격자형 건물 일반화가 도시 주거지 빗물 유출경로의 연속성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Building Generalization in a Lattice Cell Form on the Spatial Connectivity of Overland Storm Waterways in an Urban Residential Area)

  • 도시표면의 건물정보는 빗물의 유출경로이며 또한 격자기반의 수치해석을 위한 빗물흐름과 건물 외곽을 구분하는 경계조건에 해당한다. 경계조건인 건물자료의 왜곡 최소화는 수치해석 결과의 사실성 확보를 위한 필수적 과정이다. 격자기반의 래스터 전환은 건물자료의 왜곡을 유발하기 때문에 왜곡의 정도를 완화시키기 위한 전처리로 건물 일반화가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 건물 일반화가 일반주거지역의 빗물 유출경로 연속성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 적정한 일반화 임계값과 수치해석 격자크기를 제시하고자 한다. 빗물 유출경로 연결성 평가를 위한 설명변수로는 일반화 임계값과 수치계산 격자크기를 사용하는 한편 종속변수로는 격자망의 단절 개수와 단절면적을 사용했다. 적정한 격자크기와 일반화 임계값 선정은 임의 격자크기와 임계값을 적용한 일반화 결과로부터 산출된 건물 면적 변화율과 단절 면적 변화율 각각을 비교하고 크기가 가장 낮은 것으로 하였다. 적정 임계값과 격자크기 범위는 각각 3m와 $5{\times}5m{\sim}10{\times}10m$ 이었다. 이를 적용한 결과 건물면적 증가율은 5%이하 그리고 단절면적 감소율은 94.4%이상이었다. 대상지 토지용도를 구분한 건물 일반화 모의 결과, 아파트 단지인 3종의 건물면적과 빗물 유출경로 연결성은 임계값 10m이하에서 크게 변하지 않았다. 한편 개별 주택인 2종 지역에서는 임계값 3m와 격자크기 $5{\times}5m$을 적용한 모의결과는 단절면적의 감소와 양호한 유출경로 연결성을 보였다.

  • This paper proposes to design the residential power line communication device using Softwire Protocol, which targets the device with 8bit micro-controller and small-size memory based on low-rate power line communication network or wireless communication network. As a case study, the SCP message specification of air-conditioner that has capability of control and monitoring its status is designed using Softwire Protocol. And, it is described how the device operates sequentially.

  • This study examines the Section of 'Housing Regulations' in The Chronicles of the Three States (${\ulcorner}$三國史記${\lrcorner}$ 屋舍條) to verify the residential architecture during the period of the Unified Silla Dynasty. Through the study, the basic architectural terms in the Section of 'Housing Regulations', such as the size of the building, glazing roof tile, animal-shaped ornamental piece on roof ridge, eave purlin, wooden bracket arms, roof decoration, decorative paintings, stone steps, wall structure, blind screen, folding screen, bedstead, and gate are analyzed, interpreted and defined, and, in addition, the forms and styles of the residential architecture during the period of the Unified Silla Dynasty are basically reconstructed.

가족생활주기별 아파트 단위주호 계획요소 선호분석 (An Analysis of the Preferential Unit Planning Components of High-rise Residential Buildings Across Family Life Cycle Stages)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine preferential unit planning components of high-rise residential buildings across family life cycle stages. The questionnaire survey was adopted in this study, and 110 cases were used for data analysis. Based on the age of the oldest child, the family life cycles used in the study were divided into four stages: early childhood, elementary school, adolescence, and adulthood. The findings showed that the preference of the unit planning components across the stages was distinct; families in the stage of early childhood and adolescence had the growing needs for spatial features, and regarded living-related features as important. Families in the stage of adulthood tended to have larger spaces. It was noticed that unit planning components needed to be more differential when the combined effect of both family life cycle stages and housing size was considered.

시설원예의 입지유형 분석 (Analysis of Location Patterns for Protected Horticulture)

  • Location patterns of protected horticulture were analyzed using a multiple correspondence analysis(MCA). The analysis could be used in evaluating location suitability of protected horticulture. The location factors of the protected horticulture for MCA include land category, size of protected horticulture, land slope, topography, effictive soil depth, irrigation and drainage condition, distance from roads, and so forth. The results showed that there were three different location patterns of protected horticulture. The first pattern was characterized by their nearness to villages. The facilities of this pattern were mainly located near to residential area. The second pattern was of those found in plain area. The facilities of this pattern were large in scale and located in paddy field far from residential area. The facilities of the last pattern were small in scale and located on nonpaddy fields. They were mostly found in hilly or mountainous area.

  • An investigation into power conditioners that interface with photovoltaic array and utilities has been completed. The rating for this investigation is residential system(3-5kW) that interface with a 220V single phase utility connection. As the result of this investigation, a 3kW high frequency PWM IGBT inverter feeding a high frequency isolation transformer with a sinusoidal current wave was selected. The output of the transformer rectified with a diode bridge rectifier four IGBT, used as 60Hz switched, reverse the polarity of the rectified current on every other half cycle of the utility voltage. Even though the high frequency link system used more power semiconductors a net size, weight, and parts cost saying result compared to the other systems due to elimination of 60Hz transformer.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest the idea for IAQ improvement of the of officetel which is used by fully or partly residential space. The data was collected from 110 residents by questionnaire survey and an experienced architect by personal interview. The results showed that the IAQ improvement of the officetel with residential usage and residence was urgent. The educational program about maintenance of IAQ for residents was essentially needed. To recommend eco-friendly materials in process of construction was important so as to take precaution against 'sick building syndrome'. It was also necessary to improve on the size, shape, and location of ventilation window.

  • This study intends to make a counterproposal for re-building existing high-rise/high-dense buildings and for planlessly re-constructing multi-dwellings. Also, it proposes the plan instruction fur reconstruction by small collective housings through annexing parcels in the residence Inner area. This study can be summarized as below: (1) Remained site generated by site boundaries can be utilized by annexing two or more parcels. (2) Vacant lots between buildings can be utilized as building space or common space by small-sized annexation. (3) Bad effect of residential environment caused by simultaneous development of total blocks can be minimized. (4) Formation of site size and plane, which are advantageous to reconstruction, is available. (5) Accessibility to neighboring roads can increase. (6) Residents' participation in development can increase in economical and planning aspect. In order to utilize these planning instruction, residents' participation and improved public ownership system for parcel annexation are required.

지역난방 아파트의 난방 관리 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Residential Energy Management of Apartment in the District Heating Area)

  • Household energy consumption had influenced on the ecological system's environment. Household's exceeding energy consumption requires the development of resources and the risk. Thus this study attempted to find the household heating management, The purpose of this study was to investigate the household's heating management in the area of district heating. The major finding were; 1) The district heating was accepted positively and the benefit of this system was utilized very well in the household. 2) Variances in heating energy consumption was explained by the family size at October, residential period at October and November and the temperature of living room at October, November and December. 3) Compaired to central heating apartment, the low heating expenditure was characterize in the household of 4-5 persons, nuclear family at October, moderated heating control, using extra heating facilities at November. An in the December, that household was that husband has graduated college, temperature of the living room was some cold, and house wives was the full-time homemaker.

현대가구에 나타난 모듈라 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Modular System in Contemporary Furniture)

  • The objective of this study is to apply the modular furniture system, which has been developed actively in western Europe and America since 1970's, to Korean contemporary furniture having converted into western style gradually. The factors requiring the modular furniture system in today's residential environment are as follows; 1. Population increase and urbanization 2. Development of industrial technology 3. Improvement of living condition and change of life style. As these factors increase the problem of diminishing space, multiple functional modular furniture concept has become a solution. Reviewing the current scene of the western modular furniture system, it is classified into modular seating system, mopular wall system, modular commode system and modular storage system. Korean wardrobe, which is am mixed style of traditional and contemporary furniture, should change to a closet eventually because of the grand size and unpractical use of space. Since most Korean family, however, have wardrobes already, it will be necessary to have a turning period to systemized the closet space in Korean residential interior. For the turning period, application of the modular wall system would be one answer to substitute the wardrobe.
