It is important to control indoor environment for influence on health and comfort of occupants in large-sized discount stores. On the other hand large-sized discount stores have a large number of visitors, vestibules, open spaces, high energy consumption and increasing of outside air intake. This study aims to offer the design data of building services system that can save energy and control environment through field measurement selecting two large-sized discount stores. Indoor environment factors such as temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and concentrations of $CO_2$, CO gas and TSP were measured and evaluated. In each case of $CO_2$, and CO gas, its maximum values were 2,800 ppm and 20 ppm. So proper strategy for the indoor air quality is indispensable in this type of building. Dry bulb temperature varies from $18^{\circ}C$ to $28^{\circ}C$ according to a measuring point and time. From this results, it is inferred these buildings had excessive equipment capacity. In terms of economical and environmental points, these data will be utilized to the design of HVAC system of retail facilities.
China continues to experience an expansion of its e-Commerce industry. This is true both for B2C and for B2B sectors. B2C websites are created by various players. B2C E-commerce is divided into three categories in China: online direct sale, online retail, and online booking services. Online retail remains the major form of B2C business, and online booking services and online direct sale also maintained rapid growth. The rapid growth of B2C E-commerce in China was due to three factors. Firstly, the number of Internet users is increasing, which expands E-commerce user base. Secondly, users' acceptance and recognition of E-commerce are gradually increasing. Lastly, improvement on payment, logistics and credit also provides a better and better industrial environment for B2C e-commerce. The B2C sector has seen a low transaction volume in spite of its large number of websites. The B2B sectors has seen a higher transaction volume and more stable growth than the B2C sector. There is a wide range of the total market size estimated by different sources. China's C2C market witnessed rapid growth in 2005, the market growth may slow down in 2006 and 2007, due to heavy market competition, challenges to the business model and slow corporate user growth. But there is the bottlenecks in E-commerce in China. The purpose of this paper is contribute to development E-commerce in China by finding the solutions of the bottlenecks in E-commerce in China.

This paper analyzed an existing literature review of street environment, density, accessibility, and diversity in terms of not the street level, but also the urban context level. In addition, this paper examined Jane Jacobs' theory (1961) regarding the relevance between the diversity of facilities and increasing volume of pedestrians. To find the explanation ability and significance among variables, this paper employed Enter's method of Regression Analysis in the industrial classification of restaurant business and liquor business. This empirical analysis of both theories of Jacobs (1961) and MacCormac (1983) had a different signification from existing research. Jacobs (1961) suggested the relevance among various facilities for increasing the volume of pedestrians, and MacCormac (1983) explained the different impact by industrial classification. In future research, the subdividing of industrial classification is necessary for a more precise and specific analysis.

This study empirically analyses the spatial features of land use and transportation, and residential characteristics of the cases of the Sangin and Siji newly developed districts in Taegu. Before the development, the areas consisted mainly of rice paddies and fields; these areas are now filled with high-density residential complexes, with a proliferation of commerce and service functions. In Sangin, restaurants, retail services, bars and bakeries are the main developments, but Siji developed retail services, restaurants, private institutions for students, and facilities for convenience goods. While the public transportation system is oriented to CBD, the inter-districts transportation network is lacking. The residents are mainly in their 40s to 50s, with white collar jobs. They have a relatively high level of education with high income. They have migrated a relatively short distance to the district. The locational(pull) factors influencing the decision to migrate, for Sangin are transportation, the physical environment and access to the working place, but for Siji it has been the physical environment, the school group, and access to the working place. The main dissatisfaction factors for Sangin are the management fee, the school group and for Siji they are commuting, the management fee and transportation.
After the rapidly changing business management environment and financial crisis, high prices and domestic recession in Korea posed threats to the business survival of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper looks at the potential of micro business owners for sustainable development: those who have a spirit of entrepreneurship and the potential to be a hidden champion. Our study of micro business values uses structure equation modeling by LISREL. We have done so in order to understand the foundation of management innovation and success model of micro enterprise by increasing the entrepreneurship and management performance relationship analysis. A micro-enterprise is a type of small business, found only in Korea, often registered as having ten or fewer employees. We examine the successful type of hidden champions and the influence of entrepreneurship on start-ups in business. As compared to past research on the SME entrepreneurship, this study segments small businesses even further. Small business entrepreneurship was classified into three forms that are most appropriate for the Korean situation today: innovation, risk-taking, and pro-activeness. This research is meaningful as it is Korea's first empirical analysis on four business types: wholesale and retail sales, food and lodging business, service business, and manufacturing business. Thus far, research on small business entrepreneurship was carried out using small-scale investigative analysis. However, this research attempted to develop a model that can explain a cause-effect relation of the motivational level when it comes to the difference of entrepreneurship by each business type and small business start-up success factors. Various conceptual and operational definitions could be developed in a diverse and precise manner. Independent variables that are related to the success of small businesses can be developed additionally to examine the success factors related to the systematization in detailed manner. The research showed that the innovation, risk-taking and pro-activeness of the manifested difference in the degree of perception depending on the type of small businesses. Among the four business types, the ones that manifested the highest successful start-up rates were food, service, wholesale and retail sales and manufacturing. Results after conducting the regression analysis are shown on, which proves that the small business entrepreneurship exerts direct effect on the financial management performance of small businesses. In other words, small business entrepreneurship exerts a positive effect on the small business financial success and management performance. The R2 value is 0.61. It is possible to know that the perception of systematization and variables on attitude explains the 61% of the success for small self-employed businesses management performance. We define start-up key factors that are helpful to achieve internal growth of firms by finding business survival strategies. The results also focus on Korean government policy for micro enterprise and small business support.

This study has examined how Italy's fashion industry has evolved from an underdeveloped textile business into a cutting edge fashion in-dustry. Italy's unique business processes and practices were studied to come up with a collection and merchandising ideas in a niche market. By selecting this venue we are able to continuously grow and develop in a market with diverse consumer needs. To analyze the Italian fashion market, data from 3 institutions were utilized, namely, CIT-ER which has provided consumer trends and sales analysis, SITA,a data service provided statistics from the textile and apparel businesses, and NBI has also furnished valuable data. Italian consumer preference, buying behavior, consumer profile, retail channels and other related data from the above institutions has formed a backbone for market segmentation and target markets, and as a result, we were able to zero in on the type of consumer, produce, pricing and retail channels for our womenswear. Going forward the direction is to elevate product image and pretige, and create syn-ergy between related industries, and at the same note, in order to develop internationally recognized brands such as Max Mara and Benetton. Certain elements such as the specialization of the fashion industry, alon-g with fashion-related data base and systems support, and most importantly experts with acute fashion sense and capacity to analyze pertinent data are in need. I firmly believe that we can achieve Italy's level in the fashion market with support from the government and unrelenting effort within the industry itself, and hope that this report can prove to be useful.
Despite recent changes in life style, the content called bookstore has steadily stood by our side, changing its shape. In this environment, This manuscript is a quantitatively empirical study that individual innovation affects a combined bookstore's service design factors and the user's intention to word of mouth. Researchers believed that individual innovation would affect a combined bookstore's service design factors. It was also assumed that there would be considerable causality between the combined bookstore's service design factors deduced through prior study. Furthermore, the assumption that these parameters would affect internal variables, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction, word of mouth intentions was presented, and verified using An Integrated Model of Extended Technology Acceptance Model and Post Acceptance Model. Researchers expect that this research will contribute significantly in that it is a developer's approach to the combined bookstore that are seen as major tenants in large retail facilities.
Purpose: This study aims to verify the effects of omnichannel characteristics on pleasure, resistance and repurchase intention in the omnichannel situation in order to provide the innovative commercial business. Research design, data and methodology: The study examined relations between research concepts centered on previous studies, set hypotheses, developed a research model, and verified the model through a questionnaire survey. A total of 297 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, excluding the questionnaires showing insincere or outliers. Results: First, Omnichannel showed multi-dimensional characteristics consisting of consistency, innovation, economy, and integration. Second, innovation and economic feasibility had a positive effect on pleasure. Third, only economic feasibility had a negative effect on user resistance. Fourth, consumers' shopping pleasure had a negative effect on user resistance. Fifth, repurchase intention of consumers was positively affected by innovation. Conclusions: This research contributed to extend academic framework of distribution research by examining causal relationship through adoption of economic and innovation factors as new characteristics from the integrated perspective beyond the research frame of the existing omnichannel distribution environment. Companies should provide meaningful experiences by resolving concerns about side effects caused by human-computer interaction and providing smart information that matches the products most suitable for consumer needs.
Purpose: This study analyzes the impact of weather conditions, holidays, and sporting events on beer sales, providing insights for market strategy and inventory management in the beer industry. Research design, data and methodology: Beer types were classified into Lagers and Ales, with further subcategories. The study utilized weekly retail sales data from January 2018 to August 2020, provided by Nielsen Korea. An ARMAX model was employed for time-series analysis. Results: The analysis revealed that increasing temperatures positively influence sales of Pilsners and Pale Lagers. Conversely, higher precipitation levels negatively affect overall Lager sales. Among Ales, only Stout sales showed a significant decrease with increased rainfall. Sunshine duration did not significantly impact sales for any beer type. Humidity generally had little effect on beer sales, with the exception of Amber Lagers, which showed sensitivity to humidity changes. Holidays and sporting events were found to significantly boost sales across most beer types, although the specific impacts varied by beer category. Conclusions: This study offers a detailed analysis of how weather conditions and specific events influence different beer type sales. The findings provide valuable insights for breweries, beer processors, and retailers to optimize their market strategies and inventory management based on weather forecasts and seasonal events. By understanding the consumption patterns of each beer type in relation to environmental factors, businesses can better anticipate demand fluctuations and tailor their operations accordingly.
