This paper designs and implements a smart care system for the senior citizen who lives alone. Recently, as the level of living has increased due to the rapid improvement of medicine, living standard and environment, the proportion of the elderly population is increasing. In addition, the proportion of the elderly living alone, which is increasing with the aging society, suggests that the provision of services such as the elder care system and emergency notification is becoming an important issue. However, since the existing emergency notification technology analyzes fixed CCTV images, it is difficult to monitor in the blind spot of CCTV and to move to a place where the camera is not installed. There is a problem that it can not be performed. Therefore, in this paper, we design and develop a smart care system that utilizes robot and object tracking technology that can move in real time to overcome these shortcomings. This enables real-time monitoring regardless of the location, and prompts for assistance in case of an emergency, so that it can provide convenience to cares and assistants.

Indoor location-based services provide a service based on the distance between an object and a person. Recently, indoor location-based services are often implemented using inexpensive depth sensors such as Kinect. The depth sensor provides a function to measure the position of a person, but the position of an object must be acquired manually using a tool. To acquire a 3D position of an object, it requires 3D interaction, which is difficult to a general user. GUI(Graphical User Interface) is relatively easy to a general user but it is hard to gather a 3D position. This study proposes the Interactive LOcation Context Authoring Toolkit(ILOCAT), which enables a general user to easily acquire a 3D position of an object in real space using GUI. This paper describes the interaction design and implementation of ILOCAT.

Robot Process Automation (RPA) is a computer technology called Robotic Process Automation, a form of business process automation based on the concept of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI) walkers. In general, in traditional workflow automation tools, software developers design software that creates a set of actions to automate tasks and interfaces for the back-end systems using internal APIs or dedicated script languages. However, in RPA software, automation can be implemented by configuring an operating processor as if the general user is directly performing the task of the application. In other words, it can be said that it is a suitable development method for automating simply repetitive tasks rather than developing specific programs in which all necessary functions are implemented, as in general software development. Thus, this is more appropriate for configuring and automating RPA software in traditional manufacturing companies that are not easy to develop and apply smart factories or high-end AI software. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the requirements required at the actual manufacturing companies, focusing on the manufacturer's case in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, called SinceWin Co., Ltd., and to examine the possibility of RPA software in the manufacturing companies by implementing actual RPA software that supports office automation. Through the research, it was confirmed that the actually implemented RPA software met the requirements of the company and helped manufacturer practice significantly by automating the parts that were worked error-prone and manually periodically.

Devices such as X-Ray, CT, MRI, scanners, etc. can generate S&P noise from several sources during the image acquisition process. Since S&P noise appearing in the image degrades the image quality, it is essential to use noise reduction technology in the image processing process. Various methods have already been proposed in research on S&P noise removal, but all of them have a problem of generating residual noise in an environment with high noise density. Therefore, this paper proposes a filtering algorithm based on a three-dimensional plane equation by setting the grayscale value of the image as a new axis. The proposed algorithm subdivides the local mask to design the three closest non-noisy pixels as effective pixels, and applies cosine similarity to a region with a plurality of pixels. In addition, even when the input pixel cannot form a plane, it is classified as an exception pixel to achieve excellent restoration without residual noise.
Path driving tests are necessary for the development of self-driving cars or robots. These tests are being conducted in simulation as well as real environments. In particular, for development using reinforcement learning and deep learning, development through simulators is also being carried out when data of various environments are needed. To this end, it is necessary to utilize not only manually designed paths but also various randomly and automatically designed paths. This test site design can be used for actual construction and manufacturing. In this paper, we introduce a method for randomly generating a driving test path consisting of a combination of arcs and segments. This consists of a method of determining whether there is a collision by obtaining the distance between an arc and a line segment, and an algorithm that deletes part of the path and recreates an appropriate path if it is impossible to continue the path.

Objective: This study was conducted to analyze the effect of wearable complex muscle support system on energy efficiency during walking in elderly. Design: Cross sectional study Methods: Twenty healthy elderly participated in this study. All subjects performed a 6 minuteswalk test(6MWT) and stair climbing test in dual, slack and no suit conditions. In each condition, oxygen consumption(VO2), metabolic equivalents(METs), energy expenditure measures(EEm), physiological cost index(PCI), walking velocity and heartrate were measured. Through repeated measured ANOVA, it was investigated whether there was a statistically significant difference in the measurement results between the three conditions. Results: In over-ground walking, VO2, METs and EEm showed significant differences between no suit and slack conditions(p<0.05). In stair climbing, VO2 showed significant difference between slack and dual conditions(p<0.05). Also, METs and EEm showed significant differences between no suit and slack, and between slack and dual conditions(p<0.05). Conclusions: Wearing the wearable complex muscle support system for elderly does not have much benefit in energy metabolism efficiency in over-ground, but there is a benefit in stair walking.

The increasing interest in leisure activities of a five-day work per week has been recently prevailed. Additionally, as internet and mobile infrastructures have been becoming widespread, the user can get specific information using a search engine. However, it is difficult for the user to get accurate information they really want as shared information has been rapidly increased and the information has been searched. For example, users can retrieve required travel information, but they also must see a huge number of travel advertisements. In this paper, we design and implement a retrieval system using travel information collecting agent. The information gathering agent regularly visits travel-related category pages of the portal sites and major media travel-article pages to collect information related to travel, and the agent stores the gathered information to a database. Then, users can search the travel information conveniently without the need to view advertisements.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of 'unmanned cafes' on the network through big data analysis, and to identify the latest trends in rapidly changing consumer perception. Based on this, I would like to suggest that it can be used as basic data for the revitalization of unmanned cafes and differentiated marketing strategies. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected documents containing unmanned cafe keywords for about three years, and the data collected using text mining techniques were analyzed using methods such as keyword frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and keyword network analysis. Findings - First, the top 10 words with a high frequency of appearance were identified in the order of unmanned cafes, unmanned cafes, start-up, operation, coffee, time, coffee machine, franchise, and robot cafes. Second, visualization of the semantic network confirmed that the key keyword "unmanned cafe" was at the center of the keyword cluster. Research implications or Originality - Using big data to collect and analyze keywords with high web visibility, we tried to identify new issues or trends in unmanned cafe recognition, which consists of keywords related to start-ups, mainly deals with topics related to start-ups when unmanned cafes are mentioned on the network.
