The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

The massive card transaction data generated in the tourism industry has become an important resource that implies tourist consumption behaviors and patterns. Based on the transaction data, developing a smart service system becomes one of major goals in both tourism businesses and knowledge management system developer communities. However, the lack of rating scores, which is the basis of traditional recommendation techniques, makes it hard for system designers to evaluate a learning process. In addition, other auxiliary factors such as temporal, spatial, and demographic information are needed to increase the performance of a recommendation system; but, gathering those are not easy in the card transaction context. In this paper, we introduce CTDDTR, a novel approach using card transaction data to recommend tourism services. It consists of two main components: i) Temporal preference Embedding (TE) represents tourist groups and services into vectors through Doc2Vec. And ii) Deep tourism Recommendation (DR) integrates the vectors and the auxiliary factors from a tourism RDF (resource description framework) through MLP (multi-layer perceptron) to provide services to tourist groups. In addition, we adopt RFM analysis from the field of knowledge management to generate explicit feedback (i.e., rating scores) used in the DR part. To evaluate CTDDTR, the card transactions data that happened over eight years on Jeju island is used. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is more positive in effectiveness and efficacies.

Recently, the semantic web stands out in the next generation web. To realize the semantic web, the metadata integration is required between different metadatas on the web for metadata management. Otherwise, the integrated structure is needed to accommodate all of semantic, syntax and structure. RDF is one of the core technology and is more efficient framework for technology and interchange of metadata in the web, In this paper, for metadata management, we designed and implemented the RDF authoring system which converts each of metadata into RDF and makes it easy to manipulate and manage the different metadatas. For this, we researched about the RDF creation using Dublin Core metadata, the conversion of XML document into RDF, the RDF expression by N-Triple form and the integration of WSDL and RDF, and implemented the system on the lava platform. Basically, users using this system can integrate and manage metadatas easily even if they are not expert.

본 논문의 목적은 PC 용으로 구축되어 있는 웹 컨텐츠를 PDA나 휴대폰과 같은 다양한 멀티플랫폼 단말기에도 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 기존의 대부분 방식은 모든 단말기에 서비스 할 수 없으므로 단말기용으로 모바일 컨텐츠를 미리 생성해 놓고 그 제한된 단말기에만 서비스하였다. 이때 가장 큰 문제점은 하나의 PC 웹 컨텐츠를 이용하여 다양한 하드웨어 특성을 가지는 모바일 단말기 마다 재생 가능한 모바일 컨텐츠를 모두 생성하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 멀티미디어 프레임워크를 이용하여 유선 웹 컨텐츠를 다양한 멀티 플랫폼 단말기에 실시간으로 맞추어 서비스하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 다양한 단말기별로 모바일 컨텐츠를 생성하는 것이 아니라 모바일 컨텐츠의 구성 및 표현방법을 MEPG-21 의 DIDL 을 이용하여 중간언어로써 기술한다. 그리고 멀티미디어 데이터 부분(Resource)만 Off-line으로 미리 변환한다. 이동단말기 접속 시 멀티미디어 서술(Description)부분을 실시간으로 변환하고 그 단말기가 사용 가능한 변환된 리소스를 통하여 단말기에 적합한 모바일 컨텐츠를 실시간으로 생성하여 서비스한다. 본 논문은 추가적으로 모바일 웹 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 응답시간 지연 현상을 최소화 하기 위하여 선 서비스 후 변환 방법을 제안한다.

웹 기반의 워크플로우 시스템은 기업간 전자상거래에 필수적인 요소로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 상이한 벤더들에 의해 제작된 워크플로우 엔진들은 상호운영성이 보장되지 않기 때문에 전자상거래의 제기능을 발휘하지 못한다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력으로 WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition)에서는 워크플로우 시스템간의 상호운영성을 위한 기본 명세를 제공하고 있으나, 인터넷상에서의 구체적인 활용방안은 제시되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 시스템 사이의 데이타 교환을 위한 프레임워크(WDEF : Workflow Data Exchange Framwork)를 제시한다. WDEF는 데이타 레지스트리를 중심으로 하여 워크플로우간 상호운영성을 제공하기 위한 메타데이타를 기술하고, 네트워크 상의 자원을 기술하기 위한 기반 기술인 RDF(Resource Description Framework)를 이용하여 워크플로우간의 메시지를 구성한다. 데이타 레지스트리를 이용함으로써, WDEF는 WfMC에서 정의하는 워크플로우 상호운영성을 위한 요구조건들을 모두 수용하면서 보다 확장성 있고 유연한 구조를 가지며, RDF에 기반한 자동적인 XML 인코딩을 통해 전자 상거래에 이용되는 다른 XML문서와도 완벽한 호환성을 가진다.

정보 인프라의 확장과 더불어 웹 이용의 보편화로 인해 오프라인(off-line)과 온라인(on-line)상에는 많은 데이터가 산출되고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 데이터 관리를 위한 메타데이타 표준이 특정 도메인(domain)에 제한적이거나 너무 광범위하게 정의되어 있기 때문에 효율적인 데이터 관리가 되지 못하고있다. 또한 생성한 메타데이타에 대한 유효성 검증이 되지 않으므로 정확한 메타데이타인지를 보장할 수 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 메타데이타에 대한 유효성 검증을 수행하고, RDF(Resource Description Framework)를 기반으로 메타데이타를 효율적으로 저작할 수 있는 저작 툴과 웹 자원(resource)를 N-triple로 표현하여 데이터를 관리할 수 있는 N-triple 생성기를 개발하였다.

웹의 이용이 보편화되면서 웹 상의 자원(Resource) 또한 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 웹 자원을 효율적으로 기술할 수 있는 RDF(Resource Description Framework)는 웹 자원을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 지평을 열어주었다. 그러나 현재 RDF문서의 저작환경은 저차원적인 텍스트 편집 수준으로 파싱(parsing)과 유효성 검사(validation checking)를 지원하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 저작환경을 개선함과 동시에 RDF 및 XML 문서에 대한 파싱 및 유효성 검사를 효율적으로 수행하고, RDF로 기술된 웹 자원을 n-triple 형식으로 생성할 수 있는 RDF 저작 툴을 설계 및 구현하여 유효성이 보장된 웹 자원을 효율적으로 생성 및 처리할 수 있도록 하였다.

In this paper, we propose a visual accessibility technique in an MPEG-21 framework. In particular, MPEG-21 visual accessibility for the colored-visual resource of a digital item is proposed to give better accessibility of color information to people with color vision deficiency (CVD). We propose an adaptation system for CVD as well as a description of CVD in MPEG-21. To verify the usefulness of the proposed method, computer simulations with CVD and color adaptation were performed. Furthermore, a statistical experiment was performed using volunteers with CVD in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed visual accessibility technique in MPEG-21. Both the experimental and simulation results show that the proposed adaptations technique can provide better color information, particularly to people with CVD.

A current trend in telecommunication is the convergence of wireless communication and computer network technologies, and the emergence of wireless application protocol(WAP) devices is an example. Computer system managers are often requested to solve urgent system problems. Many times, they cannot access a computer to perform remote system management tasks. Aiming at solving this problem, this paper presents a novel tool for system management that uses a WAP interface, and focuses on the description of the architecture and the associated application modules.

Since a large amount of multimedia image has dramatically increased, it is important to search semantically relevant image. Thus, several semantic image annotation methods using RDF(Resource Description Framework) model in mobile environment are introduced. Earlier studies on annotating image semantically focused on both the image tag and the context-aware information such as temporal and spatial data. However, in order to fully express their semantics of image, we need more annotations which are described in RDF model. In this paper, we propose an annotation method inferencing with RDFS entailment rules and user defined rules. Our approach implemented in Moment system shows that it can more fully represent the semantics of image with more annotation triples.
