Background : To understand Korean medicine it is crucial to first understand medical aspect of 'DongUiBoGam'. It is also meaningful that it became one of the influential book even to posterity. Also based on the apprehension, we can take a view of development of Korean medicine led by 'DongUiBoGam'. Objectives : This study aims to review the status, study field, specialist of DongUiBoGam. In the process, this review will grasp trends in this field of studies and will direct further researches into the right direction. Method : The computerized Korean databases were searched from their respective inceptions up to December 2008. The search terms used were 'DongUiBoGam' and random or Korean language terms related to DongUiBoGam. Several specialized journals were also manually searched for relevant articles. Result : Since the 2000s, DongUiBoGam papers in the Korean Literature is increased. Published 58 papers on The Korean Journal of Oriental Medical Prescription were more than the other journals. 58 papers published in The Korean Journal of Oriental Medical Prescription are the best in many areas related to Korean medicine. Most people have submitted papers related to DongUiBoGam was Woo-yeal Jeong. Conclusions : 'DongUiBoGam' research is conducted and current tendency and outlook for 'DongUiBoGam' is carried out focusing on several associations.

Recently, with the introduction of social network services, studies that try to make use of them for the various purposes have been actively developed. In order to proceed with the research that takes advantage of social network services, it is necessary to review the relevant literature and to identify trends in researches. However, the researches of social network service since 2007 are massive amount, so to review the huge amount of relevant research literature is a very difficult task. Therefore, in this study, we analyze systematically the tendency of research related to social network service focusing on Twitter. Especially, we use the SLR(Systematic Literature Review) technique for systematic literature survey and analysis. For the literature survey, we select five well-known literature resource sites and 128 studies of literature that are surveyed. In order to identify various research trends, we conduct the survey with two research groups: researches since 2007 and researches since 2011. As a result of the investigation, since 2007, the researches associated with "Application", "User Activity" and "User Content Analysis" main study topics have been mostly carried out. In addition to the result, the trend of secondary study topics in a main study topic, trends in research based on the number of citations and the scale of the experimental data and characteristics of the author are analyzed from a variety of perspectives.

Smart factory has been regarded as a big opportunity for manufacturing industries. However, little literature has been studied for the current status of Korean smart factory. Our paper tries to find gaps between research and real world by summarizing the recent literature and cases in Korean context. As the present level of smart factory introductions in Korean small manufacturing firms is lower than what a variety of literature says, our study points out that more efforts, investments and government support are required to catch up with the knowhow and technologies of developed countries although real-time control, enhanced productivity have been obtained. In future research, we will continue the smart factory study with the accumulated real data.

Scientists planning research that involves the use of animals are required by international and/or national law to examine the possibilities for the implementation of Replacement, Reduction and/or Refinement (the Three Rs principles of Russell and Burch) in experiments for research, testing, and education. There are two Korean laws legislating humane use of animals and ethical review prior to animal experiments. This report reviews current practice of the literature search by the researchers and protocol review by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees on the Replacement, Reduction and Refinement alternatives in Korea. The promotion and protection of the laboratory animals are one of the core competencies of investigators exploring the ethical conduct of research and good science.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the cause of alcoholism based on a systematic review of previous studies published from 2009 to 2014. Methods: The study design was a systematic review of the literature in which factors constituting causes of alcoholism were analyzed. Search words used to retrieve foreign studies were "alcoholism" or a combination of "alcohol dependency" and "etiology" or "predictor. Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) of the Korea Education and Research Information Service and Dbpia, a database for domestic academic studies, were used as search engines for retrieving domestic papers. Results: The systematic literature review found that for emotional and psychological factors as etiology of alcoholism, abuse-related factors had the largest proportion with a total of 63%. Conclusions: In this study factors related to alcoholism were examined in terms of emotions, psychology, environments, families and others. As a result, it was found that alcohol consumption at an early age and experience of abuse were major causes for alcoholism.

Purpose: The main purpose of this paper is to assess a body of research evidence that articulates the impact of physical and environmental factors on behavioral·psychological health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia who reside in long-term care facilities. This follow-up study of the previous literature review aims to further identify physical and environmental factors, that improve health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia, published in recent five years and to expand the understanding of clinical outcomes as mechanism that mediate the effect of physical environmental factors on improving behavioral·psychological health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia. Methods: Comprehensive literature review has been conducted to identify empirical studies that link the design of dementia care facilities to health- and quality of care(QOL)-related outcomes and this follow-up review scrutinized peer-reviewed articles published in recent five years (from January 2018 to December 2022), filling the gap between the previous literature review and the current state of research. Results: The review identified a growing body of literature that articulates environment-related factors that improve behavioral·psychological health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia living long-term care facilities. Implications: The findings of the review can be translated to design implications and design decisions to promote psychological and behavioral health and quality of life of people with dementia in long-term care facilities.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the studies of musculotendinous releasing manual therapy and suggestions for clinical application. Methods: Derive research questions using the scoping review methodology. Searching for related studies, the studies were selected, and the data were analyzed and reported. We searched domestic database for studies on musculotendinous releasing manual therapy reported till April 2023. We reviewed 82 studies excluding duplicate studies and 13 studies were selected. Results: Five studies were literature studies and eight studies were clinical studies. Among the five literature studies, two studies investigating and analyzing general manual therapy, one study investigating manual therapy applied to frozen shoulders, and one systematic literature review to investigate the economic effects of manual therapy, one study using tools. There was one study examining research trends in manual therapy. Eight clinical studies were conducted on patients with Achilles tendinitis, tennis elbow, meralgia paresthetica and obesity. Conclusions: Musculotendinous releasing manual therapy is thought to be applicable not only to musculoskeletal disease but also to changes in body shape due to connective tissue.

The purposes of this literature review were to identify the theoretical basis and components of the concept hardiness, trends in the study of hardiness it's application in nursing and issues in measurement. The concept of hardiness has been derived deductively from existential psychology and is composed of three components, control, commitment and challenge. In research, the characteristic of hardiness has been demonstrated as a motivating factor in resolving stressful situations and in adapting to actual health problems. With regard to the measurement of hardiness, because of it's low level of predictability related to health outcomes, it is recommanded that the component of be omited from the concept of hardiness. On the basis of this literature review, the following suggestions are proposed. 1. Considering the lack of empirical suport, the theory of hardiness needs to be evaluated. 2. There is a need for further study of hardiness in a broad variety of populations. 3. A valid, reliable and culturally appropriate instrument needs to be developed for health related research. 4. Analysis is needed of the relationship between hardiness and stress-resistance, and of the factors related to both.

The literature review about bladder management method given to maintain and improve health of neurogenic bladder patients was done. Because the study of neurogenic bladder patients in nursing field is not enough, I tried to find report the study tendency through literature review, 1. There are five types of neurogenic bladder such as uninhibited neurogenic bladder, reflex neurogenic bladder, autonomous neurogenic bladder, sensory paralytic neurogenic bladder, and motor paralytic neurogenic bladder. 2. The accurate assessment of neurogenic bladder is done mainly through urodynamics and especially cystometrogram and urethrogram are used. 3. As the study of therapeutic management, the effect of Desmopressin, bladder auto-augmentation, incision of external urethral sphincter muscle, subarachnoid block and pudendal never block using phenol was studied. 4. For the study of general management, the effect of bladder training progam, intermittent catheterization and infection control has been studied but there has not been any obvious study in nursing field. Reviewed the study condition, it is necessary to develope bladder training program in order to increase life quality of neurogenic bladder patients.

The literature review for fall in the elderly has been done for the better quality of life of increasing elderly people toward 21 st century. Because 30 to 50% of over sixty five years old persons have experiences of fall, five percent of the fallen have trauma such as bone fracture requiring hospitalization and three quarter of people who die as fall are over 65 year old, fall is important health problem of them. There are very little societal interest in and research related to fall. Therefore, among recent foreign and our literatures studying literature review of frequency of fall, risk factors and assessing method for tall, and the management of fall prevention program, I would like to find research direction. Conclusivelly, we should study extensively the survey of the elderly's fall and on the basis of it. developing fall prevention program, promote the elderly's health through fall prevention.
