도로경관의 자연환경성 모형 -교외지역 국도를 중심으로- (A Model of Environmental Naturalness for Roadscape - Focused on the National Road in Suburb Areas -)

  • This study was attempted to review the information data for minimizing the destruction of environmental naturalness and the visual damage of landscape from road construction by establishing a model of environmental naturalness for national roads in the suburb areas to suggest an answer to a research question, ' hat does decide the environmental naturalness of roadscape?'. We found that 1) The road-side slope showed no statistical significance in the description of environmental naturalness of roadscape, but the fact that the road-side slope from road construction is the destruction of natural topography cannot be overlooked. 2) In terms of the direction of value variations for independent variables, signboard and telegraph post, soundproofing and protection wall, structure, and building acted toward negative (-) direction, while mountains, sky, road trees, fields, and surrounding green including the road-side slope acted toward positive(+) direction. 3) The variable with highest relative contribution to dependent variables among independent variables is building, which has importance as many as 148 times of road-side slope, while the variable road-side slope has the least importance. Building has the importance of 7.22 times, mountains 5.51 times, road trees 2.59 times, surrounding green 2.54 times, structure 2.41 times, signboard and telegraph post 2.37 times, soundproofing and protection wall 2.20 times, and sky 1.32 times of the fields as a standard criterion values 1.

도로경관의 시각적 특성 및 선호도에 관한 연구 -청주시 주진입로를 대상으로- (A Study on the Visual Character and Preference of Roadscape -In Case of the Main Entrance Road in Chongju-)

  • The purpose of this study was to figure out visual character and preference of roadscape for the main entrance road in Chongju. We took 9.6km which was from the Chongju interchange of Kyungbu expressway to Sangdang park and was thought to have a peculiar characteristics. This main entrance road was seperated into 4 parts according to arranging patterns of roadside trees and buildings. To investigate the visual characters, the sementic differential scale experiment was used. The visual characters, the sementic differential scale experiment was used. The visual preference was examined by analyzing visual volume of 4 factors. The results of the study based on these analyses were as below : 1. Factors that compose the visual characters of roadscape were classified by the emotional factor, the individual factor and the physical factor. These 3 factors showed a64.14% total variance. Among 3 factors the emotional factor which represented psychological reaction was appreciated to be the highest and the physical factor was assessed to be the lowest. 2. 24 items in total 14 adjectives showed the following ranking of mean values in sementic differential experiment : Road I -->RoadIII-->RoadII-->RoadIV. The mean values between Road I and RoadIV showed a significant difference, which can be explained to be a contrast between the natural factor and the artificial factor. 3. The mean value of the visual preference was the highest at Road I and the lowest at Road IV. While Road II and Road III showed 3.51 and 4.71, respectively. 4. The effect of 4 factors on visual preference was analyzed by regression as follows : Visual preference =1.2983+0.0627 + 0.0230+0.0203, R-Square=0.5

근대 자산으로서 길에서 보는 경관의 유형적 특성과 경관 보전 방안에 관한 연구 - 영도구를 사례로 - (A Study on the Typical Characteristics and Conservation Plan of Roadscape as a Modern Asset - Case Study of Yeongdo-gu, Busan -)

  • 본 연구는 근대자산으로서 옛길과 그 길 위 경관의 가치를 고찰하였다. 대상지인 영도의 근대시기 조선총독부에 의해 제작된 1916, 1919년 두 시기의 지형도와 2017년 수치지형도를 중첩 분석하여 영도의 근대시기에서 현재까지 100년 동안 존속하고 있는 길 총 108개소, 총연장 26.32km를 추출하였다. 영도 100년 길의 잔존형태를 살핀 뒤, 그 길 위에서 체험하는 경관의 유형을 아홉 가지로 분류하여 고찰하였다. 시퀀스적 경관체험이 이루어지는 장소의 존속성이 현시대만의 장면이 아닌 역사적 경관의 변천을 토대로 할 때, 이 경관을 보전 관리 계획할 수 있는 새로운 적정모델이 요구된다. 따라서 시선의 개념을 공간적 개념으로부터 시공간적 개념으로 한 차원 끌어 올리는 새로운 경관모델을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 시점장으로서의 길에서 보는 경관의 보전 기준과 영도 100년 길 위 경관의 경관유형별 보전방안을 제시하였다. 근대자산으로서의 영도 100년 길과 길 위 경관의 의미를 통시적 경관 네트워크로서 파악하고 보전해야 할 것이다. 100년 전 길의 잔존 여부는 그 길 위에서 경관을 바라보는 시선의 역사도 100년 동안 지속되고 있었음을 시사하며, 이것은 영도지역이 가진 역사적 풍경이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 경관 보전 방안을 통하여 영도 근대 역사길과 그 길 위 풍경이 근대자산이자 지역유산으로 자리매김하기를 기대하며, 추후 근대자산으로서의 길과 길 풍경의 제도적 보전 및 관리, 활용방안에 관한 연구가 이어지기를 기대한다.

관개경관 구도분석에 따른 보전방안에 관한 연구 - 청주 가로수길 중심으로 - (The Study on the Conservation According to Analysis of Composition of Canopied Landscape - A Case of Chongju Garosoo-gill-)

  • This study aims to establish the schematic plan for renewing canopied landscape of Garosoo-gil of Chongju and to review to conserving the resources of streetscape of the Garosoo-gil. The study reinterpreted the Garosoo-gil of tree canopied road, representing meanings and functions of the road with main traffics as well as the image of Chongju city achieved buffer zone for open spaces to city green network. The study relied on the present composition, the status of road trees and streetscapes; additionally, the present streets cape was performed with examinations of those factors, the composition of roadscape, the change of structure according to visitor's movement and road construction condition, which was composed with focused places on concerning the loss and demolition of trees by Garosoo-gil. According to the result, the streetscape could be prospected to decreasing the number of trees and changing the sceneries of streetscape. As a result, the dominant canopied streetscape was found three areas. The analysis could help to find a way to establish the schematic plan for making the streets cape be symbolized and take place identified and better festival events with greens. The study could not only suggest the place of the streetscape to be divided into conservation area and protection area, for tree canopy but also establish alternatives for making the Garosoo-gil be a beautiful street park and enduring for a better landscape of main entrance road.
