 시스템 관련 요인들이 게임 컨텐츠의 품질 관련 요인들보다 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 MMORPG 사용자의 만족을 결정하는 설계요소와 지불의향을 결정하는 설계요소 사이에는 서로 차이가 있기 때문에, 게임의 성격과 시장진출 전략에 따라 업체에서 집중해야 할 설계 요소가 반드시 달라져야 함을 시사한다. 아울러, 만족도와 지불의향 모두에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 설계 요소는 '사용자 인터페이스(user interface)'라는 사실도 함께 확인할 수 있었는데, 이는 사용자가 편리하고 직관적으로 조작할 수 있는 환경이 기본적으로 제공되지 않는 한 MMORPG의 사용자 만족과 수익창출 모두 달성되기 어렵다는 점을 우리에게 시사한다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 본 연구의 시사점들은 향후 MMORPG 개발업체나 유통업체의 전략 수립에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A study on the global trend of accreditation for mediators implies many important aspects of controlling of the quality of mediation. Firstly, whether or not having an accreditation system, most European countries and the U.S. have a common understanding on the fact that mediators need to be trained to mediate disputes, apart from their own expertise on the subject matters. Secondly, private-led accreditation has been utilized in countries having a Anglo-American law system such as the United Kingdom and the U.S. a while nation-managed one has been operated in the countries having a continental law system such as Austria, Belgium, Italy and Germany. Thirdly, private mediation service providers (usually institutions or companies) play an active role in the training and accreditation of mediators and further make them act as mediators in the disputes referred to them. Fourthly, the countries having a nation-managed accreditation system usually stipulate a certain mediation training and accreditation requirement by law. Fifthly, there is no uniform trend on the minimum hours of training required for accrediting the mediators. Sixthly, mediation training generally focuses on the practical mediation capacity-building, including mediation theory and role-playing, mediation simulations, peer review and supervision. And finally, the mediation theory mainly includes the role of mediator, mediation procedures, mediation communication, negotiation and communication skills, mediation ethics and mediator's code of conduct, etc.

The objective of this work is to investigate the effect of chemical enhancer and current on the flux of donepezil hydrochloride (DH) through skin. Ethanol and N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) were used as chemical enhancers in combination with iontophoresis. We also have studied the effect of pH on flux and evaluated the role of electroosmosis. In vitro flux study was performed at $33^{\circ}C$, using side-by-side diffusion cell and full thickness hairless mouse skin. Passive flux of DH without enhancer was very small. As the concentration of enhancer increased, passive flux increased. After current application, flux increased markedly and the time to reach maximum decreased. Without enhancer, maximum flux was about 50 fold larger than that obtained without current. These results indicate that electromigration is playing a major role for the transport. As the enhancer concentration increased, flux also increased. NMP and ethanol increased not only the passive delivery, but also the iontophoretic delivery. Flux results indicate that ethanol has better ability than NMP in enhancing the transport of DH. The magnitudes of increase in flux by these enhancers indicate that there is a large synergistic effect in flux enhancement. Flux results from pH study showed that electroosmotic flow is reversed at low pH and the flux is hindered. These results provided some information on the flux enhancing ability of ethanol and NMP in combination with iontophoresis. The data also provided some mechanistic insights into the role of electromigration and electroosmosis on flux through skin.
