Purpose: This study was done to identify the influence of severity of drinking problem, circadian rhythm and sleep quality in patients with alcohol use. Methods: A descriptive study design was utilized. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from 139 patients with alcohol use disorder who were admitted to a psychiatric hospital in D city, Korea. The questionnaires included Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), Composite Scale of Morningness (CMS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Korea sleep scale A. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regressions using the SPSS 20.0 program. Results: There was significant correlations among severity of problem drinking, circadian rhythm, sleep quality and sleep disorder. The significant factors influencing sleep disorder were severity of problem drinking(${\beta}=.12$, p= .042), circadian rhythm(${\beta}=-.14$, p= .039) and sleep quality(${\beta}=.63$, p= < .001). This model explained 56% of variance in sleep disorder(F = 57.34, p= < .001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the development of sleep intervention programs for alcohol use disorder patients needs to consider severity of alcohol use, circadian rhythm and sleep quality, and sleep assessment and intervention are needed the early stage of the treatment and recovery process.

The purpose of this study is to objectively explain the visual sensibility of clothing pattern and develop the design of clothing pattern that satisfies the consumer's sensibility. The photos stimuli on clothing pattern are divided into source, presentation, layout and are composed of each 6 photos per chapter totally 48 photos and semantic differential bi-polar scales are consist of 27 couples sensibility words. The subjects were 400 females in the twenties. Data were analyzed by SAS. The major finds were as follows: 1. As a result of the factor analysis, 4 factors of visual sensibility were consist of Coordination, Hardness and Softness, Attention, Rhythm. 2. As to the difference of visual sensibility based on the composition of clothing pattern, there were differences Hardness and Softness, Rhythm by source and there were significant differences among 4 factors by presentation and layout. 3. According to the age and education level, there were significant differences in Attention, Rhythm and according to the consuming areas, there were significant differences in Coordination, Rhythm. 4. According to sensibility positioning, The clothing pattern was classified as soft-hard, simple-complicated. 5. As a result of the regression analysis, preference, consuming desire and satisfaction appears to be closely related. Good quality is related with total clothing image which is brought about composition of clothing pattern.

본 논문에서는 인간의 신체, 감성, 지성의 생물시계 또는 체내시계라고 일컫는 바이오리듬 PSI 학설 중에서 신체리듬에 대해 실시간으로 분석하기 위한 신체리듬 PRV 엔진을 제안한다. 이 엔진은 IoT 환경에서 실시간으로 생체 데이터를 수집하여 동적으로 신체리듬의 패턴을 분석함으로써 효율적인 건강관리를 수행할 수 있다. 이렇게 분석되는 신체리듬 패턴은 신체의 건강관리에 대한 능동적인 정보를 제공해 주며 실시간으로 신체리듬을 파악할 수 있게 해 준다. 생체 데이터는 나이와 성별, 유전적 특징과 외부적인 환경요인에 의해 변화될 수 있으므로 신체리듬의 패턴을 실시간으로 분석할 수만 있다면 이를 통해 삶의 질을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 신체리듬 패턴분석 엔진을 제안하여 질병 예방 및 관리에 보다 철저하게 대비하여 고령화 사회에서의 건강에 대한 높은 관심도를 효과적으로 관리하고 건강관리의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a practical guide for selecting architectural artwork and analyze relationship between artwork and interior space & facade. The problems with many outdoor artwork did not make the characteristics of the specific environment and did not form a big flow in the urban contextualism. Choosing the artwork, architectural environment for artwork is very much part of the designers' task. When artwork is to be specifically acquired for a particular projects, designer and client must work together to make choices and plan placement. The data are collected through evaluation surveys of college students and graduate students majoring in interior architecture & design, and analyzed by using SPSS-WIN program to find the major characterized factors. It is concluded that architectural artwork should be constituted with nine major factors of interior space - theme/scale, situation/contemporay accord, finished materials harmony, line/two-three dimensional form, proportion/rhythm, sequence, natural/artificial form, abstract/reality expression, originality - and eight major factors of facade - situation, abstract/reality expression, finished materials harmony, theme/sequence, natural/artificial form, proportion/rhythm, static/dynamic expression, originality/. contemporay accord.

As the information age grows rapidly, the amount of digital texts has been increasing as well. It has brought an increasing of visualization case in order to figure out lots of digital texts. Existing visualized design of digital text is merely concentrating on figuration of subject word through adoption of stemming algorithm and word frequency extraction, prominence of meaning of text, and connection in between sentences. So it is a fact that expression of rhythm that can visualize sentimental feeing of digital text was insufficient. Syllable is a phoneme unit that can express rhythm more efficiently. In sentences, syllable is a most basic pronunciation unit in pronouncing word, phase and sentence. On this basis, accent, intonation, length of rhythm factor and others are based on syllable. Sonority, which is most closely associated with definitions of syllable, is expressed through air flow of igniting lung and acoustic energy that is specified kinetic energy into sonority. Seen from this perspective, this study examines phonologic definition and characteristics based on syllable, which is properties of digital text, and research the way to visualize rhythm through diagram. After converting digital text into phonetic symbol by the experiment, rhythm information are visualized into images using degree of resonance, which was started from rhythm in all languages, and using syllable establishment of digital text. By visualizing syllable information, it provides syllable information of digital text and express sentiment of digital text through diagram to assist user's understanding by systematic formula. Therefore, this study is aimed at planning for easy understanding of text's rhythm and realizing visualization of digital text.

Typography in visual communication design is 'potential form' hidden within a space. Showing rhythm in typography is making 'aesthetic sense' in a graphic which has formative characteristics, the way of expression is very important. When the rhythm is recognized through visual stream, Rhythmic Sense is formed. The research will present a new form of the Visual Rhythmic Sense by analyzing typography works out positively. First of all, I researched works done by Fillippo Marinetti, Robert Massin, Wolfgang Weingart, and David Carson for their vigorous experimentalism in typography in forming visual rhythm. I used S.D. Scale method to analyze characteristics of visual image and VARIMAX for factor analysis reaching types of visual rhythm, which could be classified as following. (1) Synesthesia Rhythmic Sense (R-synesthesia) means that the senses are conveyed through 'visualization of auditory sense' and 'visualization of touch' (2) Simultaneous Rhythmic Sense (R-simultaneity) means that the time and space co-exist in one plane. (3) Connective Rhythmic Sense(R-connection) means that different factors (Within one plane) co-exist interacting with one another and creating a unified impression through such a process. (4) Artist Oriented Rhythmic Sense ($-artist) means that the artist interprets the content subjectively and expresses his/her impression, thereby, attracting a gaze of audience systematically and arbitrarily. (5) Reader Oriented Rhythmic Sense(R-reader) avoids the existing legibility formed through aggressive engagement of the reader.

Objective: The aim of this study is to propose the contactless gesture-based interface on smart mobile devices for especially rhythm action games. Background: Most existing approaches about interactions of smart mobile games are tab on the touch screen. However that way is such undesirable for someone or for sometimes, because of the disabled person, or the inconvenience that users need to touch/tab specific devices. Moreover more importantly, new interaction can derive new possibilities from stranded game genre. Method: In this paper, I present a smart mobile game with contactless gesture-based interaction and the interfaces using computer vision technology. Discovering the gestures which are easy to recognize and research of interaction system that fits to game on smart mobile device are conducted as previous studies. A combination between augmented reality technique and contactless gesture interaction is also tried. Results: The rhythm game allows a user to interact with smart mobile devices using hand gestures, without touching or tabbing the screen. Moreover users can feel fun in the game as other games. Conclusion: Evaluation results show that users make low failure numbers, and the game is able to recognize gestures with quite high precision in real time. Therefore the contactless gesture-based interaction has potentials to smart mobile game. Application: The results are applied to the commercial game application.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the formative characteristic of modern Tap dance costume according to its origin and kinds. For this purpose, the study explored the review of literature focusing on the historical back ground of Tap dance and investigated into the kinds of modern tap dance and the formative feature of the tap dance costume. Costumes of leading tap dancers in representative performances and movies are analyzed. The results are summarized as follows: The kinds of current tap dance could be categorized as three types of Jazz Tap Dance, Rhythm & Funk Tap Dance, Irish tap Dance as their development origin. The Tap dance widely distributed through the U.S. Hollywood movie, The Jazz Tap Dance costume was composed of magnificent and luxurious design applying the high fashion of the 1930s and 1950s in the male and female costumes. The U.S. Blacks' tap dance, Rhythm & Funk Tap costume had a close relation with resistant blacks' culture, and showing the type of free dressing not bound by previous tap dance dress. The Irish Tap Dance originated from Irish folk dance displayed the tap dance embroidered costume using the Irish traditional pattern. This study systemized the characteristic of the tap dance costume by kind, and explored the dress revealed at the tap dance as a symbolic system to the cultural zone where the dance is made.

This paper analyses the geometric aspect of Soma Delaunay's works on the basis of design elements and principles. Geometric pattern is one of the distinct features of early 20th century avant-garde works. The significance of its pattern and colour comes from the fact that it has not only influenced the contemporary fine art but also offered the basic principle of modern costume design. In 1925 she was designing clothes which could be worn today without appearing old-fashioned. She foresaw the future trends in fashion and interior decoration, One might claim she belongs to the avant-garde even today and no less astonishing a phenomenon than she was in 1925. Soma Delaunay's art was one of the first expressions of abstract painting and her "simultaneous contrasts"are among the earliest example of the aesthete. In Delaunay's geometric abstraction it is found that the technique of"simultaneous contrasts" is exploited almost without exception. colour as well as collage was the favourite technique Delnaunay used in creating a distinct simultaneity, Many "inobjective" paintings as she herself called unite the rigour of simple geometric forms with an inner life and poetry which emanate from the richness of the colour, the musicality of the rhythm, the vibrant breadth of the execution.rant breadth of the execution.
