The purpose of this study was to develop the teaching & learning model to increase the key competencies in the university. For this, the researcher suggested the draft of teaching & learning model in the university based on literature analysis and survey for key competencies education to professors and students. After that, the draft of the model was revised through the formative test by experts. And then, the revised model was verified through delphi survey and a final model was fixed. As the result of this study, features of the final model are as follows. First, this study identified that a core values of teaching and learning model for the key competencies education in the university is reinforcement of learner's thinking skills and enhancement of field oriented on learning contents and reinforcement of professor's role as a mentor, a facilitator, a motivator, and an informant. Second, The core learning activity's process of the teaching and learning model for the key competencies education in the university consists of the following in order: team-building, exploring problem, gathering and analysing informations, arranging of leaning outcomes, comprehensive arrangement and self-examination.

The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of the 2018 'Comprehensive Plan for the Vitalization of Democratic Citizenship Education' centered on the '2022 Revised Curriculum General Discussion'. Research Results First, in the case of strengthening democratic citizenship education in schools, one of the main tasks in the general discussion of the 2022 revised curriculum emphasizes democratic citizenship education to cultivate citizenship. are doing Second, in the case of teacher professionalism enhancement and support for educational activities, development of teaching and learning materials and reinforcement of teacher training are promoted in the 2022 revised curriculum summary. Third, in the case of creating a democratic school culture, the 2022 revised curriculum outline guarantees student safety and learning rights through remodeling or remodeling old schools to restructure learning spaces and realize a digital-based learning environment. Fourth, in the case of revitalization of student autonomy, in the general discussion of the 2022 revised curriculum, the autonomy of the school curriculum considering the needs of students and school conditions is expanded, and classes centered on participatory experiences and self-government activities are strengthened. Fifth, in the case of establishing a democratic citizenship education support system, the 2022 revised curriculum outline establishes a mutual cooperation system that respects the roles and expertise of various educational subjects and a mutual cooperation system between the local community and the educational community.

Since AlphaGo's Match in 2016, there has been a growing calls for artificial intelligence applications in various industries, and research related to it has been actively conducted. The same is true in the military field, and since there has been no weapon system with artificial intelligence so far, effort to implement it are posing a challenge. Meanwhile, AlphaGo Zero, which beat AlphaGo, showed that artificial intelligence's self-training data-based approach can lead to better results than the knowledge-based approach by humans. Taking this point into consideration, this paper proposes to apply Reinforcement Learning, which is the basis of AlphaGo Zero, to the Shipboard Combat System or Combat Management System. This is how an artificial intelligence application to the Shipboard Combat System or Combat Management System that allows the optimal tactical assist with a constant win rate to be recommended to the user, that is, the commanding officer and operation personnel. To this end, the definition of the combat performance of the system, the design plan for the Shipboard Combat System, the mapping with the real system, and the training system are presented to smoothly apply the current operations.

This study was conducted with the budgetary support of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Department of Education as curriculum preparation (frequently revised since 2007) for the enhancement of teacher professionalism in Clothing, Food, and Housing Life education. This study promotes changes in student learning through the enrichment of Home Economics content and the classroom-learning environment through the reinforcement of teacher professionalism and attitudes towards Clothing, Food, and Housing Life education. This study enhances the comprehension of Home Economics and understanding by educators on the importance of Home Economics. The training program was evaluated through an analysis of the motive of application, level of satisfaction with the program, change in the view of Clothing Life education, and level of expectation and contributions of the program towards the curriculum development of teaching. The trainees were motivated by the opportunity to practice, uniqueness of the curriculum of the training program, and expectations for professional enhancement. The level of satisfaction is very high. Regardless of subjects, trainees recognized the necessity of practical exercise, cultural & artistic approach, and integrated teacher training in Clothing Life education. The teachers of other subjects recognized the importance of Home Economics and the historical background of Clothing, Food, and Housing Life.

In this research, 'Construction Technology and Environment' units in 12 different technology home economics textbooks for 1st~3rd year middle school students under the 2009 Revised Educational Curriculum and the content system of textbooks were analyzed based on Reigeluth's elaboration theory, and the following conclusions were derived. First, each of the 12 different textbooks presented the elaboration process by procedural method and composed the content system. Second, the 'Construction Technology and Environment' unit presented many 'Thought Opening' as the systematization strategy of advance learning ability, and 'Unit Summary' presented at the end of the unit as the use strategy of the summarizer was presented preponderantly. In addition, 'Learning Objective' that represents the degree of achievement of the students after learning the unit was presented most as the use strategy of the synthesizer although there are differences in terms. In all of the textbooks, 'Figure,' 'Table,' 'Diagram', and 'Explanation of Terms' were used, and particularly, in the vitalizer strategy of the cognitive strategy, overwhelmingly greater number of 'Figure's, compared with all other elements, were presented as the vitalizer strategy of cognitive strategy. Finally, 'Compensatory Learning,' and 'In-depth Study' were presented as the learner control strategy in each of the 4 different textbooks, and there was one textbook that presents the term 'Supplement Reinforcement' in which compensatory learning and in-depth learning were integrated. Third, the metaphor utilization strategy among the 7 teaching strategies of the elaboration theory was hardly used in the composition items in units of textbooks.

As the 2015 Revised Secondary Information Curriculum was reorganized into a software-focused curriculum, a number of information teachers were needed. For this purpose, a special training course for multiple majors for secondary information teachers was established, and produced about 100 teachers with multiple majors. To improve this training program, this study surveyed the trainees joined in this program. As the result of the survey, there were findings that the short training period made it difficult to understand the overall content of the curriculum, and that they had a loss of learning due to the burden on another major. Therefore, long-term training is necessary to train informatics teachers, and by realizing the reinforcement of specialty through pre-training and main training, and by organizing a gradual curriculum, substantiality should be sought.
