고령화 사회에 대응하는 노인의료주거단지의 유니버설디자인 계획특성 연구 (Research of policy direction of aging society's elderly residential centralized towards medical service)

  • Purpose : An aging phenomenon was recognized as only negative aspect, which impediment a development with the decrease of a developing population and increase of social burden. Nevertheless, the problem of aging cannot be treated as a problem of individuals or social burden. Because Every mankind sometime will be the person directly involved the aging. Methods : Korea, predict to reach the aging society with over 20 percent of elderly in the whole population in 2020, should find an active political plan for responding. Because a previous discussion about the aging phenomenon focused on social welfare, the housing plan for the elderly with a consideration of the physical environment for sustaining elderly's life with happiness will be primary task. Results : This research considers housing policy, focusing on the medical service. It is because statistics, which 85 percent of elderly people suffer from chronic diseases because of physical aging signify the importance of medical service to the elderly in every-day-life. Implications : We prescribe the elderly as a population over 65. In this duration, the elderly retirees from the workplace e and spend the majority of time in their home. Thus, for the elderly, the residential space is a field of action and passageway connecting with the surroundings For the solution of physical space preparing the aging phenomenon, the combination of residential and medical function creates a new type of a lifestyle.

농촌마을 노인주거공간 환경계획요소 선정 및 적용에 관한 연구 (Derivation and Application of Planning Factors of Residential Environment for the Elderly in Korean Rural Village)

  • This study aimed at derivation of planning factors and applicable planning factors of residential environment for the elderly in Korean rural village in the more detailed level. Literature review, questionnaire and depth interview with the elderly of case rural villages keeping face with investigation of residential environment was carried out for the derivation of planning factors. Study of related legal factors and interviewing with experts for advice was conducted also for the verification and complement of planning factors. The goal of this study was improvement of residential environment for the elderly or existing rural village not the new one and planning factors was intended to include all the considerable elements. Planing factors was classified two groups which were factors of village outdoor and the inside and outside of a house. The former was also divided into spacial factors and facilities factors and the latter was divided into inside factors and outside factors. The results may contribute to improving residential environment for rural elderly with relation of health and medical service.

釜山市 小規模工業의 立地와 意思決定에 關한 硏究 (A Study on the Locational Factors of Small Industry in Pusan, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 都市內 小規模 工業의 立地決定要因을 규명하기 위한 行態的 硏究의 일환으로, 부산시의 소규모 工業經營者들이 都市內部에 공장임지를 결정함에 있어서 실제로 고려하눈 立地要因이 무엇이며, 또한 그 요인은 기업특성, 경영자특성, 입지장소의 용도지역상 성격에 따라 차이가 있는가를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시내 소규모 공업경영자들을 대상으로 설문지에 의한 면접조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 소규모 공업의 입지결정에 영향을 미치는 요인이 기업의 특성은 물론 경영자 및 용도지역의 특성에 따라 많은 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 도시내부의 비공업지역에 소규모 공장이 입지함에 있어서 토지를 비롯한 경제적 요인과 더불어 비경제적 요인이 상당한 영향을 미치고 있음은 입지정책에 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다.

Examining the Residential Patterns of Urban Immigrants in Seoul Metropolitan Area

  • This paper measures and maps multi-dimensional residential segregation of immigrants in Seoul metropolitan area at city/county/district level as well as town level, thereby adding to our understanding of the urban structure and its spatial distribution impacted by immigration. The perspective offered here focuses on the segregation spurred by transnational migrants and their urban settlement. By drawing population data for 79 city/county/district administrative units from the Korea Immigration Service, residential segregation of immigrants in Seoul metropolitan area is measured based on Massey & Denton's four segregation indices: evenness, exposure, concentration and clustering. The empirical findings suggest that Seoul metropolitan area is highly segregated and the areas showing hyper-segregation appear in Seoul city and Gyeonggi province. As immigrants are foreseen to continue to increase in the future, this research contributes both empirically and theoretically to preliminary research on spatial segregation of immigrants by showing how ethnic places are segregated spatially through ethnic networks that support the geographic concentration of minority groups.

光州市 하이텔(HiTEL) 서비스의 擴散 및 利用行態 (Diffusion of the Information Telecommunication Service in Kwangju)

  • 본 연구는 정보통신기술의 발달에 의해 정보통신 서비스로 지칭되는 대표적인 기술혁신 중의 하나인 "하이텔 서비스"를 연구대상으로 하였다. 여기서는 광주시의 하이텔 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 하이텔 단말기의 확산과정에 나타난 공간적 특징과 서비스의 이용행태에 나타난 특징을 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 광주시 하이텔 단말기의 확산은 매우 제한적으로 이루어졌고 이용률 또한 매우 저조한 것으로 나타났으며, 이 밖에는 하이텔 서비스 확산을 위한 몇가지의 정책적 자료가 제시되었다.

  • 흠 네트워킹에 대한 관심이 높아지며 이를 실현하는데 필요한 Residential Home Gateway를 구현하기 위해 2000년 5월 OSGi에서 Open Service Gateway Specification을 발표했다. 본 논문에서는 이에 따른 Home Automation Controller를 구현하기 위한 방법을 논하고 있다. 먼저 Home Automation Controller의 개념에 대해서 알아보고 OSGi의 배경과 Open Service Gateway Specification의 내용을 살펴본다. 그리고 specification에 따른 Home Automation Controller용 개방형 서비스 게이트웨이를 구현하는 방법에 대해 고찰해 본다.

  • Mankind has been attempting to live a happy and safe family life in a residential space. Due to the advent of the mobile phone in the 1990s and the smart phone in the 2000s, when the information and communication age came, human life has been innovatively changed. The revolution of human civilization led to the Neolithic Revolution and the Iron Age, followed by a smart phone revolutionizing human life, and the revolution faces with the era of info-communication, smart phones became a daily life and the fourth industrial revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is an era of info-communication technology (ICT), creating a new paradigm across human life through technological developments such as artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, big data, mobile, and cloud. The smart home is actively researched in a direction to support the overall human life as a representative future residential culture paradigm. However, the study considering the needs according to the lifestyle, functional characteristics of each living space and human lifestyle of the Phono Sapiens era where smart phones live like daily life was relatively insufficient. In addition, research on smart home service design should be considered from the apartment residential space planning stage. Therefore, this study has significance in suggesting the direction of research on human-centered smart home service design considering the characteristics of each living space and resident's life-style in the smart phone era.

비주거용 부동산과 아파트의 과세형평성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Taxation Equity between Non-Residential Real Estate and Apartment Houses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서울시 소재 비주거용집합부동산의 국세청 기준시가와 행정안전부 시가표준액의 과세형평성과 공동주택(아파트)과의 과세형평성 상호비교에 있다. 연구결과는 첫째, 비주거용집합부동산 시가표준액의 구청별 과표 현실화율(AR)의 격차가 크게 나타났다, 둘째, 비주거용집합부동산 시가표준액의 분산계수(COD)가 크게 나타나 수평적 불형평성이 있음이 확인되었다. 셋째, 비주거용집합부동산 시가표준액이 고가자산이 저평가되는 역진적 수직적 불형평성이 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 비주거용집합부동산의 시가표준액의 평가 시 시가의 반영 및 토지와 건물을 합산 평가하여 과세형평성을 이루는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구를 통하여 비주거용부동산 실거래기반 공시제도로의 전환 시 제도개선에 기여를 할 것으로 본다.
