신호교차로 안전성 향상을 위한 사고심각도 모형개발 (A Development of Models for Analyzing Traffic Accident Injury Severity for Signalized Intersections)

  • As the interest in traffic safety has been increasing recently, social movement is being made to reduce the number of traffic accidents and the view on improving the mobility of the existing roads is being converted into on establishing traffic safety as a priority. The increase of traffic accidents related to an intersection in a state that traffic accidents are decreasing overall may suggests the necessity to investigate the specific causes. In addition, we have to consider them when establishing the measures against traffic accidents in a intersection by investigating and analyzing the influences and factors that may affect traffic accidents. To induce the accident severity model, we collected the factors that affect accidents and then applied the Poisson Regression Model among nonlinear regression analysis by verifying the distribution of variables. As a result of the analysis, it turned out that the volume of traffic on main roads, the right turn ratio on sub-roads, the number of ways out on sub-roads, the number of exclusive roads for a left turn, the signals for a right turn on main roads, and an intersect angle were the factors that affect the accident severity.

전륜 및 후륜 캠버각 변화에 따른 차량 조종성능 효과 분석 (Effects on Vehicle Handling Performance according to Camber Angle Change of Front and Rear Wheel)

  • In this study, a camber angle generating mechanism for front and rear suspension is suggested. An experimental device is implemented and tested. A full vehicle model with camber angle generating device by using ADAMS/Car is modeled. Step steer simulations are carried out for investigating the effects of vehicle handling performance due to camber angle change of front and rear wheel. According to results, the camber angle of rear suspension affects the vehicle handling performance during both simulations. Therefore, when the vehicle makes the right turn or left turn, left and right wheel of front and rear suspension should have the proper orientation for improving the handling performance, respectively.

  • As research on autonomous driving technology becomes more active, various studies on signal recognition of traffic lights are also being conducted. When recognizing traffic lights with different purposes and shapes, such as pedestrian traffic lights, vehicle-only traffic lights, and right-turn traffic lights, existing classification methods may cause misrecognition problems. Therefore, in this study, we studied a model that allows accurate signal recognition by subdividing the classification of signals according to the purpose and type of traffic lights. A signal recognition model was created by classifying traffic lights according to their shape and purpose into horizontal, vertical, right turn, etc., and by comparing them with the existing signal recognition model based on YOLOv5, it was confirmed that more correct and accurate recognition was possible.

  • 차량을 타고 이동할 경우 좌회전, 우회전, U턴 등의 방향 전환은 차량의 속력 감소의 주요한 요인이 된다. 즉, 같은 거리를 이동할 경우 방향전환이 잦은 경로보다 직진 구간이 많은 경로가 보다 빨리 목적지에 도착할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 직진성이 높은 경로를 탐색하기 위해서 방향전환비용을 고려한 턴 휴리스틱과 이률 적용한 경로탐색 알고리즘(TA* 알고리즘)을 제안한다. 또한 TA* 알고리즘의 탐색비용을 개선하기 위해서 일부 구간에서만 턴 휴리스틱을 적용하는 가변적인 턴 휴리스틱(VTA* 알고리즘)을 제안한다.

인간행동습성과 피난계단의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Human Behavioral Pattern and the Design of Escape Stair)

  • 이 연구는 인간의 중요한 행동습성 중의 하나언 좌회전숨성윷 건축설계에 고려활 경우, 고총건 불의 지상총 피난계단은 좌회전계판(피난층으로 내려갈 때 좌회전하여 내려가도록 설계원 계딴) 으료 설계하는 것이 재실자가 보다 더 안전하고 빠료게 피난하는 데 효과적이라는 것윷 현장조사 및 실험을 통하여 규명하고자 한 것이다. 2 20충 규모의 고층건불윷 이용하여 펴난자가 펴난총으로 내려갈 때의 펴난속도를 측정한 결과, 오른손잡이의 경우는 좌회전계단의 사용이 우회전계탄(피난층£로 내려갈 때 우회전하여 내려가 도흑 설계된 계란)의 사용시보다 편하고 빠른 반면, 왼손잡이의 경우는 우회전계란의 사용이 좌회 전계딴의 사용시보다 편하고 빠르다는 것윷 확인하였다, 그려고 우려나라논 94% 이상의 사람이 오른손잡이인 것으로 조사되었다 그러나 현재 우려나라 고층건울의 지상총 펴난계단은 조사결과 7 76% 이상이 우회전계딴임을 알 수 있었다. 이렇게 잘못 설계원 펴난계딴의 실태를 감안해 볼 때 이의 시정을 위해서는 판원볍규의 피난계딴 구조기푼에 고총건물의 지상층 펴난계딴은 좌회전계 딴요로 설계하도록 규정할 펼요가 있다.

보행자 우선 출발신호의 적정 시간 산출 연구 (Study on the Appropriate Time for Leading Pedestrian Intervals)

  • 비보호좌회전 및 우회전 차량으로 인해 보행신호 시 보행자가 교통사고 위험에 노출되어 있는 신호교차로에서 보행자의 안전이 담보될 수 있는 교통신호체계에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 비보호좌회전 및 우회전 차량과 보행자 상충 예방을 위한 보행자 우선 출발신호(leading pedestrian interval, LPI) 교통신호체계의 국내 도입에 따른 적정 운영방안을 수립하고자 한다. 이를 위해 객관적이고 현실성 있는 연구 수행을 위해 전문가와 일반인을 대상으로 보행자 우선 출발신호 도입이 필요에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 국내 여건에 맞는 보행자 우선 출발신호 도입을 위한 현장 적용 조건을 수립하고 비보호좌회전 및 우회전 시범운영 대상지를 선정하여 산출된 보행자 우선 출발신호의 적정시간을 대상교차로에 적용하였다. 횡단보도 내 도착차량 속도 분석과 보행신호 위반율을 분석한 결과 보행신호 등화 시 횡단보도 내 도착차량 속도가 감소되었고, 보행신호 위반율이 개선되어 보행자가 보다 안전한 환경에서 보행하는 것이 현장에서도 확인되었다.

고령운전자를 고려한 도시부 교차로 기하구조 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Higher Accident Rates for Older Drivers at Specific Urban Intersections Study on the Improvement of the Road Geometry)

  • PURPOSES : With the increasing number of older drivers in an aging society, there is a growing need for research and planning on traffic safety for the older drivers using an improved road geometry design. This study also proposed a modified urban road interchange design, which aims to keep the older drivers away from accident-prone and high-traffic areas of the city. METHODS : In this study, we examined accident data records of older drivers to identify accident-prone zones and intersections; we studied the road geometry at these zones and analyzed if it was an underlying cause for higher number of accidents. Based on the research and subsequent analysis, we suggested plans for improvement of road geometry design at these intersections. RESULTS :By studying historic data and analyzing factors that affect the likelihood of accidents of vehicles driven by older drivers and after studying suitable traffic accident prediction models, we identified the major variables that need to be modified at accident-prone intersections, such as the width of a left turn lane at an intersection and the radius of the right turn lane at a street corner. The results have a significance probability of less than 0.001 and a 95% confidence level. To improve safety at the identified intersection, this study suggests the installation of a left-turn-lane-shaped Positive Offset and a right-turn-lane-shaped Slip Lane concept and an adjustment of intervals between intersections.

어업권 회계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Accounting for Fishery Right)

  • Nowadays managers of fisheries enterprises and users of accounting information have a considerable interest in the fishery right. The fishery right, which is given by administrative quarters, is referred to exclusive fishing right in a certain coastal fishing ground, and it has been one of the property rights since the turn of the century. The main purpose of this study is to provide an improved accounting method of the fishery right from the side of accounting. To achieve this purpose, legal nature of the fishery right should be understood in the first place, for the fishery right, an intangible asset, is a sort of property right guaranteed by the fisheries laws, According to the basic law in the fisheries "Fisheries Law, " the fishery right is broken down largely into three categories; culture fishing right, set fishing right and common fishing right. The legal characteristics of these fishery rights are as followings: 1. The fishery right is a private right. 2. The fishery right is a property right. 3. The fishery right is a right in rem, and legal provisions pertaining to land are applied to the fishery right with necessary modifications. In addition to the above fishery rights, the Fisheries Law provides some provisions on the so-called entrance right, and those who obtained the right are authorized to access to a certain common fishing right fishing ground where they have been traditionally fishing. In the inland fisheries, the fishery right system similar to that of the coastal fisheries discussed above is adopted in conformity with the Inland Fisheries Developing and Expediting Law. Viewing from an angle of accounting, there are two kinds of additional fishing rights which are dealt as assets. These fishery rights dealt as asset include the license of entry in the so-called permitted fishing which is also called as fishery right in plain language, and tile entrance right obtained abroad. Although these two kinds of rights are not the fishery right from a viewpoint of law, they are regarded as fishing rights in accounting which intends to provide a useful economic information.formation.

전정기 기능 향상을 위한 회전과 구르기 훈련 프로그램의 개발 및 검증 (Development and Verification of Treatment Programs by Turn and Roll Types to Improve the Function of Vestibular System)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a turn-type treatment program which applies the principle of spotting and a roll-type treatment program that induces off-vertical axis. 29 collegiate students volunteered for this study. 12-week treatment programs were applied to both 15 students for turn-type treatment group and 14 students for roll-type treatment group. As an analytic tool, eye camera was employed to verify the treatment programs for a stimulus upon a turn, recovery after a stimulus upon a turn, and nystagmus that affects a vestibular system. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures was applied to see the significant differences between the treatment groups, and between the test periods. For Post-Hoc Test, paired t-test was used to within the group and independent t-test was used to between the groups. The results indicated that roll-type treatment training has maximized a stimulus on nystagmyus during the stimulus by a roll. Turn-type treatment training has maximized a stimulus on nystagmyus right after a stimulus by a roll and significantly decreased the intensity of nystagmyus during the recovery. Both turn and roll type treatments have reduced the recovery time which from nystagmyus to a normal status. Roll-type treatment has showed a much shorter recovery time for nystagmyus than the roll-type treatment has. Based on the results of treatment programs developed in this study, we expect the treatment programs can be applied to treat dizziness and to improve the function of vestibular system as a rehabilitation tool.
