본 논문에서는 좁은 빔 특성을 가지고 35 dB 이상의 부엽 레벨(Side Lobe Level: SLL)을 가지는 Chebyshev 전류 분포의 선형 배열 안테나를 위한 고전력, 저손실의 스트립라인 10-출력 전력분배 기를 설계, 제작하였다. T-junction 전력분배기를 기본 구조로 하여 단위 셀을 설계하였고, 설계된 단위 셀을 결합하여 전체 전력분배기를 설계하였다. 설계 시 특성 개선을 위하여 다중 임피던스 변환기와 변형된 링 하이브리드 구조를 적용하였고 커넥터 구조의 변경을 통한 동축선로-스트립라인 천이 구조의 개선으로 반사 및 삽입 손실 특성을 개선하였다.

본 논문에서는 상용 트랜스미터 칩과 패치 어레이 안테나를 결합하여 60 GHz 대역에서 동작하는 능동 안테나 모듈을 설계, 제작하였다. 설계된 모듈은 안테나 PCB와 트랜스미터 칩이 장착된 송신 모듈 PCB가 결합되는 구조로 하였다. 주파수 제어신호 및 바이어스 제어신호는 아두이노 키트를 사용하여 인가하였으며, 기저대역의 I/Q 신호가 트랜스미터 칩으로 인가될 수 있도록 하였다. 송신 모듈의 출력은 단일 출력으로 안테나에 연결되므로 차동 출력을 내는 트랜스미터 칩의 출력을 링 하이브리드 발룬에 전달하고, 이를 초소형 상용 커넥터로 $2{\times}4$ 마이크로스트립 패치 어레이 안테나 PCB로 전달되도록 하였다. 최종 출력되는 밀리미터파 신호의 방사패턴 측정을 통하여 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하는 방식으로 확인하였다. 제작된 능동 안테나 모듈의 방사패턴 측정 결과, 3 dB 빔폭과 null 포인트의 위치가 시뮬레이션 결과와 잘 일치함을 확인하였다.

In Bae et al. [2], we have considered the uniform CLT for the martingale difference arrays under the uniformly integrable entropy. In this paper, we prove the same problem under the bracketing entropy condition. The proofs are based on Freedman inequality combined with a chaining argument that utilizes majorizing measures. The results of present paper generalize those for a sequence of stationary martingale differences. The results also generalize independent problems.

In moving coil LOA, the variation of mover position and the consequent changes of coil flux path affect the coil inductance because of unbalanced magnetic circuit. Furthermore, the armature field shifts and distorts the airgap flux density distribution due to the magnet alone by a certain amount, which cause the unbalanced reciprocating force. In this paper, we propose the reduction method of armature reaction and coil inductance. The proposed LOA has the shorted ring the saturated core, the double coil, and Halbach array.

초음파 hyperthermia를 이용한 암 치료는 정상세포에 열적 손상을 주지 않으면서 종양 부위만을 적당한 온도로 가열하여야 하며 따라서 종양세포와 정상세포에 대한 정확한 초음파 세기 조절이 필요하게 된다. 본 연구에서 초음파 hyperthermia용 변환기로써 촛점 거리와 집속 범위를 전자적으로 조절할 수 있는 육각환 변환기를 설계, 제작하였으며 위상조 절회로를 이용하여 초음파 hyperthermia 시스템을 구성, 그 음향 특성을 측정하였으며 모의 생체 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 촛점 부근에서 초음파 에너지가 집속되는 것을 확인하였으며 초음과 hyperthermia 시스템으로써의 유용성을 확인하였다.

In this paper, we propose a neural network processor architecture with on-chip learning and with reconfigurability according to the data dependencies of the algorithm applied. For the neural network model applied, the proposed architecture can be configured into either SIMD or SRA(Systolic Ring Array) without my changing of on-chip configuration so as to obtain a high throughput. However, changing of system configuration can be controlled by user program. To process activation function, which needs amount of cycles to get its value, we design it by using PWL(Piece-Wise Linear) function approximation method. This unit has only single latency and the processing ability of non-linear function such as sigmoid gaussian function etc. And we verified the processing mechanism with EBP(Error Back-Propagation) model.

Schottky diodes for Radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag integration on chip were designed and fabricated using Samsung electronics System LSI standard $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process. Schottky diodes were designed as interdigitated fingers array by CMOS layout design rule. 64 types of Schottky diode were designed and fabricated with the variation of finger width, length and numbers with a $0.6{\mu}m$ guard ring enclosing n-well. Titanium was used as Schottky contact metal to lower the Schottky barrier height. Barrier height of the fabricated Schottky diode was 0.57eV. DC current - voltage measurements showed that the fabricated Schottky diode had a good rectifying properties with a breakdown voltage of -9.15 V and a threshold voltage of 0.25 V.

High-efficiency high-power red PQR (photonic Quantum Ring) lasers with low threshold currents have been fabricated for low cost and low power consumption, whose structure is based upon high-power LED epi-wafers modified for vertically dominant PQR helix resonance. Preliminary experimental results are very promising for panel-less PQR laser chip TV applications.

High speed brushless permanent magnet (PM) machines are a key technology for electric drives and motion control systems for many application, since they are conductive to high efficiency, high power density small size and low weight. Proposed slotless PM machine is constructed without stator winding slots. Its stator magnetic material is in the form of a ring and winding have a toroidal configuration and its rotor consists of a 4-pole Halbach array or radially magnetized PM rotor.

Cholesteryl formate$(HCOOC_{27}H_{45})$ is monoclinic, space group $P2_1$ with a=15.757(1), b=6.073(1), c=13.592(2) ${\AA},{\beta}=94.1(1)^{\circ},Z=2.$ Intensities were measured, using an automatic diffractometer with graphite-monochromated $Cu-K{\alpha}$ radiation. The structure was solved by a direct method and refined by least-squares method. The final R factor was 0.087 for 1640 observed reflections. There are no unusual bond distances and angles. The molecules are arranged in antiparallel array forming monolayers of thickness $d_{100}=15.757{\AA}.$ Adjacent cholesteryl ring groups by the translation operation along the b axis.
