도로변 미세분진중 중금속의 농도특성과 오염원확인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Heavy Metal Levels of PM 2.5 and Source Identification in Roadside Area)

  • 도시대기중의 분진은 입경 분포에 따라 공기 역학적 직경 2.5$\mu\textrm{m}$를 기준으로 미세 입자(fine particles)와 거대 입자(coarse particles)로 나누어지는 쌍극분포를 보인다. 미세 입자는 주로 화석연료의 연소, 자동차의 배기가스 등과 같은 인위적 발생원에 의한 것이며, 거대입자는 토사의 재 비산, 해염 통과 같은 자연적 발생원에 의한 것이다. 미세 입자는 오염된 도심지역 분진수의 90-99%에 이르는 높은 비율을 보이고 있고, 폐 깊숙히 침투하여 폐 질환을 일으킬 수 있다.   • 세계 여러 나라에서는 구두를 닦거나 수선하는 직업에 종사하는 사람들이 있고 우리 나라 역시 그렇다. 그러나 우리 나라 구두기능 미화원들의 작업환경은 독특한 형태로서, 우리 나라는 1991년 8월부터 서울시내 도로변(人道)에 구두수선대라는 명칭으로 구두수선박스가 곳곳에 점유하고 있다. 본 연구는 도시지역 대기오염의 주 요인이 차량임을 고려하여 도로변 구두수선대 실내 및 실외의 PM3.5와 이산화질소(NO$_2$)를 측정하였고, PM3.5/NO$_2$ 농도비를 계산하였다. (중략)

  • 교통수단의 발달과 경제활동이 활발해짐에 따라 많은 오염문제가 발생하였는데, 특히 대도시를 중심으로 차량과 경제활동에 필요한 에너지 소비의 증대로 대기오염의 심각성은 더욱 커지게 되었다. 일반적으로 대기중 분진의 발생원은 토사의 재비산이나 해염입자, 화분 등과 같은 자연적인 발생인과 산업시설, 소각시설, 가정난방, 수송수단 이용 등의 인간활동에 의한 인위적인 배출원으로 대별된다. 그런데 환경오염 측면에서 보면 인위적인 배출원의 영향은 자연적 발생원에 비해 그 영향이 보다 폭넓고 중요하게 다뤄지고 있다. (중략)

Active Control for Outdoor Noise using an FXLMS Approach

  • This study describes the comparison of noise suppression performances at different locations of two error microphones in active noise control (ANC) for outdoor applications. For this study, 12 different locations were predefined to decide best locations for error sensors in terms of suppressing noise. As shown in Fig. 1, the ANC system with one primary loudspeaker, two secondary loudspeakers and two error microphones is operated by a filtered-x LMS (FXLMS) algorithm which is implemented in a TI 6713 DSP board and Realsys 4713 AD/DA Extension board. The noise for the primary source is a typical road noise measured at a highway roadside. The lengths of adaptive filters of W1 and W2 are varied from 32 to 128 respectively. An intensive computer simulation was accomplished before outdoor ANC experiments. It is expected from the simulation results that the ANC performances are very much dependent upon the locations of the two error microphones.

You should establish the effect of the system by the conjunction with UTIS system, emergency vehicles can be dispatched quickly to shorten the processing time of disaster, accidents incidents and protect the lives and property of the citizens.

도로변 아파트 단지 옥외공간의 소음도 예측 및 분석 (Prediction and analysis of noise level of outdoor areas in roadside apartment complexes)

  • Outdoor spaces in an apartment complex have been enlarged by the increased underground car parking. It has become accepted as important place for acoustic comfort of resident. This paper attempts to determine the noise exposure to the outdoor area in 21 apartment complexes built within 5 years. The results showed that the average noise level of outdoor area ranged from 37.6dB(A) to 67.2dB(A). And the percentage of areas below the noise level of 55dB(A) range 0.1% to 95.0%. The analysis on correlations shows that the traffic volume and building coverage have significant effects on noise level.

  • This paper is an analysis of the Category Individual Residence urban spatial structure along the National Route 20 (Koushu-Kaido), one of the major roads in Japan, and the degree of differences between locations and its changes between the points of time. The analysis was based on the GIS technique. Whilst, previous studies were based on municipal boundaries or mesh units as sources of data, GIS allowed the use of variable geographical units, Roadside zone, Inner zone, North zone, South zone, Blocks. As an example to apply the technology of GIS, 1986's sand 1991's building polygon data of the Urban Planning Bureau of Tokyo Metropolitan Government are used. The layers referred to the analyses is the building polygons with the amount of stories, building area, floor area and the material of the building. Two statistical analysis are executed; one is the test of the regional equality about the number of story of building, building area, floor area and fireproof building ratio.

A Study on Intelligent Railway Level Crossing System for Accident Prevention

  • Accidents at level crossing have large portion on train accidents, and causes economical loss by train delay and operational interruption. Various safety equipments are employed to reduce the accident at level crossing, but existing warning device, and crossing barrier are simple train-oriented protection equipments. In this paper, intelligent railway level crossing system is proposed to prevent and reduce accidents. For train driver's prompt action, image of level crossing and obstacle warning message are continuously provided to train driver through wireless communication in level crossing control zone. Obstacle warning messages, which are extracted by computer vision processing of captured image at level crossing, are recognized by train driver through message color, flickering and warning sound. It helps train driver to decide how to take an action. Meanwhile, for vehicle driver's attention, location and speed of approaching train are given to roadside equipments. We identified the effect of proposed system through test installation at Sea train and Airport level crossing of Yeong-dong line.

  • This study is a preference reversal about a policeman image and evaluation by roadside higher stories meeting dwelling pot to the center, and it is an examination, the thing that it analyzed by proposals. Also, it was arranged the parallel that older brother was parallel in the printing which was monotonous if I wore 1, and the pot that time a little shielding anger was high was evaluated because preference anger was low. Therefore, consideration about a the number of layers interval change must be in order a higher stories meeting dwelling pot reduces that I go for a closing of crossways in the future, and to be able to feel variety with a form enemy.

부산 도심지역 기습 폭우 후 형성된 도로면 토사의 재비산에 의한 미세먼지 농도 상승 (Concentration Rise of Fine Particle according to Resuspended Dust from Paved Roads after Sudden Heavy Rain in Busan)

  • This study investigates the concentration sudden rise in fine particle according to resuspended dust from paved roads after sudden heavy rain in Busan on August 25, 2015. The localized torrential rainfall in Busan area occurred as tropical airmass flow from the south and polar airmass flow from north merged. Orographic effect of Mt. Geumjeong enforced rainfall and it amounted to maximum 80 mm/hr at Dongrae and Geumjeong region in Busan. This heavy rain induced flood and landslide in Busan and the nearby areas. The sudden heavy rain moved soil and gravel from mountainous region, which deposited on paved roads and near roadside. These matters on road suspended by an automobile transit, and increased fine particle concentration of air. In addition outdoor fine particle of high concentration flowed in indoor by shoes, cloths and air circulation.
