본 연구는 국민기초생활보장제도의 맞춤형 개별급여체계로의 개편에 따른 보장시설 생계급여 지급기준 논리구성을 논의하고, 시설생계급여 수준을 제도의 정합성 차원에서 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2015년 7월, 국민기초생활보장제도의 개편에 따라, 일반수급자에게는 기준중위소득의 일정 비율에 따른 맞춤형 개별급여 지급기준이 설정되었다. 하지만, 보장시설에서 생활하는 시설수급자들에 대해서는 기존의 필수비목 비용을 반영한 절대적 최저생계비 개념이 적용되고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 국민기초생활보장제도 개편 취지에 맞도록 시설생계급여 지급기준을 기준중위소득과 연동되도록 하였다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 시설수급자의 생계비목을 문헌연구와 FGI를 통해 도출하고, 둘째, 가계동향조사 4분위 이하 소비자료를 통해 일반생계급여의 반영비를 구하였다. 셋째, 대규모 시설에 불합리하게 적용되었던 시설규모별 균등화지수를 재조정한 뒤, 2019년 시설생계급여를 산출하였다. 향후 이러한 반영비 방식이 지속되기 위해서는 생계비 비목의 소비 성향 변화와 반영비의 안정성을 정기적으로 검토해나가야 하는 과제가 있다.

본 연구는 국제무역거래에 있어 빈번하게 사용되는 약관의 계약편입과 관련하여 CISG 자문위원회의 공식 의견인 Black Letter Rule을 중심으로 고찰한다. 그 주요 내용으로 약관의 계약편입 관련 적용규정과 요건을 상세히 고찰하고, 약관의 계약편입을 의도한 청약상 참조표시 및 약관내용의 명확성 요건을 살펴보도록 한다. 이와 더불어 약관의 계약편입 관련 기타 원칙으로서 계약체결 후 약관편입의 배제, 의외조항배제, 개별약정우선, 작성자 불이익 원칙 및 서식분쟁에 대하여 살펴본다. 이와 더불어 본 연구는 약관의 계약편입 관련 기존 판례 및 학설을 검토한 후 이를 CISG 자문위원회의 공식의견과 상호 비교 검토함으로 약관의 계약편입 관련 원칙을 재정립하고 이에 따른 실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

서울지역 고등학생을 대상으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 패션제품 구매행동, 구매후기에 대한 인식, 구매후기의 이용과 작성 및 그에 따른 인식, 의복관여도에 따른 구매후기에 대한 인식 및 구매 후 불만경험과 대응행동을 살펴보았다. 서울지역의 6개 고등학교 508명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 자료분석은 SPSS 17.0을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 빈도, t-test, 일원분산분석을 하였으며 사후검정으로는 Duncan's Multiple Test를 실시하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션제품 구매이유는 저렴한 가격과 다양성 및 편리성 때문이였고 구매하지 않는 이유는 대부분 화면과 실제의 상품 차이 때문이었다. 학생들은 구매후기를 믿을만하고 유용하다고 인식하였다. 구매후가 내용의 방향과 개수에 대해서는 영향을 받았지만 최신성에 대해서는 영향 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 구매후기를 이용하는 학생이 이용하지 않는 학생보다 유용성, 신뢰도, 영향력 모두 높게 인식하였고, 구매후기를 작성하는 학생들이 작성하지 않는 학생들보다 구매후기의 유용성과 신뢰도, 구매후기의 개수에 따른 영향력을 높게 인식하였다. 의복관여도에 따라서는 고관여의 학생들이 중관여와 저관여의 학생들에 비해 구매후기를 유용하다고 인식하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 통해 패션제품을 구매 후 불만을 경험한 학생들은 불평행동으로 공행동과 무행동을 주로 하는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper introduces the ISO 3010 which is the design standard for seismic action of International Standard Organization. Specially this paper focuses on the philosophical background and the weakness of ISO 3010,. The ISO 3010\ulcorner(Bases for design of structures-Seismic action on structure) were made in 1998 by the efforts of ISO/TC98 which is one working group of ISO. TC98 deals with " Bases for design of structures" in the field of architectural and civil engineering. The revised Committee Draft ISO/CD 3010 was made in February 1999. Even if ISO 3010 has not been complete yet this study carry out critical review of this committee draft.tee draft.

The purpose of this study is to propose different construction costs based on the number of kindergarten classrooms. Literature review reorganized the space program for kindergartens. For suggesting the room sizes of each spaces, this paper collected the three types of analysis; 1) the previous researches, 2) field survey, and 3) construction drawings. Based on the results, building sizes for the individual class sizes were presented. And, this paper made a standard priced BOQ(Bill of Quantity) through analysis on the existing priced BOQ. Finally, the recommendable construction costs were proposed by applying the building sizes to the standard priced BOQ. The practitioners of school districts and government organizations can make appropriate budgets considering the building sizes.

Since the last 50 years, the terminology 'risk' has been widely used in general and industrial applications, with different meanings. The different definitions of risk can lead to the different risk assessments and risk management process elements, and the misunderstandings. For the reasons, the ISO(International Standard Organization) has recently defined a new risk concept through the publication of IS0 31000:2009. Although the new concept of risk was globally accepted, it seem to be argued in its definition debate. Thus, this paper reviews the definition and meaning of the concept of risk in terms of risk origin, general and industrial applications, related domestic laws and risk management standards published to improve an understanding of risk concept.

ISBP(International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credit) was approved in Rome in October 2002 and was published in January 2003. ISBP was already stipulated on the article 13(a) of UCP 500 as the basis of examination of documents. But there was no specific contents on what is ISBP. So, by using the ISBP of the ICC, bank practitioners can bring their practices in line with these followed by their colleagues worldwide. In this Article, the writer will compare with UCP 500 and ISBP and korea banks' practice and consider the possibility of conflict among them. To the conclusion, It is recommended to reestablish the relations between UCP 500 and ISBP. And It is also required to maintain the consistency in using the terms calculation the period and using the reserving wordings.

This study is to organize the frame of measuring inventory for housing quality related to mental health in foreign literature reviews. In the first step, many housing quality contents or items are extracted from empirical studies, including housing environment quality and mental health. In the next step, extracted contents and items are classified by space scope (house and neighborhood unit) and WHO housing properties (safety & security, health & sanitation, efficiency/convenience, comfort/amenity). Almost all housing properties follow the WHO standard, but some properties, sustainability and economic characteristics, do not follow the standard. These reflect on current Korean housing environment. They are energy saving and environment friendly effort, property value and economic burden, identity expression, and school district. So they need to be added to the Korean housing quality measurement related to mental health.

A first step review is completed on the suitability of European designed wind turbines in an East Asia climate. Six parameters are chosen for detailed analysis of proper meteorological measures from flat, hilly, forested, coastal and offshore sites in West Europe and East Asia: mean wind speed, 10 minute mean wind speed distribution, turbulence intensity, wind shear, 3 second extreme wind speed and 10 minute direction change. All six parameters are assessed with a view for contrast with the wind turbine design standard IEC61400. The diurnal and seasonal variation, average and extreme values of each parameter are calculated where appropriate. Industry standard software and analysis techniques have been employed to assess the applicability of existing wind turbine design standards and design guidelines for the East Asian market.

ERP is a new concept which attempts to combine the applications of BRP and information technology in order to enhance the competitive positions of the firms in a rapidly changing environment. It is expected that a paradigm transition will take place which transforms the current practice of in-house development into the introduction of ERP packages. In response to this trend. ERP introduction strategies need to be investigated. This paper reports the case study of Standard Telecom Co. in successfully implementing Oracle ERP applications package. It describes the background, implementation strategy, project management, benefits, and the critical success factors of the Vanguard Project.
