Recently, the demand for three-dimensional spatial information has continuously been increasing, and especially, studies of indoor/outdoor spatial information or data construction have actively been conducted. However, utilization of spatial information does not universally spread to the private sector, but it is mostly used for the government offices. Thus, this study deals with the creation of three-dimensional right objects and the technique of expression to further vitalize the private sector, three-dimensional right objects, aiming to create and express three-dimensional right spaces in a particular system or open platform more conveniently. Unlike a plane text or apartment building used in existing maps was iconified and displayed simply, this study proposes a method of extracting data from the outer border of the building by the relevant level based on the existing structured three-dimensional building, a method of providing two-dimensional right spatial objects in XML, and expressing them as three-dimensional right objects efficiently. In addition, this study will discuss a method of creating right objects in a way in which an owner who was provided with a cross section of a building involves the direct detailed right objects in additional production or reproduction to utilize three-dimensional data (right objects) produced through this study.
The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic data for sound wear design. The objects' of this study were 331 women's university students. The eight items were the shoulder length, shoulder slope, height, weight, chest girth, neck girth, back length, and back shoulder width. The shoulder length and slopes were measured, compared with the right, the left, and other items. The results were as follows; The difference between the right and left shoulder length did not nearly appear. The mean of the right shoulder slopes was $21.3^{\circ}$, and that of the left was $21.9^{\circ}$. According to increase of the age, the right and left shoulder slope tends to be higher. The maximum distribution was $20.7^{\circ}$. According to increase of the age, the maximum distribution tends to be higher. The left compared with the right shoulder length, the right shoulder length of 90.3% objects' was longer than that of the left. The right and left shoulder length of 4.2% objects' were same. The left shoulder length of 5.4% objects' was longer than that of the right. The left compared with the right shoulder slopes, the right shoulder slopes of 12.7% objects' were higher than those of the left. The both size of 20.5% objects' were equal. The left slopes of 66.8% objects' was higher than those of the right.
General stereo vision system shows things in 3D, using two visions of left and right side. When the viewpoints of left/right sides are not in accord with each other, it gives fatigue to human eyes and prevents them from having the 3-D feeling. Also, it would be difficult to track mobile objects that are not in the middle of a screen. Therefore, the object tracking function of stereo vision system is to control tracking objects to always be in the middle of a screen while controlling convergence angles of mobile objects in the input image of the left/right cameras. In this paper, object-tracker in stereo vision system is presented which would track mobile objects by using block matching algorithm of preprocessing and JTC.
This research has been carried out with the objects of sporting goods shops to find out what structure of those shops raises more interest from customers. The tracking eyes on the objects which are the same but seen to have different structures has revealed the followings. Customers' visual appreciation of Reverse left/right Images (11.1) was found to be higher than that of Original Images (10.6). Furthermore, the reverse left/right image of the space also was found to attract more interest from customers, which led them to have longer observation. The below is about the interpretation of the spatial exploration by observation time and the appreciation of its visual content in line with the experiment objects of selling spaces. The longer the space was observed, (1)the higher the expansive searching of space was, (2)the more spots were observed as if they did not know what to see after they first observed at early hours, (3)later (in the time range of 64~73 seconds) they came to look at the spots in which they got interested, (4)and then again they suddenly got lost what to see. When the change of observation characteristics by time range is reviewed, it can be seen that the searching of original images is changed from Divergent Feature to Convergent Feature when the observation time increases from the early stage of observation to the later. On the contrary, the reverse left/right images were found to have the opposite searching features, that is, from convergent exploration to divergent exploration. These findings show that the reverse left/right images of the sporting goods shops, which were the experiment objects, have more factors attracting customers' attention and interest and that it is the very shop-structure which makes customers have better visual appreciation of those shops.
In this paper, a 3D position tracking algorithm for a moving objects using a stereo CCD cameras was proposed. This paper purposed the method to extract the coordinates of the moving objects. That is improve the operating and data processing efficiency. We were applied the relative orientation far the stereo CCD cameras and image coordinates extraction in the left and right images after the moving object segmentation. Also, it is decided on 3D position far moving objects using an acquired image coordinates in the left and right images. We were used independent relative orientation to decide the relative location and attitude of the stereo CCD cameras and RGB pixel values to segment the moving objects. To calculate the coordinates of the moving objects by space intersection. And, We conducted the experiment the system and compared the accuracy of the results.
The 360 degree panoramas are picture of a wide range of images on one screen, so we can see a fairly wide range at a time. In particular, cylinderical panoramas are the most widely used spherical image, and its left and right viewing angles reach 360 degree, so you can observe front, rear, left, and right at once. Using 360 degree panorama, all directions can be monitored at the same time, so all directions can be effectively monitored compared to other methods. In this paper, we develop a system to recognize and track the movement of moving objects on a 360 degree panorama, and then present and verify the experimental results. For this goals, first, we developed a system to recognize moving objects in 360 degree panorama using DoF(Difference of Frame) algorithm. Second, based on the TLD algorithm, we developed an application that can track a specific single moving object in a 360 degree panorama and presented the experimental results.
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the disputes concerning the 1982 moratorium on commercial whaling and the standing rights of other natural objects. Basically, the debates has arisen from the very nature of whales and other natural resources, that is to say, a mixed good of consumptive and non-use value. The debates between pro- and anti-moratorium states regarding whaling may not find out a peaceful solution without compromise or negotiation since any international institution for official settlements does not exist. If the pro-states could provide anti-states with a certain type of economic incentive which is side payments, anti-states might offer self-restraint not to whale. Here, it would be considered to apply Kaldor-Hicks compensation principles to this problem. Since 1965, some countries such as the United States and Japan began to recognize the standing right of natural objects. Even though rejected, the newt case in Korea was brought to the Supreme Court. If a standard of living increases significantly to a higher level(i.e. more than per capita income US$30,000), there would be a tendency of valuing natural objects and their beauty more and more highly.
This study has analysed the characteristics of observation by presence of objects in exhibition spaces through eye-tracking. The area with prevailing observation by the change of observation time with visual-perception response to the presence of objects has been analyzed to figure out the mechanism of sensibility estimation which can take place while the visual-perception is being estimated in spaces. Research results are able to ascertain that First, it was very characteristic that the signs right and left were observed more when there were no objects while when there were objects they were observed prevailingly. Second, the characteristics by section when there were any objects showed that there were more high observation scale I (more than 1000ms). When there were any objects with the number of areas where all the participants prevailed commonly, the scale was more, also. Third, in the process of acquiring any visual-perception information in spaces, the element of landmark can be regarded as a control point for space cognition, where the objects (people) became landmark when there were the objects but the signs became landmark when there were no objects. Fourth, the polynomial trend line of the changes to prevailing observation frequency by observation time shows that there was a gradual average value in general when there were any objects and then after the time range[8] the prevailing observation frequency increased. Without any objects, after a particular time range the value sharply dropped along with the increase of observation time because no objects to be observed prevailingly couln't be seen. The gradual average value means that some elements in the space were prevailingly observed all the time.

This paper presents a novel approach to control the augmented reality (AR) objects robustly in a marker-less AR system by fingertip tracking and hand pattern recognition. It is known that one of the promising ways to develop a marker-less AR system is using human's body such as hand or face for replacing traditional fiducial markers. This paper introduces a real-time method to manipulate the overlaid virtual objects dynamically in a marker-less AR system using both hands with a single camera. The left bare hand is considered as a virtual marker in the marker-less AR system and the right hand is used as a hand mouse. To build the marker-less system, we utilize a skin-color model for hand shape detection and curvature-based fingertip detection from an input video image. Using the detected fingertips the camera pose are estimated to overlay virtual objects on the hand coordinate system. In order to manipulate the virtual objects rendered on the marker-less AR system dynamically, a vision-based hand control interface, which exploits the fingertip tracking for the movement of the objects and pattern matching for the hand command initiation, is developed. From the experiments, we can prove that the proposed and developed system can control the objects dynamically in a convenient fashion.
In this paper, we developed the Distributed Programming Developing Tool(DPDT) which can make distributed application program efficiency based on the distributed object group framework supporting group management and dynamic binding for object resources requested from clients on distributed systems. The distributed object group framework we constructed provides not only the group register/withdraw, the access right and the name/property services for server objects from a point of view of group management services, but also dynamic binding, replicated object supporting, load balance, and federation among the object groups from a point of view of the supporting services of distributed application, When developing distributed application, by using our tool, server programming developer implements objects in each server system, next registers the properties to need for service provision to the object group. Client programming developer can also develop client program easily by obtaining the access right for the object or the object group and using the properties of objects with the access right permitted to the client. For providing above application developing environment in this paper. we described the definition of object group, the architecture of the distributed object group framework which our tool supports, and its functionalities, then specified the 3 GUI environments of DPDT implemented for providing efficient interfaces between the distributed object group and distributed applications. Finally, by using the DPDT, we showed the group register/withdraw and the access right grant procedure of objects which are server programs, the developing process of client program, and the executing results of the distributed application developed.
