Deep learning has been incorporating various optimization techniques motivated by new pragmatic optimizing algorithm advancements and their usage has a central role in Machine learning. In recent past, new avatars of various optimizers are being put into practice and their suitability and applicability has been reported on various domains. The resurgence of novelty starts from Stochastic Gradient Descent to convex and non-convex and derivative-free approaches. In the contemporary of these horizons of optimizers, choosing a best-fit or appropriate optimizer is an important consideration in deep learning theme as these working-horse engines determines the final performance predicted by the model. Moreover with increasing number of deep layers tantamount higher complexity with hyper-parameter tuning and consequently need to delve for a befitting optimizer. We empirically examine most popular and widely used optimizers on various data sets and networks-like MNIST and GAN plus others. The pragmatic comparison focuses on their similarities, differences and possibilities of their suitability for a given application. Additionally, the recent optimizer variants are highlighted with their subtlety. The article emphasizes on their critical role and pinpoints buttress options while choosing among them.
The advanced knowledge is increasing day by day due to the progress of medicine and tectonics, the increase of nursing research nowadays. In parallel with these, nursing profession has a need of the nursing care with improvement of new Knowledge, tectonics and nursing procedure through the insertive education. Therefore, this study was attempted to investigate that to grasp learning need of nurses about inservice educational play a pivotal role in the progress of inservice education. Although the success of industrial clusters largely depends on whether clustering firms can achieve economic performance, there has been less attention on investigating factors and conditions contributing to the performance enhancement for clustering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Along this vein, we adopt the theories of social capital and organizational learning as those success factors for clustering SMEs. This study thus aims at examining what effect social capital accrued in the relationships among actors within clusters has on firm performance of clustering SMEs and what role organizational learning plays in the linkage between social capital and firm performance. For the empirical analysis, we operationalized the variables and their measures to develop questionnaires through the theoretical reviews on literatures. As a sample of 227 clustering SMEs, our collected data was analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results confirmed that a high level of social capital, represented by network, trust, and norm, has positive effect on firm performance of clustering SMEs. We also found that clustering firms presenting high organizational learning, represented by absorptive and transformative capability, achieve better performance than those placing less value on organizational learning. Furthermore the significant relationship between social capital and firm performance is mediated partially through organizational learning. These findings imply not only that the territorial agglomeration of industrial cluster does not guarantee the performance creation of clustering SMEs but that they need to develop social capital among various actors within clusters, facilitating their knowledge diffusion. In order to absorb and mobilize the shared knowledge and information into strategic resources, the firms should improve their capability associated with organizational learning. These expand our understanding on the importance of social capital and organizational learning for the performance enhancement of clustering firms. Differentiating from major studies addressing benefits and advantages of industrial cluster, this study based on the perspective of firm-internal business process contributes to the literature advancement. Strategic and policy implications of this study are discussed in detail.
The structures and processes of medical education have changed little since the publication of Flexner's report, which stressed the scientific orientation of medical education and the curricular structure of 2 years of formal knowledge education and 2 years of clinical experience. However, the previous perspectives on medical education are facing challenges, and these call for new pedagogy and theories on which to base medical education practice. Considering that social dimensions of learning have been emphasized in practice, perspectives that integrate these aspects are needed. Among the various learning theories, social cognitive theory refers to the theoretical framework which contends that learning occurs within interactions with others and environments. From a social cognitive standpoint, learning through observation is a critical component in human functioning. Indeed, observational learning has particular significance in medical education in that it provides the context for which the importance and meaning of role models can be understood. In addition, as theoretical constructs such as self-efficacy and outcome expectations allow us to establish an effective learning environment, exploring the concepts of the theory could be beneficial to medical education practice. In this context, the present review article aims to provide a glimpse of the fundamental assumptions and theoretical concepts of social cognitive theory and discusses the implications the theory has on teaching and learning. Further, a review of previous studies could help explain how the theory has informed medical education practice. Finally, the author will conclude with the implications and limitations of applying social cognitive theory in medical education.

This study examines the effectiveness of the study through a case of PBL(problem-based-learning) class conducted in a balanced culture course called at 00- University in the second semester of 2020. The effects of learning are as follows: First, PBL(problem-based-learning) has sufficient active interaction between the teacher and the learner. In the face of prolonged non-face-to-face learning, the PBL teaching method has sufficient interaction between the professors-learner and the learner. Second, PBL learning can actively utilize various problems that fit the characteristics of the subject and actively utilize the process of role sharing and collaboration. By presenting various problem situations suitable for the subject, students will be able to share roles individually or as a team, and fully experience the process of collaboration and discussion in the process of investigating the data. Third, critical perceptions of problem situations can be extended. In modern times, a variety of problem situations arise and critical perceptions of them must be fully learned. In a mass production and mass consumption society, students should develop the ability to blindly recognize and distinguish between real and fake information in a flood of information. The limitations identified in this class case are, first, the nature of the subject, "Understanding Culture and Philosophy," which makes it possible to discuss the global cultural phenomenon, but it should be discussed in terms of philosophy. Second, it is not easy to work as a team on non-face-to-face online. Nevertheless, PBL is a very effective method of learning in which active interactions and learning activities take place between professors and students, whether face-to-face or face-to-face online learning.
While organizational learning (OL) is vital for ventures to build knowledge bases necessary for successful innovation, less attention has been paid to how learning organizations leverage it for performance improvement. We investigate entrepreneurial orientation's (EO) role in performance-by-learning mechanisms underpinning ventures' innovative initiatives, adopting dyadic performance indicators: technological competitiveness and business performance. Analyzing 218 Korean ventures, our study shows that firms valuing OL, characterized by acquisitive and experimental learning, exhibit high EO, facilitating productive use of knowledge-based resources and enhancing performance. Importantly, EO fully mediates the performance implications of OL. Our findings suggest that a comprehensive learning approach for knowledge acquisition and experimentation provides ventures, often facing smallness and newness liabilities, with a fertile entrepreneurial ground for increased innovation returns.

Different industries mostly rely on quality certification for promoting their products or brands. Although getting quality certification, specifically by human experts is a tough job to do. But the field of machine learning play a vital role in every aspect of life, if we talk about quality certification, machine learning is having a lot of applications concerning, assigning and assessing quality certifications to different products on a macro level. Like other brands, wine is also having different brands. In order to ensure the quality of wine, machine learning plays an important role. In this research, we use two datasets that are publicly available on the "UC Irvine machine learning repository", for predicting the wine quality. Datasets that we have opted for our experimental research study were comprised of white wine and red wine datasets, there are 1599 records for red wine and 4898 records for white wine datasets. The research study was twofold. First, we have used a technique called backward elimination in order to find out the dependency of the dependent variable on the independent variable and predict the dependent variable, the technique is useful for predicting which independent variable has maximum probability for improving the wine quality. Second, we used a robust machine learning algorithm known as "XGBoost" for efficient prediction of wine quality. We evaluate our model on the basis of error measures, root mean square error, mean absolute error, R2 error and mean square error. We have compared the results generated by "XGBoost" with the other state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, experimental results have showed, "XGBoost" outperform as compared to other state of the art machine learning techniques.
The purpose of this study is to develop the Public Practice Center's teaching-learning model by applying blended learning strategies which is complementary to the expected problems such as expansion of the educational object and diversity of the curriculum to maximize the educational effect and to analyze activation types of the Practical Practice Center to expand the Public Practice Center's function and role by studying the document. Blended Learning Strategies are established in consideration of the following eight (8) factors ; learning environment, learning purpose, learning contents, learning time, learning place, learning type, learning media, type of interaction. It is redesigned and amended to the KEDI's individual confirmation instruction model for skill learning (1975) which is considered to be effective in the filed of education by applying features, educational contents of the Public Practice Center's teaching and merit of Blended Learning Strategies simultaneous. This model is composed of six (6) steps as shown below; 1. Understanding on the purpose and orientation 2. Observation for demonstration of fundamental skill 3. Ex on-line learning 4. Acquirement of element skill 5. Confirmation for acquirement of fundamental skill 6. After on-line learning. Further to this, this model is designed so that the above eight factors will be applied to the students effectively and the merit of e-learning and off-line practice will be mixed to the learner's expectation and satisfaction.
