The purpose of this study is to estimate the perception of elderly residents on the residential environment improving projects and suggest the political implications. The survey include questionnaires about the importance and the satisfaction level on the project maintenance factors. The results were statistically analyzed by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). As the result of the study, firstly, it shows that 'the possible overkill area' on the IPA action grid includes none of factors except 'landscape' which is very similar to mean of performance score. the result of analysis means that the project is very efficient. Secondly, the policy is necessary to improve 'pedestrian passage', 'public open space' and 'transportation environment'. Considering elderly residents especially 'pedestrian passage' and 'public open space' are in need of improvement immediately. In detail 'traffic facility', building 'urban park' and 'pedestrian passage', 'paving of pedestrian passage', 'children's playground' are in need of improvement as well. The results of analysis on elderly and non-elderly residents of Yonnam project may be important foundation for future strategies for improvement.

본 연구는 노인이 거주하는 지역의 주거환경만족도가 노년기 우울 증상에 미치는 영향을 신체활동을 중심으로 분석하고, 노인을 둘러싼 환경이 우울에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 활용하여 본인이 직접 설문에 응답하고, 주요 변수에 결측치가 없는 10,059명을 대상으로 주거환경만족도와 우울의 관련성에 대한 신체활동의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 Baron & Kenny 접근법을 적용하여, 세 단계의 로지스틱 회귀분석과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 주거환경만족도가 높아질수록 우울 증상을 경험할 확률이 감소하였다. 둘째, 주거환경만족도가 높아질수록 노인들이 집 밖에서 신체활동에 참여할 확률이 증가하였다. 셋째, 주거환경만족도와 우울 간의 관계를 신체활동이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 주거환경에 대한 만족도가 증가할수록 노인들의 신체활동 참여가 증가하고, 이에 따라 노인의 우울 수준이 감소하는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 주거환경에 대한 주관적 만족도와 신체활동이 노년기 정신건강에 중요한 영향요인임을 설명하고, 정신건강증진을 위한 개입 전략과 Aging In Place를 실행하기 위한 실천적 관점을 제시하였다.

This is a study to grasp the correlation between high school students' social persenality and residential environment. THe samples were 197 boys and 200 girls who were attending the high schools located in Pusan. Social personality which contains family relations and social relations was measured by the standardized test of K.T.C. The path-analysis was used to make the causal relations of the collected data clear. RESULTS : 1. Feeling on the residential environment underwent the most potent influence by the floor space per person and social personality by feeling on the residential environment. 2. For the boy-students, the family relations andsocial relations was affected by the case of renthouse, the family relations by the case of noisy residence, and the social relations by the case of no-private room. 3. For the girl-students, the cases of higher stories and having private room made the family relations unharmonious, the cases of narrow floor space per person and the single house made the social relations troublesome, too.

Currently, the environmental improvement project in residential building in Korea is focused on financing. To solve the variety of problems in urban residential areas, the plan need to apply more elements to improve sustainability. Thus, this study aims to find the main strategies to amend sustainability of the environmental improvement project in residential building. To do this, firstly I reviewed previous studies of sustainablity. Secondly I surveyed the planning elements of the three cases in Boksu-Dong District2, Daeseong-Dong District2, and Samsung-Dong District1 in Daejeon. Lastly I used the AHP analysis method and the 5-point Likert-type questionnaire of judged the importance among the plan elements with experts on urban regeneration of which is found through the previous literature review. In conclusion, this study shows the problems of the Residential Environment Improvement Project. Also, I found out the priority of the main planning elements to improve the problems. By contrasting the relative importance among the plan elements with the case study, the result of this study implies the directions of strategies which include the plan elements for responding climate change, residents' participation, and financial support program and system to improve the status of the environmental improvement project in residential building.

This study is lately stand on the basis of the importance for global warming and environment and accept changes of the paradigm of the 21st century. also it is to start architecturial access that suggest to solutions about environment, energy and health problems in high-rise residential architecture that lately the importance for global warming and environment. Spacially since 1990, high-rise residential architecture has developed into increase rapidly, and nowdays, this has become one of the new residence type. but this have diverse problems. For this reason, this building faced neccessary to improve living space and obtain to eco-friendiness and sustainability. Therefore, this study is focused to environment-friendly architectural certification in Korea and other countries, aims to suggest planning and technical elements from this system. Through 11 cases of high-rise residential architecture certified sustainable certification system, this study drew out tendency and charateristics of main strategy elements. These analysis will express informations of current level and also suggest to direction for improvement in quality of high-rise residence.

This paper is to clarify a cognitive structure of green environment in the traditional urban residential areas. The following is the result of analysis; 1) According to the survey of created actual condition of the green environment, the main space was consisted of court(74%). The percentage of preference locations for green environment at the court and the alley are 71, 60 respectively. The main reason to creat green environment resulted admiration and enjoyment. 2) The degree of $\ulcorner$agreeableness$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$nobleness$\lrcorner$ of the house were increased by creating green environment in a house, and the degree of $\ulcorner$neighborhood$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$familarity$\lrcorner$ were increased by creating green environment out side of house. 3) According to the analysis of a correlation between the degree of satisfaction and the image, $\ulcorner$agreeableness$\lrcorner$ has an interrelation with all factors of image. Therefore, the creating of $\ulcorner$agreeableness$\lrcorner$ is a main problem for raising the whole image of the residential areas.

본 연구에서는 부산시의 대표적인 주거지역이면서 워터프런트지역을 포함하고 발전해 온 수영구와 해운대구를 중심으로 지가와 주거환경요소의 상관성 및 주거환경요소가 지가에 미치는 영향을 고찰해 보고자 했다. 이를 위해 지가를 종속변수로 하고 주거환경요소를 설명변수로 하여 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 지가와 각 변수간의 상관성을 보면 모든 대상지역에서 토지이용과 간선도로와의 거리, 지하철역까지의 거리가 공통적으로 지가와 상관성이 높은 변수로 밝혀졌고, 회귀분석을 통해 각 변수별 설명력을 알아본 후 지가에 대한 변수의 설명력이 높은 순으로 누적 설명력을 살펴본 결과 7개의 변수로 수영구는 67%, 해운대구는 50.5%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 드러났다. 또한 본 연구에서 특히 관심을 가지고 설정해 본 해안까지의 거리변수는 지가와 상관분석 결과 모든 대상지역에서 그다지 상관성이 높지 않았으며, 회귀분석 결과에서도 각 지역별로 6.4%~7.6%의 설명력을 갖는 것으로 밝혀져 지가를 설명하는 변수로서 중요도도 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

The residential street is an area in which the residential function clearly predominates over any provisions for traffic. Therefore schoud it serve as a living space for the inhabitants. But in reccent times have motorists become lord and master through development and use according to the measure of automobile. As a result is being falling-off in the quality of residential environment particularly serious. This study have illustrated specially the environmental pollution (air pollution, micro climate. water balance and soil pollution) which the analysis of research data in foreign countrys. With that have this study proposed on the measures of the environmental friendly construction in residental street.

After the concept of apartments was introduced in 1960s in Korea, on account of the development of architectural technology and science, high-rise residences in Korea are getting higher, and these residences have been becoming high-rise commercial/residential buildings since 1990. Nowadays, as the construction of high-rise commercial residential building complex is booming, the difference between these complex and high-rise apartments is getting smaller, and these two kind of high-rise residences are becoming new residential style in Korea. And these high-rise residences are considered the symbol of wealth owing to the marketing strategy emphasizing high quality, refined interior, a fair view, and the protection of privacy. However, high-rise residences bring about many problems related to health and psychology caused by the consumption of a large amount of energy, pollutant emission, the deterioration of the quality of indoor air, and vibration. For this reason, in this study, we tried to emphasize the necessity of environment-friendly access to provide healthy living environment and to reduce the negative effect of housing life in high-rise residences, and find the method to improve environment-friendly quality and health of residents in interior space. Therefore, this study aims to detect the problems and the items to be improved of interior spaces of high-rise residences by quantitative, qualitative analysis of the evaluation elements and the floor planning elements deduced from environment-friendly architectural certification in Korea and the other countries, and suggest the guideline to improve the environment-friendly quality of these interior spaces.

The ship working environment of combat service support boat is very inferior to the ground working environment. For this reason, the crew of a combat service support boat suffer from an occupational disease such as hardness of hearing. Owing to its small size and low status, the improvement of its working and residential environment is occasionally ignored and its indoor noise was not fully investigated. In this study, for improving its residential environment indoor, the indoor noise of its shipboard compartments was analysed.
