나노 수산화알루미나를 이용한 건설소재의 내화성능 개선연구 (A Study on Performance of Building Material using nano-hydrated Aluminum for Fire-Resistance)

  • An increasing interest in fire safety engineering can currently be identified in Korea and overseas. The fire-resistant characteristics of spray coating material for fire protection with or without nano $Al(OH)_3$ colloid has been experimentally investigated and the results are presented in this paper. The fire-resistance characteristics of spray coating material with nano $Al(OH)_3$ were superior to those without $Al(OH)_3$. Especially, spray coating material with nano material showed that thermal characteristic in the early days was remarkably excellent.

  • Performance has been developed in terms of structural strength. Especially, in a structural steels, it is regarded as a common design process that an yield stress of thicker plate than 40mm uses that of below 40mm in thickness. This can be done using TMCP(Thermo mechanical control process). In this study, the structural stabilities such as deflection, maximum load carrying capacity would be calculated in high temperatures.

  • As technologies evolve, building large concrete structures ever built, but due to lack of maintenance after completion of concrete corrosion, leaks, and preparedness from the problem that is an urgent need. In particular, water-resistant variety of concrete structures. How the concept applies to the most important public drinking water purification and drinking water that is draining the production and storage, and distribution as the structure cause damage to the structure when the contaminated water is supplied to each home that can harm the health of citizens is the cause. Therefore, the correct choice of materials, and thorough a lot of investment in construction and maintenance should have. In this study, unlike conventional water-proof materials, methods, and in other reactions easily than conventional poly-urea resins have good physical performance and chemical resistance, high performance polyurea resin performance review of the physical infrastructure of the country for the longevity of would like to make long-term durability.

  • In this study, to verify the structural performance of the Composite Joint System (CJS) hybrid structural model, a cyclic load test was performed and evaluated and verified through the test. To verify the structural performance of the CJS hybrid structural systems' joint and evaluate the seismic performance, four three-dimensional real-size specimens were developed with three internal beam-column specimens and one external beam-column specimen. The three interior column specimens were classified by different methods of joining the upper column and lower column, and the same bonding method as the primary specimen was used for the exterior column. The structural performances in terms of drift, strength, and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed and compared based on the experimental results. From the displacement-based loading experiment, all specimens showed a lateral drift of 4.0% without any significant strength drop and stable energy dissipation capacity.

동일 내화뿜칠 피복조건에서 표준화재에 노출된 합성보의 강재 온도이력 및 단면형상계수와의 관계 (A Study on Relations between Shape Factor and Temperature History of Steel of Composit Beam in Standard Fire under Same Thickness Condition of Spray-type Fire Resistant Materials)

  • 콘크리트-강재 합성보가 고온에 노출된 경우 콘크리트는 강재를 피복하여 온도상승을 지연시키거나 보 내부의 수열용량을 높이는 역할을 한다. 한편 재료 간 일체화로 부재의 강도가 보완되기 때문에 일반적으로 단순 강재 보 보다 합성보의 내화성능이 유리하게 나타난다. 합성보에서 외부에 노출된 강재의 온도상승은 부재 단면의 형상 및 강재의 노출정도와 직접 관련하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 합성보와 일반철골보에 내화인정을 받은 내화뿜칠재를 동일 두께로 피복하여 표준화재조건의 내화실험을 실시하고, 그 결과로 나타난 강재의 온도이력과 단면형상계수와의 관계를 비교 분석하였다. 강재 온도 측정결과와 부재별 단면형상계수의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 상관성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 부재의 내화성능에 영향을 미치는 명확한 조건에 의해 비교우위의 성능예측이 가능한 경우 부재별 개별 인정 없이 표준구조 인정을 통한 보편적인 사용이 가능할 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • 최근 CFT(Concrete Filled Steel Tube) 부재는 뛰어난 구조성능으로 인하여 그 사용범위가 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 축력과 반복수평력을 받는 콘크리트 충전 내진 각형강관 기둥의 연성을 평가하는 실험을 수행하였다. 내진 각형강관은 SN400B 후판재를 냉간 프레스 성형하여 2개의 ㄷ자로 절곡한 후 기둥 폭의 중앙에서 2-seam 용접하는 방식으로 제작하였다. 강관의 폭두께비, 축력비, 가력방법을 변수로 총 8개의 실험체를 제작하여 실험을 수행하였고, 축하중과 반복수평력을 가력하기 위하여 2대의 액츄에이터가 사용되었다. 실험결과를 통해 기둥의 휨내력, 변형능력 및 에너지소산능력을 평가하였으며, 반복수평력에 대한 기둥의 연성거동 또한 평가되었다.

Identification of Cisplatin-Resistance Associated Genes through Proteomic Analysis of Human Ovarian Cancer Cells and a Cisplatin-resistant Subline

  • Chemoresistance to cancer therapy is a major obstacle to the effective treatment of human cancers with cisplatin (DDP), but the mechanisms of cisplatin-resistance are not clear. In this study, we established a cisplatin-resistant human ovarian cancer cell line (COC1/DDP) and identified differentially expressed proteins related to cisplatin resistance. The proteomic expression profiles in COC1 before and after DDP treatment were examined using 2-dimensional electrophoresis technology. Differentially expressed proteins were identified using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem MS (NanoUPLC-ESI-MS/MS). 5 protein spots, for cytokeratin 9, keratin 1, deoxyuridine triphosphatase (dUTPase), aarF domain containing kinase 4 (ADCK 4) and cofilin1, were identified to be significantly changed in COC1/DDP compared with its parental cells. The expression of these five proteins was further validated by quantitative PCR and Western blotting, confirming the results of proteomic analysis. Further research on these proteins may help to identify novel resistant biomarkers or reveal the mechanism of cisplatin-resistance in human ovarian cancers.
