Background: Management and workers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often find it hard to comprehend the requirements related to controlling risks due to exposure to substances. An intervention study was set up in order to support 45 SMEs in improving the management of the risks of occupational exposure to chemicals, and in using the control banding tool and exposure model Stoffenmanager in this process. Methods: A 2-year intervention study was carried out, in which a mix of individual and collective training and support was offered, and baseline and effect measurements were carried out by means of structured interviews, in order to measure progress made. A seven-phase implementation evolutionary ladder was used for this purpose. Success and failure factors were identified by means of company visits and structured interviews. Results: Most companies clearly moved upwards on the implementation evolutionary ladder; 76% of the companies by at least one phase, and 62% by at least two phases. Success and failure factors were described. Conclusion: Active training and coaching helped the participating companies to improve their chemical risk management, and to avoid making mistakes when using and applying Stoffenmanager. The use of validated tools embedded in a community platform appears to support companies to organize and structure their chemical risk management in a business-wise manner, but much depends upon motivated occupational health and safety (OHS) professionals, management support, and willingness to invest time and means.

The development of information technology and the demands of society on an application in an operating system, as well as increasing the specifications and sophistication of smartphones, require banks to make changes to their mobile banking applications. The transformation of the mobile banking application into a digital banking application conducted by banks has made users re-evaluate based on their preferences. This study presents the behavior of users of digital banking applications in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The hypothesis model is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with additional factors of the social image, perceived risk and perceived trust adopted from Muñoz-Leiva et al. (2017). The methodology in this study includes data collection through questionnaires distributed online and data analysis using the Structural Equation Model. The results of this study illustrate that the perceived trust and perceived risk have a more dominant part in influencing user attitude and user intention to use digital banking. Meanwhile, social image, perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness are not significant in influencing user attitude and user intention to use digital banking. The implication of this research helps to determine the right communication and strategy so that more users with more benefits can utilize this digital banking application.
The purpose of this study was to develop a checklist of risk factors for quantitative assessment of musculoskeletal complaints in shipbuilding workers. A key point was to develop comprehensive a checklist including the worker's physical ability, as ergonomic and workload factors. ln the first, through correlation analysis between musculoskeletal complaints and physical abilities in shipbuilding workers, risk factors related to physical abilities were selected. In the second, after the development of a checklist was composed of physical, ergonomic and workload factors, factor analysis was used to test the validity of the developed checklist. Each factors selected finally showed that physical factors were hand grip strength, spinal curvature, and flexibility (sit to reach), ergonomic factors were posture, total exposed time, duration, and force of working, and workload factors were physical and psychological workload perceived by worker. The results showed that musculoskeletal complaints was associated with physical abilities (p<.05). The developed checklist had a reliability of .761 (Cronbach=.761) and a validity and explanation of 54.9%. The criterion of management was classified in 4 stages by relative weights of each factor. It is suggested that active intervention is needed to reduce musculoskeletal complaints in workers with more than a 14.31 score.

Recently construction environment is being professionalized. oversized and diversified. Due to fluctuation of construction environment, the demand for the project of steel structure is ieased gradually and steel construction is needed the efficient quality management. The construction of steel structure which required a variety of sub-contractors, the progress of works and technologies are comprehensive of various risks and uncertain factors. But currently the construction of steel structure is conducted the risk management by perception and experience of constructors. Therefore, the analyzing factors of the risk and establishing the device are able to manage the quality management efficiently. In this study, we have conducted the interview of experts, polls and through the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) for the scientific and systematic risk management. This paper will propose a plan for systematization of the construction of the steel structure.
Recently, regulatory bodies quite often encourage to adopt risk-based inspection (RBI) and management programs because they can enhance safety simultaneously with deregulation in Korea. RBI is an integrated methodology that factors risk into inspection and maintenance decision making. This paper describes an example of how to use known risk assessment codes (API 580, API 581 BRD) to address such safety analysis requirements for risk management in the refining industry. Specifically, this paper reports the methodology and the results of implementation to the Crude Distillation Unit(CDU) plant of refinery units using the $KGS-RBI^{TM}$ program, developed by the Korea Gas Safety Corporation in reference of API Codes and ASME PC (Post Construction) with a suitable consideration of Korean situation. The results of the risk and reliability assessment using $KGS-RBI^{TM}$ program are useful in determining whether the detected defects are tolerable or required to be repaired. The subsequent decisions are to manage the future inspection, repair and maintenance planning in the risk reduction control.

Purpose: It is important to note that the relative importance of risk factors should be identified to successfully complete the remodeling project of general hospital. Approached by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the present study aimed to systematically evaluate the risk factors for remodeling of general hospital. Methods: The present work classified the risk factors of general hospital remodeling into four major categories including the requirements survey stage, planning and design stage, dismantling and construction stage, and maintenance stage. In addition, four sub-categories were derived from each major category factor. Furthermore, five major categories and four subcategories were selected to be considered from the perspectives of two stakeholders of contractor and constructor. The relative importance of the major and sub-categories factors was calculated using the AHP technique on the survey data collected from 49 respondents who participated in the survey study. Results: The results indicate that, the risk factor of requirements survey stage was found to be the most important risk factor to consider among the four major categories of factors. Also, insufficient preliminary investigation, design inconsistencies in architecture/mechanics/electricity, occurrence of safety accidents, and insufficient review of various equipment capacities and performances were found to have the highest priorities of each subcategory factor group included in the four major categories. From the perspective of contractor, the error in predicting the construction period was found to be the most important risk factor. The occurrence of safety accidents during construction was found to be the most important risk factor to be considered by constructor. Implications: The result of the current work should provide important insights and guidelines for the risk management activity that contributes to controlling the project time, cost, and scope required for general hospital remodeling.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to deduct the factors for explaining the economic behavior of an Internet user who provides personal information notwithstanding the concern about an invasion of privacy based on the Information Privacy Calculus Theory and Communication Privacy Management Theory. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the computation theory of information privacy with the factors deducted from the management theory of communication privacy on the basis of the Dual-Process Theory. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the Privacy Concern about forms through the Perceived Privacy Risk derived from the Disposition to value Privacy. In addition, this study confirmed that the behavior of an Internet user involved in personal information offering occurs due to the Perceived Benefits contradicting the Privacy Concern.
The purpose of this study was to develop and manage fitness management class by experimenting effects of fitness management class on obese indices, metabolic syndrome risk factors and health and skill-related fitness in university students. Progress of fitness management class by exercise prescription program according to level of students health and fitness. Comparison of obesity indices, metabolic syndrome risk factors and health and skill-related fitness between fitness management class group and control(physical education class) group in before- and after-16week exercise prescription program. Decision of class contents and establishment of fitness management class. The effects of fitness management class appeared to higher than control group on obese indices, metabolic syndrome risk factors and health and skill-related fitness. In conclusions, we suggest that fitness management class for wellness convergence is effective for health promotion of students.

The psychosocial stress and musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) have been one of major health problems for hospital workers. This study tried to understand the relationship between symptoms associated with MSDs and risk factors such as working posture, job stress, psychosocial stress and fatigue. A total number of 655 hospital workers participated in this study. Specifically, REBA was applied for evaluating working posture and a checklist prepared by KOSHA(Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency) was used for symptom survey. A questionnaire from KOSHA was also used for collecting data associated with job stress, psychosocial stress and fatigue. All these data were formulated and modeled by path analysis which was one of major statistical tools in this study. Specifically, path analysis for the data we collected came up with several major findings. The risk scores from working posture based on REBA had indirect effects via fatigue factor(MFS) as well as direct effects on symptoms. The factors associated with job stress(KOSS) and psychosocial stress(PWI-SF) had significant effects on symptoms. Specifically, indirect effect of job stress factors via fatigue factors(MFS) had bigger than that of direct effect of job stress on symptom.
