Risk assessment during pre-construction phase is important due to the uncertainty of the risks that may exist in projects. Risk checklist is a method to systematically classify and organize the risks that have been experienced in the past, and to identify the risk factors that may be present in the future projects. In addition, risk value assessment based on checklists plays a key role in risk management, and various risk assessment researches have been conducted to carry out this systematically. However, previous approaches have limitations in common, this is because risk values are evaluated individually in risk checklists, which ignore interdependencies among risk factors and neglect the emergence of co-occurrence of risks. Hence, when multiple risk factors cooccur, they cannot be far off from the conventional method of summing the total risk value to establish the risk response strategy. Most of risk factors are interdependent and may have multiple effects if occurred than expected. In particular, specific cause can be overlapped if multiple risks co-occur, and this may result in overestimation of the risk response for the future project. Thus, the objective of this research is to propose a model to help decision makers to quantify the risk value reflecting the interdependency during the identification phase using existing risk checklist that is currently being practiced in actual construction projects. The proposed model will provide the guideline to support the prediction and identification of the interdependency of risks in practice. In addition, the better understanding and prediction of the exceeding risk response by co-occurring risks during the risk identification phase for decision makers.

건설사업은 그 규모와 복잡성으로 인하여 다른 산업에 비해 위험에 대한 노출수위가 크고, 그 형태도 다양하다. 따라서, 건설사업에서 위험을 인지하고 대응하는 일련의 위험관리 과정은 정확하고 체계적으로 수행되어야 한다. 위험관리 과정에서 위험인지 단계는 다양한 위험요인의 인지와 그 위험의 성격을 규정하는 단계이고. 이러한 위험인지 단계에서 위험분류체계는 사업에 내재된 다양한 위험을 인지하게 해주는 유용한 도구이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 위험분류체계의 문제점을 개선하고 재정립함으로서, 실질적인 건설사업에서 위험인지 도구로서 활용될 수 있는 사업단계별, 계약주체별 체크리스트를 제안하였다.

최근 활발히 진행되고 있는 도시재생사업과 같은 대규모 복합개발사업은 사업기간이 길고 다양한 사업주체들이 참여한다. 이러한 특성 때문에 사업추진 과정상 많은 위험요인들을 내포하게 되고 이를 관리하는 것은 사업의 성패에 큰 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 도시재생사업에서 위험을 인지하고 대응하는 일련의 위험관리 과정은 정확하고 체계적으로 수행되어야 한다. 위험관리과정에서 위험인지단계는 다양한 위험요인을 인지하고 그 위험의 성격을 규정하는 첫 단계이다. 위험을 인지하는 기법 중 체크리스트는 가장 보편적이고 실용적인 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업의 개발단계에서 사업주체들의 업무를 분석하고, 위험을 도출하여 사업주체별로 위험을 분류하는 체크리스트를 제안하였다. 이러한 주체별 위험요인 체크리스트는 실무자가 쉽게 위험을 파악할 수 있는 도구로써, 도시재생사업과 같이 다양한 사업주체들이 자신은 물론 다른 사업 참여자들의 위험을 인지하는데도 효과적일 것이라고 기대된다.

Even though continuous management and supervision of reinforcement of policies to safeguard accidents at workplace and work sites were implemented. Accident prevention activities such as inspection and diagnosis are urgently required to induce a preliminary investigation to identify the risk factors for each type of work, before the work task to eliminate risks at the worksites. Since safety inspections at work sites were generally conducted through visual inspections, the results of safety inspections may vary depending on the findings and proficiency of the safety officers. The results of those inspections may have loopholes to prevent potential accidents at work. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a risk identification checklist that can effectively perform safety inspections to prevent accidents at work sites. This study initially analyzed the previously developed accident checklist to identify current complications and issues in safety checklists. Based on the findings of major industrial accidents over the past three years, the relationship between accident, workplace, and work type were analyzed refereeing the safety inspection standards. A risk recognition-checklist was developed to provide basic data on identifying risk factors, and inspection guidance at work sites. To prepare for potential accidents by identifying and taking countermeasures to mitigate the high risk and serious accidents at sites by the guidelines of the checklist. The developed inspection checklist has been practically used by experts at work sites to perform safety inspections, and it has been verified its suitability, and feasibility, to prevent or mitigate workplace accidents, including securing the safety and health of field workers. The role of the developed safety checklist has been considered effective at worksites.

건설산업에서 리스크관리는 글로벌 경쟁력 지표를 평가하는 요소로써 활용될 뿐만 아니라 기관 및 기업들의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 분야로써 꾸준한 관심을 받고 있다. 효과적인 건설리스크 관리를 위해서는 재무관리, 보험관리, 안전관리 등 기업차원의 전사적인 리스크관리 범위에서 실제 건설현장에서 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 업무 프로세스의 개선이 필요하다. 건설리스크 관리를 위해서는 무엇보다 어떤 리스크가 내재되어 있는지 식별하는 단계가 중요하며 리스크 식별이 선행되어야 그에 따른 대응전략 수립 및 관리방안에 대한 모색이 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 식별, 분석, 대응방안 수립, 모니터링 및 관리 등 건설리스크 관리를 위한 단계 중 리스크 식별에 대한 업무 프로세스 개선에 초점을 맞추어 사례현장의 리스크 식별을 위한 체크리스트 도출 과정 및 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 사례현장은 사업단계별 리스크 분류체계 도출을 통해 리스크 요인에 대한 원인을 파악하여 리스크 요인의 위험도 저감 또는 제거를 위한 점검 방안으로써 체크리스트를 도출하였다. 이러한 사업의 특성 및 성격을 고려한 체크리스트 도출 과정은 효과적인 리스크 식별을 가능하게 하고 체계적인 리스크관리 수행을 유도하여 프로젝트의 성공적인 완수에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

In university laboratories, areas of studies are becoming diverse and complicated according to the development of the industry. New forms of potential risk factors are increasing and they are unlike existing ones. In addition, many students are conducting various experiments in the laboratory. Therefore, they could be exposed to risk more often. Despite these risks, people do not recognize university lab safety activities properly and observe safety precautions. They are exposed to various laboratory accidents continually. In this study, we do not apply the present diagnosis method, checklist, but the safety assessment that is widely used in industry. Then we can find lots of hazard that checklist method could miss. This study will use the 4M and Hazard & Operability to design a new Laboratory safety assessments method.

Cumulative trauma disorders(CTDs) of the upper extremities among the workers at manufacturing workplace have become a serious problem in Korea. However, most of the studies on the CTDs carried out in this country have focused on the Video Display Terminal(VDT) operators. In fact, high rates of the CTDs have been reported for telecommunication employees, and the CTDs associated with VDT use in telecommunication industries pose great health and social problems in Korea today. On the other hand, there are few studies on the CTDs among the manufacturing workers, and the severity of the problem was much under-reported. This study reports and discusses the results of the literature review on the cross-sectional studies of the CTDs, along with the analysis of the problems associated with identification, medical examinations, and ergonomic evaluation of the disorders. Also a checklist was developed for the use of quick screening tool for risk factor analysis. Consistency of the checklist was validated with the field studies of several manufacturing workplace. Current issues and suggestions for future ergonomic studies are also addressed.

The planning phase of construction project success or failure of the enterprise decision the 1st dangerous duration which occurs very there is a possibility of making with the phase which is important, of construction project in life cycle most many risk.
