미곡종합처리장을 위한 유비쿼터스 벼 반입관리 시스템 개발 (Development of Ubiquitous Rice Intake Management Systems for Rice Processing Complex)

  • 농산물의 수입개방으로 질이 낮은 수입 농산물이 국산으로 둔갑하여 소비자의 신뢰가 낮아지고 있으며, 국산 농산물의 가격 경쟁력이 지속적으로 하락하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 위기 상황에서 국산 농산물의 원산지에 대한 신뢰도를 높이고 아시아의 주식이지만 여전히 기술이 낙후되어 있는 미곡 산업에서도 이러한 첨단 기술을 적용하고자 하는 노력이 진행중이나 아직도 미흡한 실정이다. 나아가, 기존의 농산물 생산이력시스템은 기초적인 이력정보만 제공하고 있으며, 미곡종합처리장의 경우에 경험적인 수확시기 결정으로 인해 일시에 수확이 몰리는 홍수반입이 발생하여 미곡의 품질 손상이 빈번히 발생하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기와 GIS/LBS, RFID 등의 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용하여 유비쿼터스 벼 생산 및 반입 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존에 수기로 작성하던 농가 및 농지 정보를 스마트 기기로 입력하고, 재배단계에서의 품질 모니터링을 제공하며, 수집된 생산, 재배, 품질정보를 스마트 기기를 통하여 제공한다. 데이터베이스를 기반으로 하여 품질에 따른 반입시기를 결정하는 과학적인 반입체계를 구축하고, 농가와 유통업자, 소비자간의 신뢰도를 높이고자 한다.

연속식 현미 조질기 개발 (Development of a Continuous Type Brown Rice Conditioning Equipment)

  • To improve the milling condition of brown rice a continuous type conditioning equipment was developed. To validate the performance of this machine the experimental operation was done at Sa-cheon RPC(Rice Processing Complex) using short grain rough. The initial moisture contents of brown rice were 15.0∼16.5%(w.b) and the flow rate of brown rice passing through the conditioner were 4,370kg per hour. The moisture content differences of brown rice between conditioned and non-conditioned were showed within 0.5%(w.b) This results means that the water injected to brown rice were absorbed to the surface of brown rice evenly. The moisture contents of conditioned treated milled rice were showed slightly higher than that of non-conditioned ones but it was considered that the conditioning process did not affected the weight increasing of milled rice by water supply. For initial moisture contents of 15.0∼16.5%(wb) brown rice it was found that the proper water supply rate was 0.115(cc-water)/(kg·%-brown rice) and the increments of whole rice were 2.2% compared to the non-conditioned ones. it was considered that the conditioning process did not influenced the whiteness of milled rice because the whiteness differences between conditioned and non-conditioned milled rice were negligible. About 18% of electric power which drives the abrasive type rice milling machine was saved at 0.115(cc-water)/(kg·%-brown rice) of water supply rate.

도정수율 비교를 통한 연속식 현미조질기의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of a Continuous Type Brown Rice Conditioner with a Milled Rice Recovery Comparison)

  • The water conditioning experiments of brown rice were performed to analyze the variation of the milled rice recovery using a continuous type conditioner at Jin-ju, Yeo-ju, and Yong-in RPC(Rice Processing Complex). About 8,000 kgf, 6,000 kgf and 10,000 kgf of the brown rice of 13-14 %(wb) initial moisture contents were used as experimental materials at Jin-ju, Yeo-ju, and Yong-in respectively. The broken rice and rice bran were collected and weighted to calculate the milled rice recovery. The amounts of broken rice with water conditioned occurred lower than that of broken rice without water conditioned. And the milled rice recovery of water conditioned ones were increased as 1.22%, 0.87%, and 1.00% compared with those of the non water conditioned ones at Jin-ju, Yeo-ju. and Yong-in respectively. Especially, the result of the experiments of Jin-ju RPC showed that about 33% and 35% of total increased milled rice recovery were the portion of the moisture content increment and the broken rice reduction respectively.

경기미의 유통개선 방안에 관한 연구;미곡종합처리장의 벼 가공 및 판매를 중심으로 (Improvement of Marketing and Distribution of Gyeonggi Rice Brand)

  • Gyeonggi rice has been placed relatively favorable market position in the domestic rice market. With the superiority of its quality, gyeonggi rice has been well recognized to consumers. The price of gyeonggi rice has placed higher position than that of others. But, gyeonggi rice are facing crisis on the competition by regional brands. Therefore, this study was carried out to find the differentiated marketing strategies on problem related with the product differentiation and brand marketing of gyeonggi rice. In order to find out how much the effort on the product differentiation of gyeonggi rice affects the price and brand recognition, fifty RPCs in gyeonggi province were surveyed. As the results, $22{\sim}23%$ of harvested rice which was gathered into RPC was come out 'obscurity of production origin' when we consider material hull rice in the original production territory by collecting time and channel. With comparing sales weight of gyeonggi rice by the place of shipment, agricultural cooperative channel was the highest by 44.7%. And, wholesaler comes to 17.7%, discount outlet store was 13.9%, large quantity delivery in business was 11.1%, and department store was only 5.2%. Finally, we could consider to adopt the traceability system on gyeonggi rice distribution system from production to consumers' table to get consumers' credibility and compete imported high quality rice.

벼 수확후 산물건조, 저장 및 가공방법 일관화 연구 (Alined Technology of Rice Complex Center consisted of Bulk Drying, Storage and Processing)

  • Although the drying times of paddies were significantly shortened by the application of higher drying temperatures, the 12, 10 and 8 hours were needed for the reduction of moisture contents from 23.55 to 15% at the temperatures of 45, 50 and 55$\^{C}$, respectively. Milling yields(MY) and rice rates(HRR) were decreased by increasing of the drying temperature. The MY ratios were 75.50, 75.42 and 75.31% and HRR were 93.28, 92.14 and 91.12% in drying temperature of 40, 50 and 55$\^{C}$, respectively. In the milling processes of tough rice with the used of a milling machine equipped with both of abrasive and friction types in a body, the reduction rates of bran and the occurrence of broken rice increased with the pressures at outlet or the recycled passing tines. In the process for humidified friction whitening of rice, it was found that the optimum addition rate of water for the best quality was the 11.2 liters per tone of white rice.
