In present, RCM has been hot issue in the domestic railway industry areas. Based on this circumstance, in this paper, for the purpose of an effective RCM system construction, a suitable organization structures which are to be applied to the railway system is proposed. Some examples and descriptions about the responsibilities and the roles which should be done by each RCM team, during the RCM analysis, as step by step for RCM analysis are also described. By using the formalized organization, the tasks for maintenance are allocated to each staff and the data for RCM analysis could be managed, systematically, as well. To sum up, it would be expected that based on the systematic organization structure for RCM analysis, the results of RCM analysis, that mean the maintenance methods and intervals for preventive maintenance, on specific railway system could be more reliable and accurate.

The study shed the light on the information required by Governance Principles and Corporate Social Responsibilities of human resources department from the point deans' perspectives of BA colleges during the discussion the publication of studies that academic members earlier submitted in many journals as authors of similar studies talking about business schools and CSR in Saudi Arabia universities. The study sample was the deans of business schools in northern border university and interviews were used to collect data. Findings showed that CSR in business colleges within an integrated set of research products in the human resource that he owns, support the mechanisms of social services from a purposeful pioneering and creative perspective. In addition, the success of business administration colleges in preparing these cadres depends on the college's senior leadership represented by its dean and its administrative policy to motivate academic staff and students to develop the CSR and governance.

The Korean government submitted the Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC) to UNFCCC which aims to reduce 37% greenhouse gas emission for the opportunity of developing new energy industry and industry innovation by 2030 compared with Business-As-Usual scenario taking into account its international responsibilities and hosting headquarters of Green Climate Fund (GCF) secretariat. The 37% reduction is composed of 25.7% in the domestic markets and 11.3% in the international carbon markets. To achieve the reduction target in the international carbon market mechanisms, it must use the linkage of international carbon markets and develop new renewable energy technology for CDM and ODA. Finally, it must improve carbon capture storage (CCS) technology and establish domestic CCS institutional systems as soon as possible. And, it must activate CCS information exchange for the international cooperation on UNFCCC movement.

Academic medicine is built from a foundation of education, research, and patient care. Since good patient care results from the application of medical research and continuous education, these three components cannot be separated for medical development to occur. In Korea, many obstacles hinder the achievement of academic medicine, such as an inefficient medical delivery system, limitations of primary care, low insurance prices, and no long-term health care plan. Medical education has changed to outcome-based education, but presented temporal integration status. Governance of healthcare research is not centralized, and Korea is awarded relatively fewer grants than other countries. Medical professors have reached a burnout state due to patient care responsibilities in addition to research and education duties. Many medical systems, including the medical delivery system and insurance problems, may contribute to distrust between doctors and patients. The government is not involved in a long-term health care policy. The multitude of factors mentioned here are hindering the achievement of academic medicine in Korea.

This study aims to examine the relationship between certain dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with market performance, measured by Tobin's Q, on companies within various industries in Indonesia. This study disaggregates CSR into 7 dimensions: environment, energy, occupational safety and health, employee, product, community, and general. Samples consisted of 385 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2007-2014. OLS analysis shows that CSR contributes greatly to the formation of market performance of consumer goods, agriculture, and miscellaneous industries. The dimensions of CSR contribute differently to the formation of Q ratios in different industries. We also found that there are differences in the speed of effect of several dimensions of CSR on the formation of market performance; some CSR dimensions give immediate effect while others are lagged.

Eco-design is an environmental key point since consumers' consumption behaviors have huge impacts on the environment. The objective of this study was to investigate the various responses between Chinese and Korean consumers and to look into the effects that consumers' environmental awareness have on eco-design clothing product purchase, usage and disposal. The study comprised of literature review and empirical research conducted through on line survey (www .sojump.com) from 5-20th Jan 2019. 200 Chinese respondents and 200 Korean respondents were collected and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the research hypotheses. The results suggested that consumers' environmental awareness positively influenced their three ecological dimensions about consumption. In addition, the positive relationship was also influenced by respondents' nationality. These results suggest that consumers' environmental awareness is an important responsibilities and could become more important retail mix for clothing marketers. Findings would also enable environmental organizations to understand eco behavior and to design appropriate strategic decisions to appeal eco-summers. Other findings and implications were also discussed.

An amazing growth in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain based smart cities from both industry and academia has been witnessed in the recent years. There are many smart applications such as intelligent transportation, smart banking, improving the life style of citizen, energy consumption and managing the waste in the city, handling home needs are supporting the Smart city concept. These applications are profoundly supported by the advanced technologies like Blockchain as well as IoT in the recent past. Smart cities can be supported by the Blockchain core concepts such as secure, transparent, decentralized and immutable nature. Still, Blockchain and IoT technologies implementation in smart cities are in their early stages and significant research efforts are desirable to integrate them. This review article explores the roles and responsibilities of Blockchain and IoT in building smart cities.

Hospice palliative care refers to holistic care provided by an interdisciplinary team aimed at improving the quality of life of patients suffering from life-threatening diseases and their families. Among interdisciplinary team members, hospice advanced practice nurses (APNs) trained as master's-level advanced nursing professionals are leaders who play an important role in providing patient-centered care and improving the quality of services. The Medical Service Act revised in 2018 requires the scope of practice of APNs in each field to be specified in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Accordingly, discussions on the role and scope of practice of hospice APNs are actively underway. In this review, the curriculum of hospice APNs, their work responsibilities and roles, and their current status are reviewed, and the future direction of the hospice APN system is also discussed.

This study investigated the effect of the level of ethics in food manufacturing of agricultural products processing companies on food safety and product trust. In general, a company's food manufacturing ethics is complex, includes social responsibility, and has a potential impact on stakeholders. The main implications summarized based on the analysis results are the expansion of the HACCP application of the agricultural product processing system, the production of safe agri-food that fulfills social responsibilities with an ethical awareness, including entrepreneurial awareness, from raw materials to processing, packaging, and distribution from a long-term perspective. It was found that it was necessary to secure product trust and to provide education, consulting and management on ethical awareness.

The article reviews the means of stimulating and motivating to labor intellectualization in diplomatic service employees. The means considered encourage them to raise the effectiveness in achieving goals. Leveling up of intellectual labor of diplomatic services employees, as well as means of motivation of employees are covered in the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service". The law defines and regulates the conditions for the performance of intellectual labor entrusted to the staff of diplomatic services, namely: defines the direct rights and responsibilities of employees of diplomatic services, protects the interests and assists citizens of Ukraine abroad, meets the needs of all pressing issues and problems for their benefit.
