구기자 농축액을 첨가한 빵의 관능적 특성 (The Sensual Characteristic of Bread Added Lycii Fructus Concentrate)

  • The bread added Lycii Fructus concentrate(10%) had a lightly dark surface with regard to the lightness of bread, especially Lycii Fructus experiment group was inclined to show low level in yellow chromaticity. The bread texture added Lycii Fructus concentrate was 163.3(g/㎠) in control group. The bread texture added Lycii Fructus concentrate(5%), Lycii Fructus concentrate(10%) was 152.9(g/㎠), 152.6(g/㎠) respectively in control group. In other words, from the result of its hardness, The bread texture added Lycii Fructus concentrate was more soften. The Sensual characteristic of bread added Lycii Fructus concentrate had significant differences in the items concerning the chromaticity, the swelled extent, the uniformity of air space, the flavorless, the softness, the sweetness, the bitter, the preference of bread. In the other hands, this researcher observed its added bread to the naked eye at room temperature(20$\^{C}$). Therefore, there observed with or without yeast in characteristics of stored bread, No yeast had ever been found over whole group for 6 days from the manufactured data. In the 8th days from the stored date, yeast began to be found in the whole group. Into the bargain, this researcher knew that the bread texture added Lycii Fructus concentrate(10%) generated yeast considering it added Lycii Fructus concentrate(10%).

과학기술자 지식 교류 서비스 활성화 요소 비교 연구 (Activation of Knowledge Exchange in the Researcher Community)

  • 학문 분야의 융 복합화가 진행되고 웹 2.0 등장에 따른 온라인 협업 환경이 조성되면서 연구자들의 온라인 지식 교류 활동이 증가하고 있다. 국내에도 다양한 과학기술자 커뮤니티가 존재하나 단순 자료 교환 수준의 교류는 활발하나 고급 지식의 교류는 미약한 편이다. 글로벌 무한 경쟁 시대에 지식을 습득하고 자산화 하는데 소요되는 시간은 연구생산성에 큰 영향을 미치므로 과학기술자들의 온라인 지식 교류 활성화가 매우 중요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술자 지식 교류 서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하고자 참여 활성화, 지식 품질 제고, 교류 신속성을 주안점으로 하여 국내외의 다양한 지식 교류 서비스를 비교 분석하였으며 특히 국내의 대표적 사례인 KOSEN What is? 서비스 운영 사례를 집중 분석하였다. 연구 결과 교류되는 지식의 품질은 필수 조건이며 보다 활성화된 지식 교류를 위해서는 전문가 참여 유도, 전문가 매칭 시스템 개발, 지식 교류의 신속성 강화, 사용성 편의성 증진, 재미 요소 도입 등 다양한 운영 활동이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.

초등 과학 교사들의 교사 공동체 내에서의 학습의 특징과 인식적 믿음의 변화 (Characteristics of Teacher Learning and Changes in Teachers' Epistemic Beliefs within a Learning Community of Elementary Science Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of teacher learning and changes in teachers' epistemic beliefs within a learning community of elementary science teachers. Three in-service elementary teachers who majored in elementary science education in a doctoral course of a graduate school of education participated in the study, and learning activities in the teachers' beginning learning community provided a context for the study. Data sources included field notes produced by the researcher who engaged jointly in the teacher learning community as a coach, audio-recordings of the teachers' narratives, and artifacts generated by the teachers during the process of teacher learning. Complementary analyses of these multiple sources of data revealed that epistemic beliefs of the three elementary teachers were different and that each teacher made a different plan of science instruction based on his own epistemic belief even after the learning experiences within the teacher community. It was therefore suggested that science teacher education programs should be organized in consideration of the nature of teachers as constructivist learners and their practical resources.

해외 의용소방대 활동의 운영체계 비교 고찰에 관한 연구 (Study on the Comparative Consideration of the Operative System of the Overseas Volunteer Fire Department)

  • 본 연구는 일본과 미국 의용소방대의 운영체계 전반에 관한 비교 고찰을 통해 우리나라 의용소방대의 개선방안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 관련 학술논문, 선행 연구논문, 국가기관 발간 책자, 소방관련 서적 및 일본 소방단 신입단원용 교재, 해외 연수보고서 등의 문헌조사 연구방법에 따른 기술적 접근방법을 활용하였고, 우리나라 의용소방대의 효율적 운영을 위한 개선방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과는, 첫째, 지역사회의 공동체 의식 강화 및 의용소방대의 위상 정립 둘째, 의용소방대 활동영역의 구조 구급분야 확대 운영 셋째, 의용소방대 현장 전문교육 훈련지도 전담팀 확대 설치 운영 넷째, 개별적 보상방법 개선과 의용소방대의 정체성 인식 및 재정적 지원 강화이다. 본 연구결과는 향후, 우리나라 의용소방대 발전을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

상황학습을 통한 과학 도슨트의 전문성 연구 (The Study of Science Docents' Expertise through Situated Learning)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore how science docents developed their expertise in the context of situated learning where two experienced docents played roles of mentors. Two experienced docents as mentors and six participating docents as mentees interacted in the community to develop exhibition interpretation strategies to be more professional in interacting with visitors through the workshops developed by the researcher. To figure out how docents developed their expertise in exhibit interpretation, the researcher collected the data from docents through observation, artifacts, and interviews as well as surveys. The result of this study included that participating docents formed new perception about scientific inquiry as well as scientific literacy and they developed professional skills of planning, implementing, and reflecting of exhibition interpretation in the context of situated learning, where docents formed alliance one another. It is recognized that participating docents' passions to be professional in exhibition interpretation and two experienced docents' wills as mentors made dynamic interaction in pursuing the same aim of docents' expertise in exhibition interpretation.

국제 결혼한 한국남성의 결혼해체에 관한 연구 (A Study on Life History of Intermarried Korean Men's Family Dissolution)

  • This study explored the life histories of intermarried Korean men for more than one year before and after their family dissolution. Researcher had in-depth interviews with participants who were selected by purposive sampling from the intermarried Korean men with dissoluted family conditions. Researcher employed the holistic-content approach to analyze the interviewed materials. Mandelbaum(1973)'s conceptual framework-dimensions, turnings, and adaptions-has been taken to present the analyzed contents. The dimensions of men consisted of 'request of continuous money', 'limitation of comprehensible communucation', 'premise terminated marriage: leaving home', 'inassurance of marriage maintenance'. Turnings involved 'abandoned person', 'parents' excessive protection', 'community among themselves', and 'greedy mediator'. Adaptions were observed by 'various feeling card', 'worrying about men's child', 'expecting the future', and 'stopping on foreigner as a partner'. Discussion and suggestion were presented on the basis of these findings: examination of marriage genuineness, Korean men's preparation of marriage, intervention and service for their mental health, supports for their children and strengthen of multicultural family center's function for dissolved family.

지역기반 사회환경교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구-생태보전시민모임 숲속 자연학교 사례- (A Case Study of the Community-based Nonformal Environmental Education Program Development-On the Case of the Nature School in the Forest-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the program development process of a nonformal environmental education(EE) program in detail. For the purpose, following research questions were answered in "the Nature School in the Forest" program in Eco-Club 1) What is the program development process? 2) What is the role of staffs, program developers, in the program development process? What are the meanings of their pedagogical approach? 3) With the findings of this study, how is the researcher able to develop ground theory for community-based nonformal EE, and to promote theoretical discussion for field improvement? The data were mainly gathered through participation observation and unstructured interview. And the data were analyzed by qualitative techniques such as clustering, factoring, noting pattern and themes, seeing plausibility, making metaphors, and building logical chain of evidence. The following conclusion comes out of the findings of this study. "The Nature School in the Forest" program is a educational device which the community-based NGO chose as a strategy to change individuals and community with its ideological purpose. And the program development process was the contiuous group decision-making process among staffs and volunteers. Consequently "the Nature School in the Forest" program is a circulated process of the voluntary activists training and their participation in program operation.

농촌지역 빈집 활용 마을만들기 추진과정에서 NPO의 역할 - 일본 NPO법인오노미치빈집재생프로젝트 사례로 - (Roles of NPO at Community-Building Project by Using Rural Vacant Houses - Focused on 'Vacant House Recreation Project of Japan's NPO Corporation' in Onomichi, Hiroshima)

  • This study has analyzed overseas projects of building rural communities using vacant houses. It is aimed at identifying the roles of NPO in the community-building projects and providing implications applicable to Korea. In recent years, there has been a spike in the number of vacant houses in rural areas. It is due to rapid urbanization and uneven distribution of the population across the country. Those are the reasons that prompted community-building projects. To solve the vacant house issue, there has been rising interest in building communities through vacant houses as rural resources and effectively integrating them as useful resources. However, the roles of key entity that pursues community-building projects using vacant houses have not been discussed sufficiently. Thus, this study deals with the 'Vacant House Recreation Project of NPO Corporation in Onomichi' in Hiroshima, Japan. Through the case study, the following are introduced as NPO's roles in community-building projects using vacant houses. First, pursuing promotion and attracting attention by making the utilization of vacant houses sensational; system improvement; offering information. Second, enhancing the perception of local residents by offering local services using vacant houses; offering community-building items. Third, forming a place of public discussion to solve conflicts during community-building projects using vacant houses; offering alternatives to building communities. Above all, such roles have led to the key status of NPO during its community-building projects using vacant houses. It offers the following implication for Korea: Future vacant house-related policies for rural revitalization should be done from community-building standpoint and include establishing the roles of NPO.

조선산업 구조조정과 지역사회 협력구조에 관한 연구 -거제시 신현읍을 사례로 - (A Study on the Restructuring of Shipbuilding Industry and the Structure of Community Cooperation - The Case of Sinhyeon-eup in Geoje, Korea -)

  • 본 연구는 조선산업의 구조조정과 지역사회 협력구조 특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 신현읍은 조선 대기업의 입지로 급격한 사회$\cdot$경제적 변화를 경험하였다. 우리 나라보다 먼저 구조조정을 경험한 일본의 경우, 분업화와 집적화를 통한 조선산업의 입지구조재편과 기업-지방정부-지역주민의 협력관계를 발전시켜 왔다. 우리나라 조선산업 구조조정은 대기업의 경영환경 개선이 핵심이었기 때문에 기업간$\cdot$지역간 집적화나 협력구조가 정착되지 못하였다. 기업과 지역사회의 유기적 협력구조가 대규모 구조조정 이전에 구축된 일본의 경우와는 달리, 우리나라 조선산업도시는 구조조정에 따른 지역사회의 위기의식에서 기업-지역사회 협력구조가 출발하였다. 조선 대기업이 입지한 신현읍 지역은 중핵기업을 중심으로 구축된 생산영역간 연결고리는 회고하지만, 지역사회 협력구조는 미약한 현실이다. 기업, 공공기관, 지역주민, 지역전문가 등이 참여하는 로컬 거버넌스로서의 지역사회 협력구조는 지역사회의 응집력 강화뿐만 아니라, 산업도시가 직면한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 합리적 통로가 될 수 있을 것이다.

사이코드라마의 자발성과 창조성 개념으로 바라본 기숙형 단과대학 신입생들의 공동체의식 함양을 위한 제언 (Suggestions to Cultivate Community Spirits for Residence College Freshmen with the Concepts of Spontaneity and Creativity in Psychodrama)

  • 본 연구는 공동체의식의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 현시점에서 D대학의 기숙형 단과대학에 입소한 신입생들의 공동체의식 수준과 이들과 가장 긴밀한 상호작용을 하고 있는 가족, 학과, 기숙형 단과 대학 내에서의 생활만족도 변화에 따른 공동체의식의 차이를 살펴보고자 시도되었다. 그 결과, 신입생들의 전체 공동체의식 수준은 평균 3.66으로 다소 높은 수준임을 알 수 있었다. 가족, 학과, 기숙형 단과대학 내에서의 생활만족도 변화에 따른 공동체의식 수준의 차이분석 결과, 가족생활 만족수준이 낮아졌다고 응답한 학생의 경우 그리고 학과생활이나 기숙형 단과대학 내에서의 생활만족수준이 높아졌다고 응답한 학생의 경우 공동체의식 수준이 더 높은 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구자는 사이코드라마의 자발성과 창조성 개념을 통한 기숙형 단과대학 신입생들의 공동체의식 함양을 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다.
