사실적 보도태도에 미치는 기자의 역할인식과 역할지향의 영향력 연구 - 중앙일간지 편집기자를 중심으로 (A Study on the influence of journalist's Role-Cognition and Role-Orientation Upon Real Reportage attitude -Focus in editors of National Newspaper)

  • 본 연구는 중앙일간지 편집기자의 역할인식을 사회안정 및 개혁 견제로, 역할지향을 취재원지향, 사시지향, 독자지향으로 구분하고 역할인식과 사실적 보도태도 사이에서 역할지향의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 취재원지향은 사회적 안정 역할 인식의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났는데 사실적 보도 역할 인식을 감소시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 사시지향은 사회적 안정 역할의 영향을 받을 뿐 사실적 보도태도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 독자지향성은 편집기자의 역할인식이 사실적 보도역할인식을 강화하는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 취재원의 기대에 영향을 받을 경우 사실적 보도태도는 감소하며, 독자의 기대에 영향을 받을 경우 사실적 보도태도는 증가하는바 편집권이 외부요인에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다는 것을 실증적으로 입증하고 있다.

  • The Purpose of this study is to investigate the cognition and experience of sexual violence and to Present the influential factors of the cognition of sexual violence. The subjects were 835 high school students living in Kwangiu and Chonnam. The data analysis used Mean. Standard Deviation, T-test. F-test. and Multiple Regression Analysis The major findings is as follows : 1 There are meaningful differences in the experience of sexual violence between male and female adolescents. 2. There are meaningful differences in the cognition of sexual violence in sex. sex-role attitude. experience of obscene materials and sex education. 3. The variables which affect cognition of sexual violence is sex-role attitude, sex and experience of obscene materials that were explained about 10%.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences in persuasive effectiveness of visual merchandising according to merchandise class. For the experiment, 8 stimuli brands were selected. A total of 360 questionnaires were obtained from college students. The results were as follows. First, VM cognition were divided into 3 factors by confirmatory factor analysis: coordination, attractiveness, and function. Second, coordination and function had a positive effect on brand attitude. Third, brand attitude had a positive impact on brand loyalty. Fourth, it was revealed that merchandise class had a moderating role in the influence of VM cognition on brand attitude. This study has a meaning in that the theoretical extension of previous studies on VM was executed and demonstrated the moderating role of merchandise class when brand attitude was formed by VM cognition.

취업여성의 스트레스와 관련변인 분석 (Employed Women's Stress and Related Variables)

  • The purposes of this research were to find out general trends of employed women's stress and to investigate the differences and effects of related variables. The data were obtained through 239 employed women living in Kwangju and Chonnam. The major findings were as follows : 1) Employed women's scores of stressor, stress cognition and distress were under medium but coping scores were relatively high. 2) Significant differences in employed women's stressors were found according to age, income, job satisfaction, and family life cycle. Stress cognition differed according to job adjustment conditions and self-esteem. Also distress related with job conditions and object. Stress coping levels were different according to income, job conditions, self-esteem, and sex-role attitude. 3) In analyzing the causal effects among related variables, employed women's stressors were affected by job satisfaction and age. Also stress cognition were influenced by job satisfation and self-esteem. Job conditions showed significant effects on distress and self-esteem, sex-role attitudes showed on coping. Conclusively job satisfaction, self-esteem and gender equality were most important variables for employed women's stress. (Korean J of Human Ecology 2(1) : 25-37 1999)

  • The purpose of this study is that level of community members about dental hygienist's job of cognition and perception. The subjects of this survey were 500 of community members located in Gumi, Seoul, Incheon, Wonju.(response rate 92%) The results of study could be summarized as follows: 1. Women, 30 age group, officer and house keeper who had were experienced scaling higher level cognition of dental hygienist than another groups. 2. The group that had experienced oral examination, oral health consult, and the young group who had not experienced prosthodontic treatment had higher perception that dental hygienist main role is oral health care education. 3. The student who had experienced scaling had higher perception that dental hygienist's main role is oral disease prevention. 4. Over 30 age, women group who had experienced dental treatment between 6 month and 2 years had higher perception that dental hygienist main role is dental assistance At the conclusion of this investigation, We investigated that person's perception and cognition is promoted through scaling. Therefore we have to increase opportunity of oral health prevention and education role. In addition, we should notify dental hygienist with uniform, name tag and information about dental hygienist.

지식근로자의 공유인지와 팀 효과성의 관계 (The Relation with Shared Cognition for Knowledge Worker and Team Effectiveness)

  • Attention has been focused recently on the concept of shared cognition which encompasses the notion that effective team members hold knowledge that is overlapping and complementary with teammates. This shared cognition is expected to improve team effectiveness. In contrast to the continued efforts in developing theoretical approach of shared cognition, empirical studies are meager. Thus, we conducted an empirical study to investigate the role of shared cognition on team effectiveness. This study classifies shared cognition into two types, team mental model and transactive memory system, by shared meaning. A total of 121 new product development teams in the IT industry were surveyed for the data collection. The results of analysis can be summarized as follows: first, team mental model has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect. And the relation with team mental model and team performance is moderated by the similarity of knowledge structure among the expert. Second, transactive memory system has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect.

  • The research was to investigate the effect of quality cognition(usage, medical information, aesthetic, safety) of the web site of the facility on customer loyalty and moderating role of trust variable. The respondents was 201 patients and caregivers. Data were collected from March 1 to 31, 2010 at C university hospital in G city. In relationship between quality cognition of facility web site and customer loyalty, the results of quality cognition on customer loyalty showed 43.1% (F=36.912) in model 1, 46.3%(F=33.454) in model 2, and 46.8%(F=18.580) in model 3. In relationship between web site quality cognition and customer loyalty, moderate effect of trust was not considerable. As results, quality is the leading fact for customer loyalty more than trust. Therefore, customer loyalty leaves its possibility of increment when facility web site is designated depending on medical information, usage and aesthetic.

  • This study suggests a process design using cognitive processes. Job characteristic model for job design and recent cognitive engineering studies for process design are reviewed briefly. By using these concepts, the lean production system is re-interpreted in terms of cognitive engineering and the latent dimensions of the lean production system are revealed as the application of cognitive engineering principles. An integrated process design framework for cognitive manufacturing system using job characteristic model is suggested for the effective design of manufacturing system. Propositions for empirical analysis of this model are also analyzed through a questionnaire survey. Propositions are (1) experiential cognition and motivation potential affect the ability, role perception, and need for achievement of the operator in the manufacturing system, (2) the ability, role perception, and need for achievement of the operator affect the job performance. Both propositions are supported by correlation analysis and path analysis.

  • 본 연구는 관광지 시설물에 대한 방문객의 공간인지도 분석을 통해 방문객의 공간인지도 향상을 위한 시설물 계획 및 관리적 측면의 개선방안과 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적달성을 위해 방문객의 시설물에 대한 공간인지도와 시설물 특성 및 방문객 특성 등의 공간인지도 영향요소에 대한 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 이를 토대로 남이섬 관광지 방문객을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 시설물 유형, 입지 등의 시설물 특성과 성별, 연령, 안내지도 사용 등의 방문객 특성이 방문객의 공간인지도와 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 남이섬의 경우에는 식 음료시설에 대한 매력성, 상징성 강화 등의 재정비가 요구되며, 종반부 시설물에 대한 정보제공 시설의 추가설치 및 재배치가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 관광지 시설물의 효율적인 계획과 관리를 위해 시설물 및 방문객 특성 등의 공간인지도 영향요소에 대한 면밀한 분석과 반영의 필요성을 시사한다. 특히, 방문객의 공간인지도는 관광지의 공간적 성격과도 연관성이 있으며, 여성의 공간인지도 향상을 위해 시설물의 독특성이 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과는 관광지 시설물의 계획과 관리에 있어 관광지 정보제공 기능이 관광지의 공간구조의 복잡성과 관계없이 방문객의 공간인지도 향상을 위해 중요한 요소임을 시사하고 있다.

  • Mothers are a powerful consumer force in the children clothing market, and somatotype plays an crucial role on their evaluation of clothing and decision to purchase. It is therefore essential to identify the roles of mother's somatotype & somatotype cognition in relation to purchasing of children clothing. This study aimed to investigate the effects of mother’s actual somatotype & somatotype cognition on their children’s clothing evaluative criteria. In order to compare the clothing evaluative criteria of the groups and among the groups by mother’s somatotypes at the point of children’s clothing purchases, mother’s actual somatotype & somatotype cognition of their self and their children were adopted as variables. Total usable questionnaires were obtained from 147 middle-aged mothers of students aged between 10 & 13. Results indicated that practical, commodity & symbolic dimensions of children’s clothing evaluative criteria were used differently by each group to decide on purchase of clothing for thin, moderate & heavy children. This study provides important commercial information about mother’s actual somatotype & somatotype cognition related to their children’s clothing evaluative criteria, and as such can be used strategically to the effective communication with consumers.
