In this paper, we revise the JDL data fusion model to have an ability of distributed data fusion(DDF). Data fusion is a function that produces valuable information using data from multiple sources. After the network centric warfare concept was introduced, the data fusion was required to be expanded to DDF. We identify the data transfer and control between nodes is the core function of DDF. The previous data fusion models can not be used for DDF because they don't include that function. Therefore, we revise the previous JDL data fusion model by adding the core function of DDF and propose this new model as a model for DDF. We show that our model is adequate and useful for DDF by using several examples.

Put Abstract text here. Recently, the Korea industry need systems engineering technology more than yesterday. The systems engineering management function is needed to use the systems engineering engine process effectively. The systems engineering management function is overlapped a lot with project management function and has vague interface. The project management and systems engineering are two independent disciplines. So there are few references which address the scope and relationships clearly between systems engineering management and project management. This paper suggest the scope and relationships between systems engineering management and project management and revise the PMP and SEMP structure of Blanchard and Fabrycky. Followings are the key concept of this paper presenting. The project management(PM) composed of technical management and non-technical management. The technical management scope is same with systems engineering management. The non-technical management scope is composed of parts of enterprise support processes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of the cognitive function and activities of daily living of the beneficiary older adults at home based on Korean Long-term Care Insurance System. A cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted from November 2010 to May 2011, the final respondents were 1,026 beneficiary older adults taking home visit care covered in Korean long-term care insurance system. The questionnaire included general characteristics of subjects, cognitive function, ADL(Activity of daily living). The data was analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 version. There was significant difference in cognitive function and ADL between 1st Grade, 2nd Grade and 3rd Grade of long-term care classification. The correlated factors of cognitive function were ADL, long-term care grade, disability of arm and leg, limitation of joint, bed sore and tube feeding. The correlated factors of ADL were cognitive function, long-term care grade, disability of arm and leg, bed sore and tube feeding. This study suggests that cognitive functions have to be mainly considered in long-term care grade. It is necessary to make an effort to develop long-term care grade in Korean long-term care insurance system an cognitive function improvement program for the beneficiary older adults. Above all things government will be seriously contemplating of revise contents for long-term care grade to provide quality of care for the older adults.

Randomness is a basic security evaluation item for the most cryptographic algorithms. NIST has proposed a statistical test suit for random number generators for cryptographic applications in the process of AES project. However the test suit of NIST is customized to block ciphers which have the same input and output lengths. It needs to revise NIST's test suit for key derivation functions which have multiple output blocks. In this paper we propose a revised method of NIST's statistical randomness test adequate to the most key derivation functions and some experimental results for key derivation functions of 3GSM and NIST.

In order to assure the safety of train operation, a safety function analysis corresponding hazardous events of railway accidents and a safety requirement review on operation & management of trains have been performed. The preconditions and train composition requirements such as safety principles and functions that should be essentially considered to enable the safety operation of Urban-Transit trains are clearly presented. On the basis of presented train composition requirements, a rational revise of Urban Railway Operation Rule is proposed. It will be helpful in accident prevention and safety improvement for railway operation.

Main concern is to figure out the growth response of Pinus densiflora to hydrologic conditions in the central Korea. Continuous measurements were carried out with six trees with dendrometers in the Chungbuk National University experimental forest (Wolak-san) during 1995~1996. Surrounding hydrological conditions reflected by the solar radiation, air temperature, precipitation, soil water were included in measurements. Their effects on the biological response of trees was investigated and expressed as response functions. With these response functions, tree growth model was developed. Soil water availability was more related to the tree growth than air temperature. Limited number of biological measurements with dendrometer could permit determination of dynamics of radial tree growth to the hydrological conditions. Tree growth model could be used to check and revise the statistical transfer function of dendrohydrology.

The labeling for functionality of food or food components are recognized globally and are essential for the growth of dairy product industry. To expand the functional claims of dairy product especially fermented milk product, the regulations restricting the labeling of functionality should be amended as soon as possible. The labeling regulations of functionality and efficacy for processed and functional foods in related Acts and subordinated statues such as definition, scope of claims, etc. were reviewed and the problems existed in the system were identified. The definition and classification of efficacy for processed food in Food Sanitation Act were analyzed to revise the labeling regulation of dairy product. A draft of amended labeling regulation for the functionality of dairy product is proposed, which provides consumers with appropriate information of beneficial effects on health purpose for human body structure and function. In order to develop the dairy products and related industries, these contents should be considered when the annexed Table 14 in the Enforcement Rule of the Processing of Livestock Products Act is amended.

An organizational performance measurement practice is a function of performance measurement system and performance management system they are currently employing, and its quality is determined by evaluating the followings in a comprehensive manner: first, if they are measuring right things; second, if they are measuring in a right way; third, if they are actively facilitating a process of data collection, structuring, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination; and fourth, if they are using performance measurement results for the primary purposes of performance measurement. This study proposes a diagnostic framework for evaluating the performance measurement practices of public broadcasting which include the qualities of performance measurement and performance management, and develop a structured questionnaire for that purpose. The framework proposed in this study does not serve only as a useful tool for public broadcasting to revise their respective performance measures and performance measurement systems, but it also make their respective performance measurement practices a strategic management tool as well as an operational management one.

This paper describes frequency response and propagation characteristics considering semiconducting screen in distribution cables. In CIGRE WG 21-05, Simplified Approach(SA) and Rigorous Approach(RA) which can revise the permittivity considering semiconducting screen propose for more detailed EMTP model and frequency dependant analysis. In this paper, the frequency dependent characteristics of complex permittivity are variously analysed by cole-cole function of RA. The attenuation, propagation velocity and surge impedance according to frequency range(1 kHz to 500 MHz) and cable length are also analysed by SA and EMTP simulation in distribution cables. The propagation velocity considering semiconducting screen is slower, and it is saturated over the range of 1 MHz. The signal is significantly attenuated as frequency range is high.

One method to improve quality before releasing of S/W after development is to enhance the reliability, whose direct methodology is to detect and revise fault through testing. Once the S/W is released because it meets the target reliability, the operational reliability problem arises. It is obvious the operational reliability different from that of testing stage depending on the condition whether it is universal(package) S/W or dedicated S/W. I propose the methodology to calculate operational software reliability of universal and dedicated S/W in this paper.
