The macroeconomic concept represents the movement of a country's economy, and it affects the overall economic activities of business, government, and households. In the macroeconomy, by looking at changes in national income, inflation, unemployment, currency, interest rates, and raw materials, it is possible to understand the effects of economic actors' actions and interactions on the prices of products and services. The US Federal Reserve System (FED) is leading the world economy by offering various stimulus measures to overcome the corona economic recession. Although the stock price continued to decline on March 20, 2020 due to the current economic recession caused by the corona, the US S&P 500 index began rebounding after March 23 and to 3,694.62 as of December 15 due to quantitative easing, a powerful stimulus for the FED. Therefore, the FED's economic stimulus measures based on macroeconomic indicators are more influencing, rather than judging the stock price forecast from the corporate financial statements. Therefore, this study was conducted to reduce losses in stock investment and establish sound investment by analyzing the FED's economic stimulus measures and its effect on stock prices.

This study observes the difference in the actual regional ripple effect of the decrease in admission resources due to the decrease in school age population, which has been weak in empirical studies, and how much the decrease in competition rate by department nationwide provides a significant shock to the decrease in enrollment rate in the population unit. An empirical quantitative analysis was attempted. As a result of applying the panel-tobit regression model, a clear gap was confirmed in the decrease in the registration rate due to the decrease in the competition rate both nationally and in the provinces, and in particular, a highly significant relationship was derived with the decrease in the recruitment rate. In particular, the sensitivity of the risk of unrecruitment due to a decrease in competition rate was the highest in the Jeolla region (0.499), followed by the Gangwon region (0.475) and the Gyeongsang region (0.471), and the metropolitan region (0.158) was confirmed to be the most stable. This suggests that the gap in insufficient funding has gradually widened by region over the past 10 years, and that the shock wave becomes more pronounced in the provinces farther away from the metropolitan area. Based on this study, if we deviate from the standardized application of university development policies for the metropolitan area and regional universities, and present a customized higher education strategy for each region, it will be an opportunity to prevent local extinction due to a decrease in the school-age population and achieve coexistence with higher education institutions and regions at the same time.
Forest road is an essential infrastructure for forest management such as the composition and management of forest resources, timber and forest byproduct production & transportation. It has recently been utilized forest recreation and forest sports as well as also forest pest control, forest fire prevention and evolution. When you build a forest road, the economic function in the forest is activated, so that it can result in the ripple effect of induced employment, value-added creation and production inducement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact caused by forest road construction occurring as the overall economy. For analysis it was applied to inter industry analysis method that is a method for analyzing the quantitative cross-correlation. The data were used in the Input-Output Tables In 2014, the Bank of Korea. When you build a forest road, economic effect due to the construction of the forest road is generated and economic effects are also generated due to the increase in the production of forest products after the construction of the forest road. Therefore, we will analyze the economic impact of the two effects. The estimated economic value of forest products, which is the economic effect of forest product cultivation, was calculated through some assumptions and the economic ripple effect was analyzed. The forest road construction sector is defined as land clearing and reclamation, and irrigation project construction and the forestry forest products sector is defined as the sum of raw timber, edible forest products and misc. forest products. In total, 32 sectors were classified, and except for the two sectors defined as forest road construction and forestry forest products, the remaining sectors were integrated according to the classification system of 30 integrated classifications of the Bank of Korea. As a result, the production inducement coefficient for forest construction was analyzed to be 2.767 and the production inducement coefficient for forestry forest products was analyzed to be 1.565. This means that 2,767 times the production of forest road construction investment is induced in the whole industry and the production of 1.562 times the amount of forestry forest products is caused by the whole industry as the production of forestry forest products increases. The value added inducement coefficient for forest road construction was 0.977 and the value added inducement coefficient for forestry forest products was 0.985. Forest road are essential infrastructure for forestry development and should be continuously invested because they are essential elements of timber production and forest byproduct production with functions such as forest management, forest recreation, forest sports, and town connection.
The purpose this study is to discuss effects of product design innovations on small and medium enterprises' business accomplishments and further on raising those enterprises' international competitiveness through reviewing previous studies that quantitatively analyzed economic and technological performance and ripple effects of products developed through design innovations. To determine how much design innovations are influential and contributing to small and medium enterprises' international competitiveness, then, the researcher took most advantage of statistical data from quantitative analyses of business accomplishments brought by design innovation development and investment, or economic effects like sales and exports increase. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, product design innovations by small and medium enterprises directly contribute to creating plenty of technological and economical achievements, for example, improved product quality, increased product profitability, the effect of product differentiation, improved price competitiveness and increased business sales and exports. Second, technological and economic achievements brought by product design innovations can directly lead to ripple effects like accumulating related knowledge and know-hows, strengthening the competitiveness of products, improving corporate image, increasing business sales and net profit, and meeting many different consumer requirements. Third, technological and economic achievements and ripple effects brought by product design innovations all become very important factors and sources on which small and medium enterprises strengthen their international competitiveness in world markets and maintain their sustainable competitive advantage. Fourth, business accomplishments or economic effects brought by design innovations can be quantitatively measured and analyzed with statistical data. Additional data from the moves can help understand and express the very value or nature of design in a quantitative way. This study is significant in that its results was made based on statistical data from empirical, objective measurements and quantification. The researcher hopes that the study contributes to promoting design innovations by small and medium enterprises and helps CEOs of those businesses better understand the very value and nature of design.

Purpose: The radiochromic film (Gafchromic EBT3, Ashland Advanced Materials, USA) and 3-dimensional analysis system dosimetry checkTM (DC, MathResolutions, USA) were evaluated for patient-specific quality assurance (QA) of helical tomotherapy. Materials and Methods: Depending on the tumors' positions, three types of targets, which are the abdominal tumor (130.6㎤), retroperitoneal tumor (849.0㎤), and the whole abdominal metastasis tumor (3131.0㎤) applied to the humanoid phantom (Anderson Rando Phantom, USA). We established a total of 12 comparative treatment plans by the four geometric conditions of the beam irradiation, which are the different field widths (FW) of 2.5-cm, 5.0-cm, and pitches of 0.287, 0.43. Ionization measurements (1D) with EBT3 by inserting the cheese phantom (2D) were compared to DC measurements of the 3D dose reconstruction on CT images from beam fluence log information. For the clinical feasibility evaluation of the DC, dose reconstruction has been performed using the same cheese phantom with the EBT3 method. Recalculated dose distributions revealed the dose error information during the actual irradiation on the same CT images quantitatively compared to the treatment plan. The Thread effect, which might appear in the Helical Tomotherapy, was analyzed by ripple amplitude (%). We also performed gamma index analysis (DD: 3mm/ DTA: 3%, pass threshold limit: 95%) for pattern check of the dose distribution. Results: Ripple amplitude measurement resulted in the highest average of 23.1% in the peritoneum tumor. In the radiochromic film analysis, the absolute dose was on average 0.9±0.4%, and gamma index analysis was on average 96.4±2.2% (Passing rate: >95%), which could be limited to the large target sizes such as the whole abdominal metastasis tumor. In the DC analysis with the humanoid phantom for FW of 5.0-cm, the three regions' average was 91.8±6.4% in the 2D and 3D plan. The three planes (axial, coronal, and sagittal) and dose profile could be analyzed with the entire peritoneum tumor and the whole abdominal metastasis target, with planned dose distributions. The dose errors based on the dose-volume histogram in the DC evaluations increased depending on FW and pitch. Conclusion: The DC method could implement a dose error analysis on the 3D patient image data by the measured beam fluence log information only without any dosimetry tools for patient-specific quality assurance. Also, there may be no limit to apply for the tumor location and size; therefore, the DC could be useful in patient-specific QAl during the treatment of Helical Tomotherapy of large and irregular tumors.
In this paper, we analyze the economic ripple effects of technology related to the unmanned aerial vehicle industry by applying industry association analysis. Specifically, the effects of employment creation, value added inducement, sensitivity coefficient, and influence coefficient can be calculated, and implications for the analysis result are presented. As a result, the employment inducement effect was confirmed to be 10.017 persons per 1 billion won of investment. The value added inducement effect was much higher than the other manufacturing industry average (employment inducement coefficient: 2.285, value added inducement coefficient: 0.581) when the 1 won budget was added, resulting in 0.9771 won added value. In the unmanned aerial vehicle industry, the coefficient of sensitivity, which means the front chain effect, is 0.7870, which is lower than the manufacturing average (sensitivity coefficient 1.125), and the coefficient of influence, which means the backward chain effect, is 1.161, which is higher than the manufacturing average (influence coefficient: 1.116). Therefore, it is classified as the final demand manufacturing industry. This means that the unmanned aerial vehicle industry is an industry that is less affected by economic fluctuations and can be interpreted as an industry with a greater economic impact than other sectors. Based on these data, it can be used to establish the R&D investment direction policy of the unmanned aerospace industry.

The information security industry is increasing in importance and market size due to the development of the fourth industry such as artificial intelligence, IoT and etc. This paper was analyzed the impact of the increasing information security industry on the domestic economy by using the Input-Output table. It was classified industrial sectors into information security products and information security services industries, and then reclassified the Input-Output table into 35 industries. And it was estimated the production inducement coefficient, the value-added inducement coefficient, employment inducement coefficient, and etc. The production inducement coefficients of the information security product and service industry are each 1.571, 1.802, and the value-added inducement coefficients of them are each 0.632, 0.997, and the employment inducement coefficients of them are each 2.494, 7.361. Only the value-added inducement coefficient of the information security service industry is slightly higher than the total industry, and the remaining inducement coefficients are all lower than the total industry. In addition, the information security product industry has no the forward and backward linkage effect, and the information security service industry has no the backward linkage effect. But it has the forward linkage effect. As a result of analyzing the economic ripple effect of the information security industry, the production inducement amounted to 359.9 trillion won, value-added inducement amounted to 164.8 trillion won, and employment inducement amounted to 803 thousand people.
This study was aimed to derive the following regional characteristics and implications by reviewing the effects of local communities and overseas cases through agricultural heritage and related systems to prepare rural regeneration measures using agricultural and rural heritage. First, The study was examined to improve the awareness to improve awareness of the value and preservation of heritage through the designation of agricultural heritage. However, it was found that it was necessary to prepare for social problems such as the aging population in the future. Second, most of the residents' perceptions showed a positive perception of the designation of agricultural heritage, but they were somewhat less recognized in terms of economics, so it was found that regeneration measures were needed to compensate for this. Third, as a result of applying the effect measurement model, the preservation and management effect that meets the purpose of the system is high, and the effect varies depending on projects such as local governments and residents' councils. Fourth, as a result of examining rural regeneration measures through overseas cases, it was found that rather than large-scale development, various cultural and natural resources and activation measures were prepared by expanding the scope to surrounding areas. This study was conducted only on agricultural heritage areas, but it is meaningful that agricultural and rural heritage should be reviewed from various perspectives suitable for the current trend, and it is meaningful in that it considers not only local residents' perception but also regional effects and revitalization measures.

Ths study aims to analyze the economic impact of smart city construction project and operation project on the regions. The study used case studies to analyze the economic impact of smart city construction projects such as Busan EDC and Sejong 5-1, and operation projects such as Jeonju and Daejeon smart city plans. The study used a regional input-output model as its analysis model. The data used for the analysis was the 2015 regional input-output table published by the Bank of Korea. The industry was reclassified from 83 mid-category industries into 8 industries. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the construction project of smart cities was found to have a spillover effect (production inducement effect) not only in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, but also in the surrounding areas of the target regions such as Gyeongnam (Busan EDC) and Chungnam (Sejong 5-1). Second, smart city operation projects had the greatest impact (production, value-added and employment) on the target areas (Daejeon and Jeonju), but the proportion of economic impact in regions other than Seoul and Gyeonggi was low. Third, the ripple effect was more concentrated in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions when the smart city operation project was promoted rather than the smart city construction project. This is due to the concentration of major smart city-related companies, industrial clusters, and research and development infrastructure in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions.

Construction industry has played a pivotal role in the national economy, but the crisis situation of a construction industry has been worse due to the lack of recognition of the contribution of a construction industry. In particular, the transport sector is responsible for a critical function in the movement of humans and material resources, and has a profound impact on national competitiveness and the peoples' welfare, which requires quantitative analysis. In this study, economic contribution and impact of the transportation sector are measured based on the input-output model. Road and railway facilities account for 1.03% and 0.165% of the total industry respectively, and consist of a final demand and total output. Although value-added inducing effect is small, production inducing effect and backward linkage effect has been high. The results in this study will be used as the basic information for validity of investment and policy decisions.
