농업혁명, 산업혁명, 정보혁명과 맞먹는 제4의 혁명이 바로 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 혁명이다. 과거의 농업혁명이나 산업혁명은 인류문명의 기반인 물리 공간의 혁명이었고, 월드와이드웹 서비스가 확대되면서 절정기를 맞은 정보화 혁명은 사이버 공간(Cyber Space)의 혁명이었다. 이에 반해 유비쿼터스 혁명은 물리 공간과 사이버 공간의 지능적 결합을 통한 온라인과 오프라인 공간이 통합된 공간에서 이뤄진다. 사이버 공간은 자연스럽게 생활공간과 결합되어 새로운 통합 공간을 창출한다. 그 공간은 아직까지 인류가 경험하지 못한 미지의 세계이자 무한한 기회 공간이다. 본 연구는 현재 진행 중인 유비쿼터스 기술의 개념과 현황 살펴본다. 또한 유비궈터스를 미용분야에 적용할 때의 문제점을 도출해보고 각 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 모든 기기간의 무선통신이 가능한 세상에서는 개인의 프라이버시에 대한 침해가 많이 발생할 소지가 많다. 이에 대한 정책적 기술적 해결방안을 제시함으로 향후 미용분야에 도래할 유비쿼터스 세상에 대한 철저한 준비에 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

1894년에 일어난 동학농민혁명은 전국에 걸쳐 일어난 밑으로부터의 항쟁이다. 이 사건은 우리나라 근대화의 서막을 열었으며 이 사건을 전후로 동아시아의 세력판도가 달라지는 전환점이 된 의미가 큰 사건이다. 동학혁명에 대한 인식은 1894년 당시 동학농민군은 반란을 일으킨 세력으로서 역적의 굴레에서 벗어날 수 없었다. 그러나 근현대의 질곡을 거쳐 점차 변화되었다. 마침내 1994년 동학농민혁명 100주년을 기점으로 동학농민혁명에 대한 관심이 증대되고 연구도 활발해지면서 재조명되었다. 본고에서는 동학농민혁명사료를 중심으로 동학농민혁명기록물의 현황과 가치 및 성격을 살펴보았으며 시론적으로 기록학적 관점에서 수집과 분류, 정리와 기술에 대해 검토하였다.

Objectives: This study investigated the perception and educational needs of the health care professionals in wake of the fourth industrial revolution. Methods: This study was conducted among 115 students from the Department of Dental Hygiene and 122 dental hygienists from Gwangju and Jeonnam, from June 25 to September 20, 2020. The questionnaire consisted of one question on the perception of the concept of the fourth industrial revolution and two questions on the influence of the fourth industrial revolution. It contained a total of eight questions on the desired education hours and education expenditure. Results: The degree of perception of the concept and influence of the fourth industrial revolution was 3.20 for both dental hygiene students and dental hygienists; the average of the two groups was the same. Regarding the educational experience, 'no experience' was the most marked response among both dental hygiene students and dental hygienists and no statistically significant difference was observed (p>0.05). Conclusions: As demanded by the changing times, it is necessary to identify the differences in educational demands of the two groups, develop educational programs according to the fourth industrial revolution, as demanded by the changing times, and apply educational programs that fit the educational needs of each group.

Purpose: This study suggests that Six Sigma MBB should be used as a key talent to lead the fourth industrial revolution era by training them with big data processing capability. Methods: Through the analysis between articles on the fourth industrial revolution and Six Sigma related papers, common competencies of data scientists and Six Sigma MBBs were identified and the big data analysis capabilities needed for Six Sigma MBB were derived. Then, training was conducted to improve the big data analysis capabilities so that Six Sigma MBB is able to design algorithms required in the fourth industrial revolution era. Results: Six Sigma MBBs, equipped with the knowledge in field site improvement and basic statistics, were provided with 40 hours of big data analysis training and then were made to design a big data algorithm. Positive results were obtained after applying a AI algorithm which could forecast process defects in a field site. Conclusion: Six Sigma MBB equipped with big data capability will make the best talent for the fourth industrial revolution era. A Six Sigma MBB has an excellent capability for improving field sites. Utilizing the competencies of MBB can be a key to success in the fourth industrial revolution. We hope that the results of this study will be shared with many companies and many more improved case studies will arise in the future as a result of this study.

The $4^{th}$ Industry Revolution was advocated by Klaud Schwab who is founder of World Economic Forum at the Davos Forum in 2016, and there are big differences on ICT based $4^{th}$ Industry revolution in the aspects of speed, scope and impact compared with the 3rd Industry revolution. Creating new industries and values through technology such as internet of things, cloud, big data, and artificial intelligence are included in the meaning of The $4^{th}$ industry revolution. In this article, the direction of change to water technology in response to the $4^{th}$ Industry revolution is surveyed. 4G Water Infra should minimize environmental impact under the consideration of sustainable development and advanced technologies. To solve the existing water infra problems, it is common and fundamental that the intake water from nature can be regarded as borrowed from nature and it should be returned to natural state with improved water quality. Government, academic organizations and industries should prepare and collaborate together in order to help our country with outstanding capabilities in infrastructure construction and ICT to lead the 4G water technology development.

최근 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여, 시대에 적합한 인재를 양성하기 위한 교육의 역할이 강조되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 도서관은 기술혁신의 도서관 적용을 고민하고 기술 인간 도서관이 결합하고 대응해야 할 방안이 필요하며 그 고민의 출발은 교육에서부터 시작될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 관점에서 사서교육의 방향성을 제시하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 4차 산업혁명의 본질, 도서관의 변화, 4차 산업혁명의 교육적 함의, 사서교육의 문제를 고찰하였다. 연구의 결과로 사서교사 교육의 방향성을 사서의 인재상, 교육내용, 교육방법의 관점에서 제시하였다.

With technology rapidly changing our economic, cultural and social realities, the question of how to educate the generation for the fourth industrial revolution has been a pressing issue. The purpose of this study is to review teachers' perception regarding the educational change in the fourth industrial revolution. For this purpose, we surveyed 420 school teachers and administrators. Most teachers highly understand The Fourth Industrial Revolution and they think AI(Artificial Intelligence) is a core technology. They recognize The Fourth Industrial Revolution is very important and great influence in the education field. For this, they need educational innovation in the education field. Elementary school teacher perceive understanding Elementary school teachers think that understand The Fourth Industrial Revolution and change of curriculum is highly important. And, Secondary school teachers perceive that the change of education system and class is very necessary. Lastly, STEAM education is the most appropriate to prepare for a changing society.

Recently, the whole world is facing an unprecedented moment of opportunity, so-called The Fourth Industrial Revolution. As emphasized in the World Economic Forum held in January of 2016 at Davos, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not merely a changes of technological devices. The fundamental of the revolution is new, innovative, and visionary business models which change the whole systems dramatically. One of the greatest challenges is to feed an expected population of 9 billion by 2050 in a impactful way. The system should be sustainable as well as beneficial in improving the lives of people in the food chain along with the ecological health of environment. The technological advances of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are expected to improve our food system. The smart farm technology such as precision planting and irrigation techniques will improve the yields of food materials. The smart food transportation and logistics systems will substantially improve the safety and human nutrition. The adaptation the Fourth Industrial Revolution technology will induce the smart supply chains, smart production, and smart products in food industry due to its flexibility and standardization. This will lead the manufactures to adapt to customers' changing product specifications and traceable services in a timely manner.

이 연구는 미래에 시장에 도입될 4차산업혁명 신제품의 소비자 수용 과정을 조사하였다. 4차산업혁명 신제품들은 기존 신제품에 비해 기술적으로 많은 진보를 보이는 신제품으로 본 연구에서는 과거에 활용되었던 기술수용모델을 수정하여 4차산업혁명 신제품의 사회적 영향, 기대되는 체험, 지각된 위험 등과 같은 변수들이 반영되여 수정한 모델이 제안되고 검증되었다. 4차산업혁명의 대표적인 6가지 신제품을 선정하여 각 40여명의 응답자들에게 조사하였고 SPSS 및 AMOS 등의 프로그램을 이용해 가설을 검증하였다. 그리고 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4차산업혁명 신제품의 혁신성은 기대된 체험 및 지각된 유용성과 같은 긍정적인 평가 요소에 영향을 미쳤으며 지각된 위험과 같은 부정적인 요소에도 정의영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명 신제품의 기대된 체험은 지각된 유용성 및 사회적 영향에 큰 영향을 미쳤지만 지각된 위험을 낮추는 데는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. TAM 모델의 결과와 마찬가지로, 4차산업 혁명 신제품의 지각된 유용성은 구매의도에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 4차산업혁명의 신제품의 대한 지각된 위험은 구매의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 4차산업혁명의 사회적 영향은 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 일반적으로 응답자들은 4차산업혁명의 사회적 영향을 잘 알고 있으며 긍정적으로 평가하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 컨버전스 제품의 대표격인 스마트폰을 대상으로 해당 스마트폰에서 광고의 양, 하드웨어 다양성, 소프트웨어의 다양성 등이 스마트폰에 대한 유용성 지각과 복잡성 지각에 동시에 영향을 줄 수 있고 복잡성은 기능적 피로에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 검증하려고 하였다.

In this paper, we investigate the surfaces of revolution with light-like axis satisfying some equation in terms of a position vector field and the Laplacian with respect to the non-degenerate third fundamental form in Minkowski 3-space. As a result, we give some special example of the surfaces of revolution with light-like axis.
