This study aimed at proposing a RD&D good practice policy guidelines for energy technology innovation in electric power industry, we identified the success factors on energy RD&D through representative case analysis such as energy RD&D demonstration project and strategy plan, technology road map, etc. Based on a successful case study, we have identified the key elements needed to suggest when setting a RD&D technology innovation policy framework for technological competitiveness in the power industry sector. We have presented guidelines for energy technology innovation direction from the full cycle perspective of RD&D. The energy RD&D innovation system that we have established is meaningful in that the implications are derived and reflected through the case analysis of developed countries. The results of this study are as follows; Enhancement of R&D investment performance, commercialization of research achievements, promotion of export industrialization of electric power industry, establishment of RD&D governance system of power energy, etc.

As the development of the 4^th industiral revolution in the maritime industry has progressed, the technical development of autonomous ships, and the development of international regulations have been accelerated. In particular, the IMO Maritime Safety Committee(MSC) has established a road-map for the development of the non-mandatory goal-based MASS instrument(MASS Code) and started developing a non-mandatory MASS Code at MSC 105^th meeting. Many countries are actively participating in the Correspondence Group on the development of MASS Code, and the development of detailed requirements for MASS functions in the MASS Code is underway. Especially, the concept of "Mode of Operation" for MASS functions was mentioned in the Correspondence Group for the first time, and it is expected that discussions on these modes will be conducted from the IMO MASS JWG meeting to held in April 2023. The concept of "Mode of Operation" will be useful in explaining MASS and MASS functions and will be discussed in the future for the development of MASS Code. This paper reviews the contents of the IMCA M 220 document, which provides guidelines on operating modes, to conduct research on the benchmark for setting the operating modes of MASS.

This research was establishment of landscape formation plan to Yusang village region Yeongcheon city. Literature research, field research, surveys carried out for this purpose. In addition, by utilizing design code that appears in the common characteristics of the rural scenic views of the region in improving the quality of life of the local population and preserve the indigenous landscape as well as improve the quality of rural landscapes, management, capital town of the region to form Yeongcheon the center was established in the landscape plan form. The natural environment of the capital region for the landscape formation plan, Humanities and Social Environment, Landscape Resources Status, Social Consciousness, landscape map, landscape design, code identification and basic design and planning through the basic steps to derive design guidelines were applied to the landscape formation plan. Formation landscape plan for the regional launch of the regional landscape improvements, region entrance space and yusang reservoirs place, rest zone in the sacred tree and nurse trees around the plan, and repair the town hall. residents living village road maintenance to improve the environment, and develop a detailed plan, such as the lungs maintenance. The plan is likely to be able to contribute to improving the quality of life of the people and landscapes to improve regional, creating a guide for future business landscape is formed to have a significant advantage as a basis.

Continuous development of Personal Computer(PC) combined with the decrease of price and the expansion of operating system in PC like Windows 95, and Windows N/T makes it possible for the user to consider PC-bas-ed Automated Happing/Facilities Management (AM/FM) system. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a PC-based data automation system of pipe infrastructures-water, sewer, and drainage-and road in Korea Land Corporation. In order to achieve this goal, relevant literature survey was done first. Secondly, the study site was determined by discussion with Korea Land Institute. Thirdly, PC-based CAD software for AM/FM in the world market were surveyed, and AutoCAD Map was selected because KLC had been using hundreds of AutoCAD copies already. After that user needs assessment was done to visit on-site office, local branch office, and the corresponding city office for the system design and database design. After the graphic data were digitized and the attribute data were entered into the batabase, the data automation system was established, and tested for application. Finally, the guidelines and problems for PC-based data automation in AM/FM was discussed.

In this study, to set the direction of improvement and development Library One Service, a current status survey was conducted for regional centers and libraries participating in Library One Service, and satisfaction surveys were conducted for users. As a result, it confirms that the user had a positive perception of the Library One Service, but there were various considerations and service improvements from the user and manager side. In particular, the need to solve the problem of instability in the middleware server and to revise the regulations, and to expand the user service and support practical work was confirmed. So, this study proposed to improve the function of the Library One Service, provide new services, support policies such as revision of regulations and related guidelines, and provide practical support for a service operation. Through this study, it expects to be able to present a road map for mid- to long-term development of Library One Service.

The "Hydrogen Economic Activation Road map" was announced in 2019, and hydrogen demand is expected to exceed 470,000 tons per year in 2022 and keep increasing. Under this circumstance, it has become important to understand the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with various hydrogen production pathways. In this study, the evaluation of life cycle GHG emissions regarding the hydrogen produced as by-product from coke oven gas (COG) in steel mill is conducted. To cover the possible range of operations, three literatures were reviewed and their data of inputs and outputs for the process were adopted for calculation. Life cycle inventories and emission factors were mostly referred to GaBi and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) guidelines, respectively. When there are multiple products from a single process, the energy allocation method was applied. Based on these sources and the assumptions, the life cycle emission values of COG-based hydrogen were found to be 3.8 to 4.7 kg/CO₂-eq./kg-H₂.

Recently, the world's countries are tightening regulations on CO2 and air pollutants emission to solve them. In addition, eco friendly vehicles is increasing to replace automobiles in internal combustion engine. The government is supporting the expansion of hydrogen refueling infrastructure according to the hydrogen economy road map. In particular, refueling station is important to secure the safety that supplies high-pressure hydrogen with a wide LFL range. This paper is on guidelines for the determination safety distances to ensure worker safety from accident as jet fire. The safety distance is set according to the procedure of the EIGA doc 075/21. For accident frequency is upper 3.5E-05 per annum, safety distance is decided via consequence analysis where the risk of harm is below individual harm exposure threshold.

Objectives: The purpose of this manuscript was to propose the policy and perspectives of prevention and management for hypertension and diabetes in Korea. Methods: Authors reviewed the chronic disease prevention and management projects and models were executed in Korea until now, and analyzed and evaluated their performances. Results: In the circumstances of Korea, the following several requisites should be improved ; Specific Korean strategy for development and pursuing of national level policy agenda for chronic disease management must be established. There are a need to establish several means of supplementing the weaknesses of the current chronic disease management policies and programs. Firstly, development and distribution of contents of guidelines on the systematic project execution regime (regarding systematization of local community, subjects and contents of the projects) with guarantee for the quality of chronic disease prevention and management are necessary. Secondly, there is a need for development of information system that can lead the chronic disease management programs currently being implemented. Thirdly, there is urgent need to develop resources such as cultivation of manpower and facilities for provision of education and consultation for the patients and holders of risk factors of chronic disease. Fourthly, there is a need for means of securing management system and financial resources for operation of policies and programs. Conclusions: The results can be able to use as a road map, models, and direction and strategies of policies for chronic disease prevention and management of Korea.

The seventh year of implementing online material deposit demands a systematic collection, legal and regulatory improvements, and the establishment of a long-term strategic plan for online material collection. In this study, we aimed to propose an online material collection strategy and a long-term roadmap for preserving online resources as national intellectual and cultural heritage for future generations. To achieve this, we analyzed the status of domestic and foreign libraries, related laws and regulations, and the types and collection status of online materials. Based on this analysis, we proposed practical collection standards and methods. Ultimately, a long-term roadmap and implementation plan were suggested. The long-term development plan for online material collection established a phased, concrete implementation strategy. This includes the foundation-building phase of online material collection, followed by the expansion phase, and finally reaching the maturity phase.
