The main objectives of this study were to (1) examine and compare the importance of store attributes, store commitment, store attitude, and revisit intention concerning Korean mass cosmetic brand stores between female teenage consumers and those in 20's, and (2) investigate and compare the two groups in terms of the influences of five store commitment factors on store attitude and revisit intention. On-line surveys were conducted by the marketing research company, and a total of 354 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The results showed several significant differences between the female consumer groups in 10's and 20's. The teenage respondents placed greater importance on all store attributes except price and sales, and showed higher commitment in terms of affective commitment, and normative commitment factors than the respondents in 20's. For the teenage respondents, all four commitment factors except the normative commitment significantly influenced their store attitude and revisit intention, while the affective commitment factor did not have significant influence on either store attitude and revisit intention for the group in 20's. Normative commitment factor also did not have significant influence on revisit intention of the group in 20's. For both age groups, the negative affects of the forced commitment on store attitude and revisit intention were found.
This study aimed to find the influence with the moderating effects of brand credibility and the mediating effect of brand attitude from the relationship of Loss-Leader marketing factors, brand attitude and revisit intention to make management strategies and provide basic materials for the future restaurant industry. From the findings in this study, only limited sales strategy in the Loss-Leader marketing factors had a positive effect on revisit intention. Both Limited Sales and Price Discount Strategy in the Loss-Leader marketing factors had positive effects on the brand attitude, while Plus Pack strategy had a negative effect on the brand attitude. Also, the brand credibility has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the Loss-Leader marketing factors and the brand attitude, and the brand attitude has a significant effect on revisit intention. The results indicated that these findings would be basic materials for Loss-Leader marketing factors and related studies in the future. In addition, this study suggests good implications in establishing and using the effective marketing management strategies in the restaurant industry.
Purpose: How to build the attitude on brand is very important, because it affects the positive word of mouth and revisit intention. Brand attachment, brand name, and image congruence play important role on consumer behavior in terms of reinforcing consumers' perception of food service companies and differentiating them from competing brands. Following the planned behavior theory, this paper examines the effect of linking brand attitude to word-of-mouth and revisit intentions in the restaurant sector. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper examines the structural relationship among brand attachment, brand name, image congruence, brand attitude, WOM, and revisit intention. In order to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. The questionnaire items were modified and used according to the content of this study based on previous studies. All constructs were measured by multiple items tested and developed in the previous research. The study is based on the quantitative method and considered 519 questionnaires fulfilled by customers of restaurants. The data were explored employing the partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Frequency analysis was conducted to identify the general characteristics of the survey subjects. To measure the reliability and validity of the measurement tools, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. Structural model analysis was conducted to verify the research model. Result: The findings demonstrate that brand attachment and brand name had positive effects on attitude while image congruence did not have. Also, attitude had positive effect on WOM and revisit intention. Conclusions: This study expands the literature about WOM and revisit intentions. This study expands prior research in a similar field to which the theory of planned behavior (TPB) is applied, and reveals that brand attachment, brand name, and brand image congruence play an important role in developing brand attitude that affect revisit intention and WOM. And provide guidelines on how to enhance competitiveness in the restaurant sector based on understanding of linking brand attitude to customer loyalty and repeat business. By putting into practice these suggestions in the restaurant industry, brands can easily build up their attitude and boost a positive WOM and the intention to revisit.

In the past days, most of studies about website and Online behavior have been mainly focused on the adoption of website and internet shopping or internet shopping mall. But the model of website revisit behavior has not been made and the leading theory of website usage behavior has not been existed. Lately, many researches on commercial website revisiting behavior are emphasizing the role of intention, attitude, satisfaction in online visiting behavior such as Jarvenpaa et al. [1997, 1999, 2000], Wang et al. [2001], Moon & Kim [2001], Heijden[2003], Sultan et al. [2002], Yoon [2000], Shankar et al. [2002a, 2002b], Mcknight et al. [2002], Chen & Dhillon [2003] and so on. The purpose of this paper is two-folds. The one is to find the affecting factors on the website users' revisit behavior in commercial website and the other is to search more influencing ones on the determinant factors, to analyze research model using in LISREL. The EFA and reliability test was executed by for finding the validity and reliability, covariance matrix analysis was executed for the purpose of testing the 13 hypotheses. The major finding of this paper would be summarized as followed : (1) The roles of satisfaction and attitude to the revisit behavior are very important and both variables have determining effects in commercial website revisit behavior. (2) The determining factors in positively affecting website users' satisfaction are attitude, perceived usefulness, design. (3) The determining factors in positively affecting website users' attitude are perceived usefulness, design, perceived ease of use, and negatively affecting factor was perceived risk in website.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of experience factors on brand attitude and revisit intention in cakes specialty shop. The result showed that among experience factors in rice cake specialty shop, educational experience factor and aesthetic experience factor had influence on both brand attitude and revisit intention, and entertainment experience factor had only influence on revisit intention. Also, brand attitude had significant influence on revisit intention. It was confirmed that experience activities in marketing of traditional food such as rice cakes are significant marketing activities, and educational experience factor and aesthetic experience factor have high correlated each other. On the other hand, entertainment experience factor is in lack relatively, which is due to the complexity of the traditional food manufacturing, and future improvements about this needs to be required. This study was to identify marketing significance of experience factors in rice cake specialty shop and to verify the necessity and effectiveness for spreading vigorous marketing in a variety of traditional food fields through this opportunity.

A total of 292 female college students participated in the experiment to explore a clothing soho mall out of 20 highly-ranked soho malls for shopping and to complete a questionnaire. In exploratory factor analysis results, five factors were generated out of 18 question items indicating clothing soho mall attributes. Among those five factors, 'product assortment and presentation' was the most important factor affecting attitude toward site and revisit intention toward a clothing soho mall. In addition, 'site construct' was another factor affecting attitude toward a clothing soho mall site specifically in the group who shops clothing more often on the Internet shops than off-line shops. Based on study results, implications and insights were discussed.

The study was done by survey method. Data of three hundred men aged from 20's to 40's were collected by on-line survey. Descriptive analyses, factor analyses, cluster analyses, Duncan tests, multiple regressions, and path analyses were applied. The results are as follows: First, five factors were found for men's socio-cultural attitude for their appearance. They were high involvement in appearance, social appearance, appearance satisfaction, appearance comparison and low involvement in appearance. Second, cluster analysis based on socio-cultural attitude produced three customer groups such as high involvement, social concern & satisfaction, and low involvement. Third, customer groups showed significant differences in some demographics and some items of service dimensions, which resulted in significant differences in satisfaction, and intention to revisit beauty shop services. A high involvement group was composed of young and unmarried men with more frequent visit to beauty shop service. In general, both the high involvement and the social concern & satisfaction groups showed higher evaluations than the low concern group in some of service items, level of satisfaction, and intention to revisit. In conclusion, attitude on their appearance could be useful factors in segmenting men's beauty service market. Levels and types of beauty shop service should be differentiated among consumer markets.
