  • The company was focusing on production which was partial mission rather than acquiring the information of customer in intensive process industry. The company accepted loss which is from over-production, losing of opportunity. After changing to web environment, supply chain is more complicated and need of customer is more various. As a result the company hard works on controlling production rates, production quantities in production area and gathering exact information which is about available resource and available quantities. Cooperated demand planning have to get decreasing of inventory, improving of customer service in supply chain management. Specially demand planning that considers allocation of capacity is executed in Iron-Industry. Demand planning must be classified by customer, region and supply position level.

  • Proper resource allocation is also a very important topic in power system problems, especially in operation and planning. One such is optimal maintenance problem in operation and planning. Least cost and highest reliability should be the subjects to be pursued. A probabilistic operation simulation model developed recently by authors is applied to the proboem of optimal maintenance scheduling. Three different methods are compared, marginal maintenance cost, levelized risk and maintenance space. The method by the marginal maintenance costs shows the least cost, the highest reliability and the highest maintenance outage rates. This latter characteristics may considerably influence the results of genetation planning, because the usual maintenance outages obtained from the other methods have shown to be lower.

  • Based on IT that is an important competitive resource within the company, the purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the factors of internal IT audit consulting service quality affect the customer satisfaction. In this research. we have identified five different variables that affect the customer satisfaction which are reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy and strategic partnership. Further, the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and audit consulting service Quality has been examined. This research was conducted empirically targeting business units the results could be summarized as follows. First, the study variables, reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy. and strategic partnerships have been proved to be significant effect on customer satisfaction. Next, the strategic partnership of variables was the biggest influence on the customer satisfaction.

한국어판 간호사 직무순환 스트레스 측정도구 타당도와 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of a Korean Version of Nurse Job Rotation Stress)

  • Purpose: This study was a methodological research implemented to establish basic data for controlling the job rotation stress of nurses and effectively managing human resources by reflecting the Nurse Job Rotation Stress Scale (NJRS) developed by Huang and others into the domestic nursing environment and verifying the use of measurement tools. Methods: The study selected nurses working at four hospitals, with over 300 beds, in Seoul, Gyeongi-do, and Busan, as its research subjects and verified the content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity, and internal consistency reliability of the measurement tool. Results: The results ultimately formed eight questions from three sub-factors (3 emotional response questions, 2 daily life questions, and 3 communication questions). In terms of reliability, emotional response issued a Cronbach's of .78, daily life issued a Cronbach's of .75, and communication issued a Cronbach's of .86. Conclusion: This study is expected to be used as basic data for achieving effective human resource management by calculating the stress of clinical nurses resulting from job rotation, but the researcher believes that the measurement tools must be expanded by confirming additional job rotation stress questions which reflect the organizational culture of Korea.

한국형 가족 기능 측정 도구 개발을 위한 연구 - 만성질환아 가족을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Development of the Korean Family Functioning Scale.)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the instrument to measure family functioning for Korean family with a chronic ill child, and to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. Method: The items of instrument were consisted based on researchers' previous study of concept analysis of the Korean family functioning. Twenty six item scale was developed with six domains. In order to test reliability and validity of the scale, data were collected from the 231 families, who have a child with a chronic illness. Data was collected between August and September in 2001 in a General Hospital in Seoul, Korea. Result: The results were as follows: As a result of the item analysis, 24 items were selected from the total of 26 items, excluding items with low correlation with total scale. Six factors were evolved by factor analysis. Six factors explained 61.4% of the total variance. The first factor 'Affective bonding' explained 15.4%, 2nd factor 'External relationship' 11.8%, 3rd factor 'Family norm' 10.5%, 4th factor 'Role and responsibilities' 8.3%, 5th factor ' Communication' 7.9%, and the 6th factor 'Financial resource' explained 7.3%. Cronbach's $\alpha$ coefficient of this scale was .87 and Guttman spilt- half coefficient was .84. Conclusion: The study support the reliability and validity of the scale. There were distinct differences in dimensions of family functioning scales developed in the U. S.

연동 구조 기반의 패킷 포워딩 기법에 대한 연구 (A Study on a Packet Forwarding Scheme based on Interworking Architecture)

  • 일반적으로 네트워크의 QoS는 시간, 대역폭, 안정성에 의해 결정된다. 나날이 발전하는 정보통신 기술의 발달에 비추어볼 때, 대역폭 및 안정성 측면은 사용자의 요구에 쉽게 부응할 수 있을 것으로 생각되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 시간 측면에서는 사용자들의 요구를 충분히 만족시켜주지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시간 요인 중에서 가장 큰 부분을 차지하는 처리 시간을 최소화 하여 QoS를 보장할 수 있는 연동 구조 기반의 패킷 포워딩 기법 (POSIA: Packet forwarding Scheme based on Interworking Architecture)을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 경로 및 자원 예약 메커니즘을 기반으로 경로 상에 있는 라우터가 서로 동기화를 통해 패킷을 포워딩 하도록 한다. 제안한 POSIA 기법의 평가를 위하여 OPNET을 이용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 기존의 MPLS 패킷 전송 기법보다 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 검증하였다.

유속 레이다에서의 도플러 스펙트럼 모의구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on Simulation of Doppler Spectra in a Current Velocity Radar)

  • 하천 및 강등의 유속 측정을 위한 레이다에서는 수면에서 반사 또는 산란되는 전자파로부터 도플러 주파수를 추정함으로서 이에 대응하는 유속 정보를 추출하게 된다. 그러나 수면으로부터 수신되는 전자파 신호들의 도플러 스펙트럼은 측정 환경 및 기상 상태에 따라 매우 다른 형태를 나타낼 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 다양한 도플러 스펙트럼들의 존재로 인하여 레이다 센서에서의 유속정보 추출 알고리즘의 정확도 및 신뢰성에 심각한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수면으로부터 수신되는 매우 다양한 도플러 신호 스펙트럼을 적절하게 모의 구현할 수 있는 도플러 스펙트럼 모델을 제안하였다.

Effects of Organizational and Interpersonal Relations on Job Satisfaction of Social Workers

  • Purpose - In this study, the importance of interpersonal relations in the workplace as well as its correlation to satisfaction of social workers were investigated. In addition, effects of organizational culture as well as its implications for human resource management in social welfare workers were outlined. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire was conducted on job satisfaction measured by the Minnesota Job Satisfaction (MSQ) questionnaire. For reliability, the questionnaire was distributed and collected by the self - filling method. From the collected data, reliability analysis, validity analysis (exploratory factor analysis) and multiple regression analysis were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the measurement variables and validity analysis was conducted to see if the questionnaires had the same concept as well as SPSS 19.0. Results - The results showed that group culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Developmental culture had no effect on the job satisfaction levels. Conclusions - It is important to maintain the hierarchy in order to improve the efficiency of social welfare organizations, but social welfare organizations must accept external opinions and actively listen to the opinions of the employees in the organization.

시간가동률 척도에 의한 Lean OEE의 연계지표 개발 및 적용 (Development and Implementation of Chain Metrics for Obtaining Lean Overall Equipment Effectiveness Using Availability Measures)

  • This paper aims to develop a new chain metrics for obtaining lean Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) and present implementation strategy which considers the properties for Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) to reduce machine losses, Performance Analysis and Control(PAC) to reduce labor losses, Lean Production System(LPS) to reduce floor wastes, and Theory of Constraints(TOC) to minimize the problem of Capacity Constrained Resource(CCR). The study reviews the related literatures and reformulates the structure of machine losses, labor losses and field wastes. The research also develops the integrated productivity metrics according to time, units, reliability and maintainability. It is found that the study develops the actual productivity measure in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and standard productivity. In addition to that, it outlines and develops by using the integrated LPS and TPM, lean OEE measures such as Time Based Productivity(TBP), Unit Based Productivity(UBP), and Reliability & Maintainability Based Availability(RMBA). Implication examples are proposed to make it easier and available for practioners to understand the implementation strategies about TPM OEE, lean OEE and TOC OEE. Futhermore related to other studies, the research contributes to create a new chain productivity measures to clear the interrelationship concepts of productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover the paper develops the enhanced OEE measures by integration of TPM, PAC, LPS and TOC with the perspective of schedule, throughput, reliability, maintainability and availability.

자유경쟁 시장 내에서 용담다목적댐 발전소의 최적 계약가능 공급량 평가 (Estimation of Optimal Hydro-Power Supply Amount of Yongdam Multipurpose Dam for the Contract on the Free-Competition Market)

  • 요즘 다목적댐의 수력발전을 일으킬 수 있는 수자원은 용수공급이 증가함에 따라서 점점 감소하고 있는 형편이다. 한편 국내 수력 발전량의 거래가 다자간의 시장경제 체제로 형성될 경우, 수력에너지 생산자는 최적 공급량과 공급의 수문학적 신뢰도 수준을 제시해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 금강 수계 내 위치한 용담다목적댐의 수력 발전소에서 공급가능한 발전량과 공급 신뢰도를 평가하기 위하여 저수지 조작 기법으로 선형계획법을 적용하였고 1차원 조사법을 이용하여 유입량의 신뢰도와 수력 발전 공급량의 최적치를 결정하였고 그 주요 결과를 제시하였다.
