야간작업 안전의 적정조명 기준설정을 위한 실험연구 (A Study on the Practical lighting Guide for Night Work)

  • A Reasonable lighting should be provided for doing night work. All works far construction site can be exposed to potential hazard at night work The purpose of this study is to provide a standard of the lighting against accidents due to insufficient lighting at site. one pilot tea one at building work site, one at mad work site of it have been conducted for figuring out illumination change depending worker's activity direction, using lux checker to show it as numerical indication. The direction are changed with a range of 30, 60, 90, and 135 degree to be checked at site. Tests results show that $10\%\;and\;15\%$ of lighting could be decreased by changing the working direction of works at site. Therefore, steep slope place, cave work and backside of structural elements such as a column, deep beam should be considered for keeping sufficient and reasonable lighting. It is found that $50\%more$ illumination Lux needs f3r civil work than for building work.

터널조명 측정을 통한 조도와 휘도기반의 조명 비교 연구 (Comparison Research between Lighting Based on luminance and Illuminance through Measuring Tunnel Lighting)

  • Tunnel lighting design and operation are both regulated based on luminance in and out of Korea these days. However, domestic tunnel lighting is operated by internal lighting depending on external brightness by using an illuminometer applying the conversion factor on luminance. The purpose of tunnel lighting is to alleviate the visual shock occurring from the rapid change from external brightness to internal brightness when entering a tunnel. However, when looking at the tunnels operated based on an illuminometer, it is not a system where the driver can measure the brightness within his or her viewing angle when entering the tunnel. It is general to install and operate the illuminometer on the roof of an administrative office near the tunnel; however, this method is not structured to connect with the internal lighting by checking the brightness of the viewing scope of the driver, thus is not structured to properly apply the viewing conditions of the driver. Rather, it should be in a method for extracting the luminance value within the viewing scope of the driver pursuant to tunnel lighting standards and in connection with internal lighting. This research seeks to find the difference between operations based on luminance and operations based on intensity of Illuminance in road tunnels through field measuring, and to suggest the necessity of operating based on luminance with the resulting value.

도로조명의 빛공해 계산 및 규제안 제안 (Calculation and Regulation Proposal of Light Pollution from Road Lightings)

  • This is a study to establish regulations against light pollution for lighting on roads. Many kinds of light pollution by luminaire on roads was calculated and analyzed by applying the classification method of luminaires(Cut-off classification of IDA-IESNA, BUG Rating Classification) and the calculation method of Upward Lighting Ratio of CIE among measures to prevent light pollution that international lighting organizations suggest. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the regulation by Cutoff of IESNA and ULR classification of CIE could be one for scattered light of light pollution compared to BUG classification but is not sufficient for the regulation of light tresspass or glare. BUG classification by each lighting zone was suggested as threshold value of the light pollution regulation considering domestic conditions.

  • 환경오염과 에너지 절약차원에서 세계적으로 빛도 공해의 하나로 인식하고 각 나라에 맞는 법규와 규제 방식을 정하여 옥외조명을 관리하고 있다. 반면 국내에서는 광해 대책 안이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내실정에 적합한 규제안과 광해 계산법을 마련하기 위해서 국제 조명단체들이 제시하는 광해계산법을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 여러 도로조명기구들을 선정한 후 광해계산법과 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 적용하여 광해요소들을 비교 분석하였고, 결론으로 우리나라에 맞는 광해 규제안을 제시하였다.

  • 도로조명의 적절한 보수를 위하여, 조명 수준을 정확하게 파악하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 2분할 수광방식을 고안하여, 차량을 이용한 조도측정시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 넓지 않은 면적을 차지하고 도로의 흐름을 차단하지 않고 신속하고 신뢰성 높은 데이터를 자동으로 측정 저장할 수 있다. 따라서 도로조명 측정에서 많은 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있다.

  • The case where a drain cannot flow backwards, a sewer institution can be unmanageable in this, and a mad is under water momentarily by local heavy nin by the climate phenomenon in spite of not being a lowlands belt has occurred well more than recently. By the flooded mea since it is in the state which has some human bodies at hand, when a short circuit occurs in street lighting pole which is the electric institution thing of a road, the danger of an electric shock accident becomes higher. In this paper, it was going to show improvement plan for grasping the brittle factor of street lighting pole electricity facilities through the on-site survey of street lighting pole electricity facilities, and improving this.

도로터널의 경계부 순응휘도 측정 및 분석 (Measurement and Analysis of Adaptation Luminance in the Threshold Zone of the Road Tunnel)

  • As the standard lighting required in the threshold zone of a road tunnel is determined by the enough contrast. Lighting design, therefore, must be determined by the calculation method of threshold luminance based on the adaptation luminance of the driver approaching the tunnel. The veiling luminance and the luminance in the access zone were measured at different time and in different weather using the veiling luminance method, a kind of perceived contrast methods, and the L20 method when the range of vision was 20 degrees. On the basis of the measured data each threshold luminance was calculated and its results were analyzed.

  • 본 연구에서는 도로 조명 설비에 있어서의 도로 면의 휘도 분포 및 조도 분포뿐만 아니라, 평균 휘도 및 평균 조도, 전반 균제도와 길이상의 균제도, 임계 증분, 광막휘도, 글레어 등의 계산을 수행하는 프로그램(Lighting Analysing Program for Road, LAPRoad)을 개발하였다. 도로 및 조명기구의 기하학적 배치와 함께 노면의 반사 특성과 조명기구의 배광 특성이 사용자의 선택에 의해 입력된다. 계산의 정확도와 LAPRoad의 유용성을 검증하기 위해 실제 조도와 휘도를 측정하고 이를 계산 결과의 비교하여 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

  • Until the first stage of the 1990's years, Korean are not concern so much the facilities of traffic tunnel, because of them are the short length and also the quantity of them are not over the several tens in Korea. But, in latest many tunnels has been constructed and are designed in expressway and local national roads. The government office concerned forecast the numbers of tunnel are increased about 300 until the 2003 years, and then we need more interesting about the facilities of tunnel . In the tunnel, the first above of all important facilities is lighting installations which are required much electric energy and continuing maintenance.

이동 로봇을 위한 3차원 거리 측정 장치기반 비포장 도로 인식 (3D Depth Measurement System-based Unpaved Trail Recognition for Mobile Robots)

  • A method to recognize unpaved road region using a 3D depth measurement system is proposed for mobile robots. For autonomous maneuvering of mobile robots, recognition of obstacles or recognition of road region is the essential task. In this paper, the 3D depth measurement system which is composed of a rotating mirror, a line laser and mono-camera is employed to detect depth, where the laser light is reflected by the mirror and projected to the scene objects whose locations are to be determined. The obtained depth information is converted into an image. Such depth images of the road region represent even and plane while that of off-road region is irregular or textured. Therefore, the problem falls into a texture identification problem. Road region is detected employing a simple spatial differentiation technique to detect the plain textured area. Identification results of the diverse situation of unpaved trail are included in this paper.
