유아교육 기관에서의 안전관리와 안전교육 실태에 관한 실증적 연구 - 인천지역의 유아교육 기관을 중심으로 - (A Case Study on the Safety Management and its Education in an Infant Institution of Learning)

  • Protecting an infant from a risk of accident was an absolute responsibility and duty of parents in the past. As increase in the ratio of entering kindergartens, the demand of all day program also increases. In infancy, safety concerns are higher than other periods since infants are curious about objects and environments and that have stronger impulse of the spirit of inquiry. Since baby's functioning is poor, an ability of balance maintenance and an exercise function are not sufficiently developed. Further more, they lack a cognitive power about self-control or situation. According to Korea Consumer Agency, safety accidents in infant institution have increased in 115% as 294 cases compared with 137 cases in 2004. Major causes of infant deaths are street accidents, drowning, and deaths from a fall in order. Considering this situation, we need to prevent and deal with accidents. Therefore this thesis grasp the situation and analyze an actual condition of an safety education about teachers who work in such institutions and infants who are educated in institutions to prevent from accidents and make up pleasant environments. Then, it will suggest all efficient safety education plans for infants to them.

Direction of Global Citizenship Education in the Age of Infodemic : A Case Study of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Korea

  • In 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic began in full-scale, the WHO Director-General warned of the dangers of an infodemic. The infodemic is a phenomenon in which false information spreads rapidly like an epidemic and causes chaos, and it was noted that the COVID-19 pandemic is not just limited to health problems, but also linked to a variety of issues such as human rights, economic inequality, various discrimination, hate speech, fake news, global governance etc. In the field of education, it is necessary to think about how to connect this global situation with school classes. Accordingly, this study suggested the direction for global citizenship education by analyzing how the infodemic spreads on Korean social media with the case of the recent global COVID-19 pandemic. According to the research results, the rate of negative emotions was higher than positive ones in the emotions that generate infodemic, while anxiety and anger were focused among negative emotions. In addition, the infodemic tended to spread widely with the feelings of anger rather than anxiety, and the feelings of anger led to advocating aggressive policies against certain country and regions. Therefore, global citizenship education is required to focus on a sense of duty and responsibility as a citizen, not on the level of national identity based on an exclusive sense of belonging. Furthermore, global citizenship education needs to lead to presenting a blueprint for education in a way that can enhance the awareness of the global community for joint response to global challenges and realize common prosperity based on sustainability and justice.

보건지소 진료실적에의 관련요인 (Factors Related to the Medical Service Performace of Health Subcenter Directors)

  • This study was carried out by using questionnaires with 200 general doctors serving as the director of health subcenter in Kyongsangbuk-do Province as of January 1995. The results are summarized as follows. It was shown that the general characteristics consisted of 53 directors in the lst year(26.5%), 85 in the 2nd year(42.5%) and 62 in the 3rd year(31.0%). The percentage spent on their medical service showed that 73.0% of those directors spent more than 90% on their medical service. Based on their general service attitiude, 0% answered that the director of the health subcenter completes the given duties as the director, and 24.5% did that the director has the sense of responsibility and duty. Multiple answers concerning inconvenience and difficulties of the health subcenter director showed that less monthly salary accounted for 75.5%, no administrative power for 50.0%, insufficient medical instruments for 35.5%, insufficient budget for 30.0%, respect. In conclusion, in order for the health subcenter to meet the function as the primary medical clinic, it is required to arange the plans to inspire the public health doctors' service desire to that they can give the medical service as good as the private primary medical clinics, to convert existing concept of the public health doctors' placement in Myon administrative district into new concept in Gun by breaking from a uniform placement, and to consider an intensive placement according to the relevant projects so that preventive health activities can be planned and carried out.

한국인이 인지하는 사회적지지의 구성요소 -중년여성을 대상으로- (Identification of Attributes Constituiting Korean Social Support -Based on Middle-Aged Women-)

  • This study was conducted to identify the attributes constituiting Korean social support and to validate the results of the previous study ‘Search for the meaning of social support in Korean Society.’ The informants were 41 Korean middle-aged women in three cities Seoul, Daejun and Daeku. The data were collected through indepth interviews using the interview guide from Jun. 1994 to Jun. 1995. The interview guide was developed in the simulated situations of ‘Stroke attack’ which expected to be in need of social support. The women were asked to answer what they felt and the appropriate terms representing the situations. Data analysis were conducted by content analysis. Consequently, the Korean social support pyramid was modified as follows ; Support is the apex of the pyramid. The four sides of the pyramid are made up of ‘Jung’(Bound by ties of affection, regard or shared common experience, Connectedness), Do-oom(both emotional and material help), Mi-dum(Faith or belief in) and Sa-Rang(Love). The base of the pyramid is ‘yun’(the basic network of relationships in Korean culture) that connote the meaning of Eunhae(Benevolence), Euimu(duty, responsibility) and Dori(obligation).

노인 소비자를 위한 소비생활 교육 프로그램 (Educational Program for the Elder's Daily Life as a Consumer)

  • 본 논문은 현대 사회에서 노인들의 소비생활 상담이 증가하고 있고 소비자로서 이들의 기능과 역할이 점차 중요시되고 있는 점에 착안하여, 사회 지원 체계 마련의 1단계로 노인을 위한 소비생활 교육 프로그램 개발을 시도하였다. 그 결과 소비자로서의 노인을 정의내리고, 노인 소비자의 소비생활 실태와 교육 요구도, 노인 소비자를 위한 교육 프로그램 분석을 토대로 노인을 위한 소비생활 교육 프로그램의 구성원리를 제시하였으며, 노인 소비생활 교육 프로그램의 구성과 내용을 소개하였다. 구성 원리는 내용 구성 측면에서 경험의 원리, 생활화 사회화의 원리, 계열성의 원리이며, 실행의 측면에서는 자발성의 원리, 개별화의 원리, 경로의 원리이다. 개발된 프로그램의 주제는 총 4개 영역으로 첫째, 노인 소비자 피해 예방교육 둘째, 올바른 소비자 상거래 방법 셋째, 피해 사례를 통한 상거래 방법 넷째, 소비자의 권리와 책임 및 의무, 구매 의사결정 과정이며, 각 주제 영역은 기획자와 진행자 중심의 주요 내용과 준비 사항으로 구성하였다.

스트레스 결과변수의 결정요인으로서의 강인성에 관한 연구 -간호사의 소진(burnout)을 중심으로- (Hardiness : Determinants of Psychological Distress from Stress)

  • This study was undertaken in order to examine the effect of hardiness on stress-causing factors, defined in this study as burnout in nursing. The subjects were 248 nurses working in three general hospitals in Taejon. The instruments used for this study were a survey of general characteristics, modified Health-Related Hardiness Scale(HRHS) (25 items), job stress scale (63 items), and burnout scale (20 items). Analysis of data was done through the mean, percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression done with a SAS program. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The average item score for the job stress was high at 4.44. In the subcategories, the highest degree of stress was night duty(5.11), and work overload(4.70), responsibility for extra affairs(4.70), conflict in nurse-doctor relationships(4.69), and low reward(4.63) in that order. 2) In the stepwise multiple regression analysis, hardiness(11.55%) was a significant determinant of burnout along with job stress(17.24%) and job duration(12.94%). The results of this study show that hardiness has an effect on psychological distress caused by stress.

간호원이 근무중에 경험하는 스트레스 측정을 위한 도구개발 연구 (The Development of the Stress Measurement Tool for Staff Nurses working in the Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the baseline data for developing the stress measurement tool for staff nurses working in the hospital. Two hundred and fifteen stan nurses in Seoul National University Hospital were participated during the period from Feb. 28 to Mar. 10, 1984. Though the pretest and literature review a questionnaire was constructed with 63 stressors which were experienced by the nurses in the hospital. Subjects were given instruction to rate 1∼6 likert type scale according to the level of stress experienced by each stressor described. Reliability of the tool was tested by Cronbach's Alpha, and the result was α=0.94871. Factor analysis was applied to organize 63 items together. As the result, 15 factors were obtained and these factors explained 66.3% of variance. The 15 factors were: 1) Work overload 2) Role conflict as a profession 3) Lack of professional knowledge and skill 4) Interpersonal problem 5) Conflict in nurse doctor relationship 6) Work conflict with doctors 7) Emotional burden due to the limitation of medicine 8) Poor treatment 9) Unsatisfactory relationship with supervisor 10) Low reward 11) Unsatisfactory relationship with subordinate 12) Poor physical environment of unit 13)Responsibility for extra affairs 14)Unfamiliar situation 15)Night duty.

지방화 시대의 농촌지도사업과 발전방향 (A Study on the Way of Development for Rural Extension Work in Korea under the Period of Localization)

  • Rural extension work in Korea has been carried out as a national government project by the Rural Development Administration since 1962. But almost all of the extension workers transferred to local government employ in 1997 and the 7,480 extension workers in 1997 decreased to 5,082 by the end of 1999 through restructuring of the government system. Traditionally, the extension worker has carried out educational jobs but many extension workers was to carry out the administrative responsibility in addition to the educational job as the rural extension system was changed. This study was to evaluate the rural extension system under the localization, extension activities, methods, extension worker's morale, and so forth. Most of extension workers are embarrassed about the changing of the extension system and their duty.

임상실습을 경험한 물리치료 전공 학생의 전문직업성 연구 (Analysis of professionalism of physical therapy student who experienced clinical practice)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find the perceived level of professionalism of physical therapy student who experienced clinical practice. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: The subjects of the study were conducted for 3 months from March to June, 2017, and randomly selected physical therapy student who experienced clinical practice in Chungnam-Do. The 138 students in cross-sectional survey were done via Korean of Professionalism In Physical Therapy: Core Values (PPTCV). The questionnaire data analyzed by SPSS 19.0 version. Results: The mean scores of PPTCV were accountability 41.34±0.83, altruism: 19.67+0.90, compassion/caring 43.82±0.81, excellence 45.57±0.80, integrity 43.69±6.16, professional duty 28.67±4.70, and social responsibility 45.84±7.64. Conclusion: Physical therapy students who experienced clinical practice had overall high scores.

경호무도 정신특성 요인의 상대적 중요도 평가 (Priority Order of Decisional Factors and Conceptual Construct of Security Martial Arts' Spirit)

  • 이 연구는 최상의 경호수행을 위해서 경호원이 갖추어야 할 경호무도의 정신요인에 대하여 분석적 계층화과정(AHP) 기법을 활용한 상대적 중요도를 평가하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 경호학 전공자와 경호 관련 종사자, 그리고 경호이론 및 실기전문가 540명을 선정하였다. 정신특성에 대한 요인추출 단계에서는 문헌고찰을 통해서 수집된 자료를 활용하여 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이렇게 확인된 정신개념구조를 활용하여 요인 간 상대적 중요도를 전문가 설문을 통해 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 18.0 for windows와 AMOS 5.0 그리고 Expert Choice 2000을 활용하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해서 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호무도 정신특성과 관련한 요인탐색 결과 4개의 일반요인과 20개 세부요인을 탐색할 수 있었다. 탐색된 요인의 구인타당성을 확인한 결과 모든 기준치에서 안정적인 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 경호무도의 정신특성 개념의 구인은 타당하다고 평가할 수 있다. 이러한 경호무도 정신개념의 일반 요인에 대한 명명화 과정을 통해서 심리관련, 사상관련, 무도관련, 실천관련 정신으로 구성하였고, 심리관련 정신 요인은 집중, 자신감, 자기관리, 몰입, 자부심(자존감)으로, 사상관련 정신 요인은 희생, 정의, 충성, 인류평화, 사명감으로, 무도관련 정신 요인은 예의, 강인, 호신, 심신일여, 용맹(기)으로, 실천관련 정신 요인은 책임, 협동, 겸손, 결단, 프로정신으로 구성하는 것이 타당하다는 결론에 도달했다. 둘째, 경호무도의 위계모형은 4개의 상위 개념과 20개의 하위개념으로 구성하였다. 이러한 경호무도 정신특성 위계모형을 토대로 상대적 중요를 평가한 결과 사상관련 정신(.482), 무도관련 정신(.248), 실천관련 정신(.188), 심리관련 정신(.083) 순으로 중요도가 판명되었다. 그리고 하위개념에 대한 경호무도의 정신특성에 대한 중요도는 희생(.252), 예의(.110), 사명감(.108), 책임(.073), 충성(.053), 강인성(.052), 정의(.049), 호신(.038), 프로정신(.038), 결단(.035), 협동(.029), 자신감(.026), 용맹(기)(.025), 자부심(자존감)(.024), 심신일여(.023), 인류평화(.019), 집중(.014), 겸손(.013), 자기관리(.011), 몰입(.007) 순으로 중요도가 판명되었다. 즉 경호무도는 희생, 정의, 충성, 인류평화, 사명감과 같은 사상관련 정신 요인이 가장 중요한 요인이라고 평가할 수 있다.
