Purpose: In the past decade, Scholars, think tanks, and policymakers have had rich discussions about omnichannel distribution science. However, despite the growing body of research in this area, there is currently no universally accepted definition of what exactly an "omnichannel consumer" consists of and what the most relevant drivers are. This study aims to synthesize the empirical evidence surrounding omni-channel consumer research and its management. Additionally, we demonstrate how omnichannel consumer research has emerged from different theoretical perspectives and disciplines. Research design, data and methodology: Using the Systematic Literature Review method and searching the CNKI, Web of Science, and Scopus databases for 130 articles, the study analyzed the current state of omnichannel consumer research and categorized and summarized the findings in the literature. Results: This study analyzes the current state of omnichannel consumer research and categorizes the findings in the literature and identifies four research areas: consumer behavior, consumer experience, consumer sentiment dimensions, and consumer segmentation. Conclusions: This literature review offers the first comprehensive and systematic overview of "Chinese omnichannel consumers." It not only highlights the most critical research trends discussed in existing studies, but also outlines the expected direction of future research, which provides the basis for understanding omnichannel consumer research.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the technologies powered by AI fuel the fourth industrial revolution. Being the primary adopter of such innovations, banking has recently started using the most common AI-based technology, i.e., conversational agents. Although research extensively focuses on this niche area and provides bibliometric understanding for such agents in other industries, a similar review with scientometric insights of the banking literature concerning AI conversational agents is absent till date. Furthermore, in the era following the pandemic, banks are faced with the imperative to provide solutions that align with the changing landscape of remote consumer behavior. As a result, banks are proactively integrating technology-driven solutions, such as automated agents, to effectively address the growing demand for remote customer support. Hence more research is needed to perfect such agents. In order to bridge these existing gaps, the present study undertook a comprehensive examination of two decades' worth of banking literature. A meticulous review was conducted, analyzing approximately 116 papers published from 2003 to 2023. The aim was to provide a scientometric overview of the topic, catering to the research needs of both academic and industrial professionals. Holistically, the study seeks to present a macro-view about the existing trends in AI based banking conversational agents' literature while focusing on quantity, qualitative and structural indicators that are effectively necessary to offer new directions for the AI-based banking solutions. Our study, therefore, presents insights surrounding the literature, using selected techniques related to performance analysis and science mapping.

최근 들어, 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)의 도입과 함께 이를 다양한 목적으로 활용하고자 하는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스 활용을 위한 연구를 진행하기 위해서는 우선 관련 문헌을 검토하고 연구 경향을 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 하지만, 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 보편화된 2007년 이후부터 진행된 관련 연구는 그 양이 방대하여 많은 양의 관련 연구 문헌을 조사하는 것은 상당히 어려운 작업이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 중 트위터를 중심으로 관련 연구들을 체계적으로 분석하여 연구의 경향성을 밝힌다. 특히 체계적인 문헌 조사와 분석을 위해 SLR(Systematic Literature Review) 기법을 이용한다. 문헌 조사를 위해 5개의 잘 알려진 문헌 제공처를 선정하고, 128개의 문헌 조사 대상 연구를 선정하였다. 다양한 경향성을 파악하기 위하여 2007년 이후 연구들의 그룹과 2011년 이후 연구들의 그룹으로 나누어 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과 2007년 이후 트위터 관련 연구는 "Application", "User Content Analysis" 및 "User Activity" 주요 연구주제와 관련한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어지고 있었다. 이외에도 주요 연구주제별 세부 연구주제의 경향, 피인용수에 따른 연구 경향, 실험자료의 규모에 따른 연구경향 및 저자의 특성 등 다양한 관점에서 결과를 분석한다.

Background : To understand Korean medicine it is crucial to first understand medical aspect of 'DongUiBoGam'. It is also meaningful that it became one of the influential book even to posterity. Also based on the apprehension, we can take a view of development of Korean medicine led by 'DongUiBoGam'. Objectives : This study aims to review the status, study field, specialist of DongUiBoGam. In the process, this review will grasp trends in this field of studies and will direct further researches into the right direction. Method : The computerized Korean databases were searched from their respective inceptions up to December 2008. The search terms used were 'DongUiBoGam' and random or Korean language terms related to DongUiBoGam. Several specialized journals were also manually searched for relevant articles. Result : Since the 2000s, DongUiBoGam papers in the Korean Literature is increased. Published 58 papers on The Korean Journal of Oriental Medical Prescription were more than the other journals. 58 papers published in The Korean Journal of Oriental Medical Prescription are the best in many areas related to Korean medicine. Most people have submitted papers related to DongUiBoGam was Woo-yeal Jeong. Conclusions : 'DongUiBoGam' research is conducted and current tendency and outlook for 'DongUiBoGam' is carried out focusing on several associations.

Smart factory has been regarded as a big opportunity for manufacturing industries. However, little literature has been studied for the current status of Korean smart factory. Our paper tries to find gaps between research and real world by summarizing the recent literature and cases in Korean context. As the present level of smart factory introductions in Korean small manufacturing firms is lower than what a variety of literature says, our study points out that more efforts, investments and government support are required to catch up with the knowhow and technologies of developed countries although real-time control, enhanced productivity have been obtained. In future research, we will continue the smart factory study with the accumulated real data.

Scientists planning research that involves the use of animals are required by international and/or national law to examine the possibilities for the implementation of Replacement, Reduction and/or Refinement (the Three Rs principles of Russell and Burch) in experiments for research, testing, and education. There are two Korean laws legislating humane use of animals and ethical review prior to animal experiments. This report reviews current practice of the literature search by the researchers and protocol review by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees on the Replacement, Reduction and Refinement alternatives in Korea. The promotion and protection of the laboratory animals are one of the core competencies of investigators exploring the ethical conduct of research and good science.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the cause of alcoholism based on a systematic review of previous studies published from 2009 to 2014. Methods: The study design was a systematic review of the literature in which factors constituting causes of alcoholism were analyzed. Search words used to retrieve foreign studies were "alcoholism" or a combination of "alcohol dependency" and "etiology" or "predictor. Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) of the Korea Education and Research Information Service and Dbpia, a database for domestic academic studies, were used as search engines for retrieving domestic papers. Results: The systematic literature review found that for emotional and psychological factors as etiology of alcoholism, abuse-related factors had the largest proportion with a total of 63%. Conclusions: In this study factors related to alcoholism were examined in terms of emotions, psychology, environments, families and others. As a result, it was found that alcohol consumption at an early age and experience of abuse were major causes for alcoholism.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the studies of musculotendinous releasing manual therapy and suggestions for clinical application. Methods: Derive research questions using the scoping review methodology. Searching for related studies, the studies were selected, and the data were analyzed and reported. We searched domestic database for studies on musculotendinous releasing manual therapy reported till April 2023. We reviewed 82 studies excluding duplicate studies and 13 studies were selected. Results: Five studies were literature studies and eight studies were clinical studies. Among the five literature studies, two studies investigating and analyzing general manual therapy, one study investigating manual therapy applied to frozen shoulders, and one systematic literature review to investigate the economic effects of manual therapy, one study using tools. There was one study examining research trends in manual therapy. Eight clinical studies were conducted on patients with Achilles tendinitis, tennis elbow, meralgia paresthetica and obesity. Conclusions: Musculotendinous releasing manual therapy is thought to be applicable not only to musculoskeletal disease but also to changes in body shape due to connective tissue.

Purpose: The main purpose of this paper is to assess a body of research evidence that articulates the impact of physical and environmental factors on behavioral·psychological health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia who reside in long-term care facilities. This follow-up study of the previous literature review aims to further identify physical and environmental factors, that improve health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia, published in recent five years and to expand the understanding of clinical outcomes as mechanism that mediate the effect of physical environmental factors on improving behavioral·psychological health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia. Methods: Comprehensive literature review has been conducted to identify empirical studies that link the design of dementia care facilities to health- and quality of care(QOL)-related outcomes and this follow-up review scrutinized peer-reviewed articles published in recent five years (from January 2018 to December 2022), filling the gap between the previous literature review and the current state of research. Results: The review identified a growing body of literature that articulates environment-related factors that improve behavioral·psychological health and quality of life for the elderly people with dementia living long-term care facilities. Implications: The findings of the review can be translated to design implications and design decisions to promote psychological and behavioral health and quality of life of people with dementia in long-term care facilities.

The purpose of this paper is to carry out an empirical analysis of the link that exists between microfinance and poverty alleviation. The analysis is driven by literature searches on empirical works done by different researchers in different contexts. Qualitative research methodology was adopted, following a desktop approach. An empirical literature review took a centre stage in this investigation. An analysis of empirical works shows that microfinance enhances poverty alleviation despite the challenges such as the Indian Andhra Pradesh crisis. The paper is limited to a review of empirical sources of literature. A field survey, supported by an econometric analysis would have helped to generate robust results. This paper attempts to bring together the empirical works that were done in different contexts to shed light on the important relationship between microfinance and poverty. Many research works on microfinance depend upon personal anecdotes, thus this present paper attempts to compile the scattered empirical findings on microfinance and poverty alleviation.
