  • The number of new students at many domestic universities is declining. In particular, private universities, which are highly dependent on tuition, are experiencing a crisis of existence. Amid the declining school-age population, universities are striving to fill new students by improving the quality of education and increasing the student employment rate. Recently, there is an increasing number of cases of using the accumulated big data of universities to prepare measures to fill new students. A representative example of this is the analysis of factors that affect student employment. Existing employment-influencing factor analysis studies have applied quantitative models such as regression analysis to university big data. However, since the factors affecting employment differ by major, it is necessary to reflect this. In this paper, the factors affecting employment by major are analyzed using the data of University C and the decision tree model. In addition, based on the analysis results, a roadmap for student employment by major is recommended. As a result of the experiment, four decision tree models were constructed for each major, and factors affecting employment by major and roadmap were derived.

  • Roadmap of cyber trade offers members the opportunity to interact electronically with like-mined individuals and to both create and buyer relevant to a topic of interest. Roadmap of cyber trade was conduct on the economic effect of electronic commerce according to the method of constructing the Internet. Firms using cyber trade have difficulty enjoying a uniformly identical effect. That is, since the improvement effect of the intrafirm business method, unnecessary repeated manual paperwork and the use effect of being able to maintain the close relationship with to the parties to trades in the process of prompt receipt and delivery of documents are long-term and indirect effects, they have some limitation in that they can not be measured as coefficients but only as scales. In terms of business management, the intensification of corporate competitiveness improved by $10.00\%$ in case of less than 10 times and by $11.53\%$ in case of 50 to less than 50 times. And it was found that the effect of profit increase as the number of inquiries was large. That is, it was found that the effect of profit increase was $10.88\%$ when the number of inquiries was less than 10 times but it increased to $14.00\%$ in case of 50$\∼$less than 100 times. Therefore, to revitalize cyber trade, it is thought that government, the academic community and the business world all need to make much research into and sustained investment in cyber trade.

  • The review of the present status of Korean industries and the establishment of strategic R&D agenda are necessary to improve the innovative technological capabilities of Korea to the top level of the world. Recently, Korean ministry of science and technology (MOST) has selected specific areas to develop national technological innovation system, and prepared national technology roadmap (NTRM). Korean ministry of environment (ME) also has prepared technology roadmap (TRM) to help efficient development of environmental science and technology. The development of eco-friendly process in NTRM and TRM was introduced and reviewed in this study. In addition, strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis of technological capabilities of Korea was performed. The results propose the core role of industry, university, research institute, and government for the development of Korean environmental process technology.

  • At this point in time when active participation in renewable energy projects is required, basic information on growth engines and substantial promotion strategies for participation in renewable energy projects is needed. According to the this study tried to provide basic information for vitalizing participation in the renewable energy business by analyzing the factors affecting the new energy business participation roadmap using the multi-layered model. As a result of this study, it can be seen that in order to achieve an effective new energy business participation roadmap, it is necessary to re-establish the new and renewable energy business participation factors by industry. Specifically, it is necessary to prepare appropriate countermeasures such as the leading organization of the project, profit distribution method, green industry financial support, project implementation method, power plant location, and comprehensive long-term strategy, and there is an institutional approach that can promote the development of related industries. found to be necessary. Above all, it suggested that in order to achieve an effective new energy project participation roadmap, an institutional approach is needed that can expand the supply of new and renewable energy while minimizing the burden on the national economy and promote the development of related industries.

  • Testing tools help software developers and test engineers to automate a part or the whole of test process and reduce the time and cost of software test. However. no automatic tools meet a variety of test requirements with various domains In this paper, we suggest a categorical taxonomy of automatic testing tools and analyze numerous commercial testing tools on its basis. Then we propose a development roadmap of software automatic testing tools. As a result of those analysis. we try to understand the complementary relations of the testing tools and seek for the direction of further development of the testing tools.

  • The purpose of the current study is to suggest a reliable starting point for roadmapping to overcome two common shortcomings of previous literatures that they do not demonstrate a robust methodology for roadmap and they describe the roadmapping process in the abstract. The proposed methodology for roadmapping considers four important business- and market-related factors: consumer requirements, engineering characteristics, the gap between the roadmapped technology and competing technologies, and future changes in consumer preferences. We capture consumer preferences using conjoint analysis and interconnect the above four factors using QFD (Quality Function Deployment). The model is applied to power line communications (PLC). The results show that there is a significant difference between priorities assigned to the engineering characteristics by expert alone and priorities determined by the roadmapping model.

  • This paper introduces the technology roadmapping process. As a needs-driven technology planning tool, technology roadmapping can help identify and select technology alternatives to meet a set of market needs. Thus, it allows increasingly limited R&D investments to be used more efficiently. In this contribution we classify the technology roadmap on the basis of literature review and case survey, and provide the technology roadmapping process.

  • The space industry is a comprehensive and technology-intensive industry involving different converging technologies. However, most of the companies in Korea's space industry are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and need to strengthen global capacity to export their products. However, the link between the destination country and the product remains insufficient. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to propose an export roadmap for space products to provide SMEs with export opportunities and strategic guidelines. For this, technology roadmap and portfolio analysis are applied to this purpose. This study is expected to be helpful to SMEs and government agencies.

  • To make the research and development in IoT networks witness a significant improvement and last for a long period, it is always important to attract new researchers to work on this area and be a part of it. The best way to attract researchers to work in any research area and have their interest is to give them a clear background and roadmap about it. In this way, researchers can easily find a deep point to start their research based on their interest. This paper presents an overview and roadmap about IoT technologies from the most five vital aspects: IoT architecture, communication technologies, type of IoT applications, IoT applications protocols and IoT challenges.

  • The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the current status of Industry 4.0 policies in India and provide holistic policy recommendations in the transition towards Industry 4.0. The study was conducted based on the content-centric review of written policy documents like policy memoranda (memos), green papers and white papers, policy briefs, policy reports, opinion pieces, and newspaper and academic publications on Industry 4.0. India lacks infrastructure, regulatory framework, architectural reference model, incentives, skills, and standard roadmap towards Industry 4.0. The current policy status and policy recommendations presented in this study can serve as a great asset for academicians, policymakers, and practitioners to prepare a holistic roadmap for Industry 4.0 policy implementation. The study is first to assess India's current policy status and compare with Germany towards Industry 4.0. Besides, it is expected to assist government policymakers in formulating tangible policy outputs and strategic roadmaps.
