컨소시엄 블록체인 거버넌스 프레임워크 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Consortium Blockchain Governance Framework)

  • 퍼블릭 블록체인과 프라이빗 블록체인의 한계로 인해 여러 조직들이 컨소시엄 블록체인 시스템을 구현하고 있다. 조직이 블록체인을 활용하여 비즈니스를 수행하기 위해서는 조직의 전략과 목표에 따라 블록체인 온체인과 오프체인 상의 의사결정권, 책임성, 보상체계와 같은 '블록체인 거버넌스' 요소들을 고려해야 한다. 조직이 블록체인 거버넌스가 부재한 상태로 비즈니스를 수행하면 조직의 전략과 목표를 체계적이면서 효과적이고 효율적으로 달성할 수 없고, 조직의 이해관계자들의 기대 및 법규 등의 내 외부 요구사항들을 준수할 수 없다. 하지만 컨소시엄 블록체인을 기반으로 한 비즈니스가 확대됨에 따라 컨소시엄 블록체인 거버넌스가 필요로 한 상황임에도 불구하고 이에 대한 연구는 전무한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조직이 컨소시엄 블록체인을 활용한 비즈니스를 효과적이고 효율적으로 수행하도록 기능 및 역할과 책임을 포함한 컨소시엄 블록체인 거버넌스 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 컨소시엄 블록체인 거버넌스 프레임워크의 타당성을 검토하기 위해, 두 차례에 걸쳐 블록체인과 거버넌스 관련 전문가들로 구성된 자문위원회를 통해 프레임워크를 검토하였다. 검토 결과 기능, 역할과 책임을 포함한 컨소시엄 블록체인 거버넌스 프레임워크의 구성 요소들이 완전하고 타당한 것으로 검토되었다.

힌두교의 아슈라마(ashrama)에 관한 교육적 고찰 : 교육이념?목적?목표와 내용 및 방법을 중심으로 (Education Reflection on the Concept of Hinduism Ashrama)

  • 본 연구는 힌두교의 아슈라마(ashrama)에 담긴 교육적 특징에 관한 고찰이다. 아슈라마에서 추구하는 교육의 이념과 목적, 그리고 목표를 설정한 후, 그에 따른 교육내용 및 방법을 구체화하였다. 힌두교의 이념은 정신의 근원적 해방인 목샤(moksa)로 이른바 해탈을 추구한다. 그 교육의 목적은 아슈라마에 따른 다르마(dharma)를 파악하는 작업으로 인생의 네 단계를 '학습기-가정생활기-자기통제기-득도기'로 구분하였다. 학습기의 교육은 베다를 통해 사회규범을 학습하고 본인의 과업 및 책임을 아는 것으로, 베다의 내용을 반복 암송하고 스승-제자 사이에 상호의존적 도제방법을 통해 수행된다. 가정생활기의 교육은 결혼을 하고 가족을 돌보며 사회가 요구하는 여러 서비스를 생산하는 생업에 종사하는 것을 교육목표로 제시하고, 제사 및 가족 공동체 생활 등의 경험을 통한 체득을 교육내용 및 방법으로 삼았다. 자기통제기의 교육은 사회에서 물러나 규범 및 규칙을 통해 자신을 확립하고 집착하지 않음을 교육목표로 제시하여, 극심한 고행과 요가의 여덟 단계를 통해 자기통제를 완성하는 일이다. 득도기 교육은 번뇌의 속박에서 벗어나 영적 자유에 도달한다는 교육목표 아래, 성지 순례와 명상을 교육내용 및 방법으로 구체화하였다.

  • Purpose In the contemporary landscape, marked by the enduring impact of COVID-19 and the recent disruptions stemming from the conflict in Ukraine, the purpose of this study is to navigate the era characterized by pervasive risk and uncertainty. Specifically, the study aims to dissect the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on digital transformation, exploring the factors influencing this process and considering the multifaceted dynamics at play. The focus extends to the post-COVID-19 landscape, scrutinizing the implications and meanings of digital transformation both before and after the pandemic. Additionally, the study delves into future digital trends, with particular attention to climate and environmental issues, emphasizing corporate responsibilities in averting crises similar to COVID-19. The overarching goal is to provide a holistic perspective, shedding light on both positive and negative facets of digital transformation, and advocating for regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks conducive to a balanced and resilient digital future. Design/methodology/approach This study employs a comprehensive approach to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on digital transformation. It considers various facets, such as smart devices reshaping daily routines, transformative changes in corporate ecosystems, and the adaptation of government institutions to the digital era within the broader context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The analysis extends to the post-COVID-19 landscape, examining the implications and meanings of digital transformation. Future digital trends, especially those related to climate and environmental issues, are prognosticated. The methodology involves a proactive exploration of challenges associated with digital transformation, aiming to advocate for regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks that contribute to a balanced and resilient digital future. Findings The findings of this study reveal that the digital economy has gained momentum, accelerated by the proliferation of non-face-to-face industries in response to social distancing imperatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital transformation, both preceding and succeeding the onset of the pandemic, has precipitated noteworthy shifts in various aspects of daily life. However, challenges persist, and the study highlights factors that either bolster or hinder the transformative process. In the post-COVID-19 era, corporate responsibilities in averting crises, particularly those resembling the pandemic, take center stage. The study emphasizes the need for a holistic perspective, acknowledging both positive and negative facets of digital transformation. Additionally, it calls for proactive measures, including regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks, to ensure a balanced and resilient digital future.

편입과정을 거쳐 입사한 신규간호사의 적응경험 (Adaptation to Clinical Experience by Older Graduate Nurses who Entered Nursing after Graduation in Another Field)

  • Purpose: With the increasing opportunities for students to transfer into nursing from other departments or after graduation, it is important to examine how these students adapt to clinical work in the hospital setting after graduation. This study was done to describe the adaptation experience of older graduate nurses in hospital settings and to understand the meanings and search the nature of their experience. Method: For this study, the participants were 6 nurses who entered nursing after having graduated from college or university in another field. The data were collected through in-depth interviews from March to April 2007 and analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results: The essential themes of the adaptation experience for older graduate nurses were the following 6 categories: taking responsibilities for the expected role according to one's age, following the rules of senior-junior hierarchy, being ambivalent about one's older age, expanding one's support system, getting rid of the concept of age difference and establishing the expected position appropriate for one's career. Conclusion: For older graduate nurses, interpersonal relationship factors were more important than work related factors. Therefore, it is important to create a more flexible nursing culture to ease the adaptation of these older graduate nurses.

환자 의료정보 보호의 문제 (Issues on the Patient's Information Protection)

  • Medical information is one of significant private information that includes in-dividual's own diverse information. Once opened, it exposes one's health condition and medical history to a third party, which could bring about serious troubles. On this account, the third parties are of much concerns about the information. If medical information collected through various routes is used with another purpose, oilier than the initial intention, it might cause serious results beyond one's control. Thus, it is essential to keep the information confidential. Also, the discrimination based on the medical information ought to be banned because it is likely to happen that exposed information socially stigmatizes a person, being discriminated in a work place or a school when he/she is employed or gets an insurance. In the current system, only medical institutions are responsible for protecting or securing medical records. Despite the information technology development and the increased interests in medical information, there are quite a few limitations in legal, technical, and administrative aspects. All kinds of organizations, involved in collecting and using the information, as well as medical institutions primarily producing and managing it should share the responsibilities.

정신분열병 환자 자녀의 경험 (The Experience of Children with a Schizophrenic Parent -Case Study-)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the experience of children with a schizophrenic parent. Methods: The research methods included biographical in-depth interviews, structured questionnaires, and child's drawings. Data were collected from September until November, 2005 at one university hospital, and interviews were recorded on audio tapes and thereby transcribed. The subjects were three adolescent children (10~15 years old) of a parent with schizophrenia. Results: This study has five themes: It is often the case that the children with a schizophrenic parent are uninformed about their parent's illness, have difficulties dealing with symptoms are confused about their parent's image and display contradictory feelings of fear and sympathy toward their father; The children tend to harbor expectations on mother's role in the family affairs, and simultaneously show pity for her; Family relations without solidarity caused by the absence of their father make the children feel severance, separation, and isolation in and out of the family; The children feel the burden to assume additional household responsibilities; The children are reluctant to mention their father's disease. Conclusion: the study subjects have met negativeness in both developmental characteristics and needs, which supports the need for intervention programs that meet their actual experience.

  • Occupational health and safety (OHS) is a broad field of professional practice, which involves specialists from different disciplines including but not limited to engineers, occupational health physicians, physical and biological scientists, economists, and statisticians. The preventive systems required to ensure workers are protected from injuries and illnesses dwell heavily on engineers; however, the extent to which the engineer can go regarding planning and implementing preventive measures is dependent on specific legal requirements, leadership commitment from the company, organization, and nation. The objective of this paper is to identify the areas of opportunities for improvements in OHS management in Ghana with regard to the nation's legal requirements, commitment of the Ghana government, and Ghanaian leadership as well as appropriate structuring of Ghanaian institutions responsible for monitoring and managing OHS in Ghana. This paper identified Ghana's fragmented legal requirements concerning OHS, which are under different jurisdictions with unclear responsibilities and accountabilities. The paper also highlights the training needs of Ghanaian academic institutions regarding OHS. Among other recommendations made including structuring of Ghanaian institutions to manage OHS in line with the ILO-OSH 2001, this paper aligns the recommendations with the articles and elements of International Labour Organization convention number 155 and OHSAS 18001 elements.

A Study on Performance Analyses of Korea's Bidding and Contract Systems for Public Construction Projects

  • Bidding and contract systems are used for public construction projects to select contractors following fair competition principles and to execute national budgets effectively. Many challenges have arisen due to a lack of transparency and fairness and because bidding practices have been luck-based. Few comprehensive or comparative analyses have been conducted on the performance and limitations of bidding and contract systems, and empirical analyses designed to improve policies on and the practice of such systems are lacking. This study empirically analyzed current bidding and contract systems to seek ways of improving them. The study proposes several alternatives to resolve the problems with and irrationalities of the current system: 1) improving bidding and selection systems by changing them from a luck-based price competition into a technical merit- and value-based competition; 2) improving the assessment criteria to meet the current market level of bid and winning prices; 3) adjusting contractual responsibilities and sharing structures to meet the current trend; and 4) strengthening the competitiveness and expanding the social responsibility-based procurement systems of construction companies.

법원기록관리체제 연구 (A Study on the Court Records Management System)

  • 이 논문은 법원에서 생산되는 행정기록과 재판기록의 관리체제가 어떻게 수립되었고 그 특징은 무엇이었는지를 역사적으로 분석하고 있다. 법원은 대한민국 국민의 법적인 권리 및 의무관계를 확정하는 등 사법권을 행사하기 때문에 법원기록물은 일반 행정기록과는 다른 특수성을 가진다. 특히, 법원기록물은 법원에서 생산하는 재판서로만 구성되는 것이 아니라 민사사건기록 및 형사사건기록 등 다양한 출처의 기록들이 함께 관리된다. 법원기록관리체제를 이해하기 위해서는 이 같은 생산출처가 다른 기록물들이 재판절차를 거치면서 보존 관리되는 방식을 파악해야 한다.

대학도서관의 참고 장서개발정책 기본요소 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Primary Parts of Reference Collection Development Policy in Academic Libraries)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 참고 장서개발정책의 작성지침 5개를 분석하여 그 기본요소를 파악하고, 이를 토대로 미국의 대학도서관에서 실제로 작성된 참고 장서개발정책 24개를 비교 분석해 봄으로써 참고 장서개발정책의 기본요소와 그 내용을 파악해 보기 위한 것이다. 대표적인 5개의 지침과 24개의 참고 장서개발정책의 분석을 통해 총 9개의 기본요소가 발견되었고, 이 요소들은 다시 5개의 핵심요소와 4개의 선택요소로 구분되었다. 5개의 핵심요소는 (1) 서문, (2) 참고장서의 범위, 크기, 수준, (3) 참고장서의 포맷, (4) 참고장서의 유형, (5) 참고장서의 관리(선정, 제적, 평가, 책임)였다. 본 연구를 통해 파악된 9개의 기본요소와 그 내용들은 앞으로 참고 장서개발정책의 작성을 시도하는 모든 대학도서관에서 기본 틀로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
