혁신저항, 만족 및 도입 성과에 대한 연구: 로보틱 프로세스 자동화 사례 (Innovation Resistance, Satisfaction and Performance: Case of Robotic Process Automation)

  • 많은 조직들은 직원들의 반복적이고 규칙적인 작업들의 자동화로 업무의 정확도와 효율성을 개선하기 위해 로보틱프로세스자동화(RPA)를 도입하고 있다. 일부 직원들은 귀찮고 무의미한 업무를 피하기 위해 RPA 도입에 적극적으로 참여하지만, 일부는 실직을 두려워하여 혁신에 저항하는 모습을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구는 RPA 도입시 긍정적, 부정적 선행 요인들이 조직 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 상정되었다. 상대적 이점, 적합성, 변화관리효과, 혁신저항, 만족도가 최종적으로 도입 성과에 미치는 효과를 한 제조사의 11개 RPA 프로젝트에 참여한 109명 직원 대상 설문과 구조 방정식 모형 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 개인별 구체적인 변화관리 전략을 위해, 혁신저항 모형의 소비자 특성을 고려한 연구가 후속으로 진행될 수 있을 것이다.

다중준위 상변환 메모리를 위한 Ge2Sb2Te5/Ti/W-Ge8Sb2Te11 구조의 전기적 특성 연구 (A Study on the Electrical Characteristics of Ge2Sb2Te5/Ti/W-Ge8Sb2Te11 Structure for Multi-Level Phase Change Memory)

  • In this paper, we investigated current (I)- and voltage (V)-sweeping properties in a double-stack structure, Ge2Sb2Te5/Ti/W-doped Ge8Sb2Te11, a candidate medium for applications to multilevel phase-change memory. 200-nm-thick and W-doped Ge2Sb2Te5 and W-doped Ge8Sb2Te11 films were deposited on p-type Si(100) substrate using magnetron sputtering system, and the sheet resistance was measured using 4 point-probe method. The sheet resistance of amorphous-phase W-doped Ge8Sb2Te11 film was about 1 order larger than that of Ge2Sb2Te5 film. The I- and V-sweeping properties were measured using sourcemeter, pulse generator, and digital multimeter. The speed of amorphous-to-multilevel crystallization was evaluated from a graph of resistance vs. pulse duration (t) at a fixed applied voltage (12 V). All the double-stack cells exhibited a two-step phase change process with the multilevel memory states of high-middle-low resistance (HR-MR-LR). In particular, the stable MR state is required to guarantee the reliability of the multilevel phase-change memory. For the Ge2Sb2Te5 (150 nm)/Ti (20 nm)/W-Ge8Sb2Te11 (50 nm), the phase transformations of HR→MR and MR→LR were observed at t<30ns and t<65ns, respectively. We believe that a high speed and stable multilevel phase-change memory can be optimized by the double-stack structure of proper Ge-Sb-Te films separated by a barrier metal (Ti).

  • Development of antiviral resistance to lamivudine is the most important factor for the treatment failure. It is necessary to establish proper guidelines to overcome drug resistance for children with chronic hepatitis B. Primary treatment with lamivudine should be considered if patients are in immune-clearance phase and have persistently elevated ALT levels more than twice the upper limit of normal value. Before initiating the therapy, careful consideration of the patient's status is required to exclude abnormal liver function tests due to other causes. The treatment option should be carefully decided to suppress the viral replication effectively. To obtain good compliance, clinicians should educate patients and their parents. Appropriate monitoring for virologic breakthrough and genotypic resistance is important in deciding to change the treatment plan. Sequential monotherapy should be avoided and a combination of drugs in other categories is recommended. New antiviral agents, such as entecavir and tenofovir, which have high potency and high genetic barrier, are soon expected to be available for use with children.

Study on the characteristic of high precision thin film resistor

  • The characteristic of thin film resistor with low TCR( temperature coefficient of resistance ) and high precision are studied. The thin film resistor for 1/4W was fabricated and characteristic of these resistors was investigated. The fabricated device had the thickness of $2.48{\leqq}$ and the resistivity of $0.27{\omega}mm$. The electrical characteristic was evaluated by HP 4339B and 4284A instruments with HP l6339A. The profile of trimmed structure was also measured by non contact interferometer. The change of resistance and TCR increased with increasing roughness and resistance. To reduce the effect of stress annealing treatment was performed in the range of 563 to 623 K after trimming. The characteristic was improved after annealing. It is expected the fabricated device can be useful for high precision and low TCR. Fabricated thin film resistor has average deviation of resistance less than $0.35{\%}$ and TCR within 60.60ppm/K.

  • Latex modified concrete is governed by both cement hydration and polymer film formation processes in its binder phase. Such the reactions are expected to improve the polymer-cement co-matrixes themselves and the bond between the cement hydrates and aggregates, and to improve the properties of hardened latex-modified concrete. The purpose of this study was to study the strength and chemical resistance of Rapid-setting latex modified concrete(RSLMC) with the main experimental variables such as latex content(0, 5, 10, 15, 20%) and water-cement ratio(36, 38, 40%) at latex content 15%. Water absorption test was earned out to estimate water permeability resistance. Chemical resistance test was carried out to measure the weight change and to observe the appearance of RSLMC immersion in hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and calcium choloride.

  • This paper consists of the speed sensorless vector control of induction motors with the estimation of rotor resistance. In the application of variable-speed induction motor drives, if an inaccurate rotor resistance is used because the rotor resistance can change due to skin effects and temperature variables, it is difficult to achieve a collect field orientation. In this paper, to overcome these difficulties adaptive algorithm is designed for rotor resistance identification. The proposed adaptive algorithm for rotor resistance estimation in the synchronous reference frame is applied by sliding mode current controller satisfing persistent excitation(PE) condition. Adaptive flux observer is here used for the purpose of estimating rotor flux and speed in the speed sensorless scheme. Computer simulations are carried out to verify the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • In the Ultimate Strength Design, the design strength of a member is determined by multiplying the strength reduction factor to the nominal strength. This concept may be a reasonable approach, however it can not consider failure modes appropriately. Moreover, column design strength diagram show an abrupt change at a low level of axial load, which does not seem to be reasonable. This research compares the design strength determined by the strength resistance factors. As the material resistance factors for flexure and compression, 0.65 and 0.90 are proposed for concrete and steel, respectively. The design strength calculation process by applying material resistance factors addresses failure modes more effectively than by applying member strength reduction factor, and provides more resnable design strength for reinforced concrete flexural and compression members.

  • This paper presents a new method for estimating rotor resistance of induction motor. The rotor resistance changes dramatically with temperature and frequency. Speed is controlled by PID as it is simplest and most intuitive control method. The change in rotor resistance has a great influence on the performance of IM. In this paper rotor resistance is estimated using Non Linear Disturbance Observer. The model uncertainty and system non linearity are treated as disturbance in this method. Using NDO it does not require an accurate dynamic model to achieve high precision motor control. Controller with NDO has more superior tracking performance. Simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed controller.

A Novel Method for the Identification of the Rotor Resistance and Mutual Inductance of Induction Motors Based on MRAC and RLS Estimation

  • In the rotor-flux oriented control used in induction motors, the electrical parameters of the motors should be identified. Among these parameters, the mutual inductance and rotor resistance should be accurately tuned for better operations. However, they are more difficult to identify than the stator resistance and stator transient inductance. The rotor resistance and mutual inductance can change in operations due to flux saturation and heat generation. When detuning of these parameters occurs, the performance of the control is degenerated. In this paper, a novel method for the concurrent identification of the two parameters is proposed based on recursive least square estimation and model reference adaptive control.
