We carry out numerical simulations of the responses of planar metamaterials composed of metamolecules under obliquely incident terahertz waves. A Fano-like-resonant planar metamaterial, with two types of resonance modes originating from the two meta-atoms constituting the meta-molecules, exhibits high performance in terms of resonance strength, as well as the outstanding ability to manipulate the resonance frequency by varying the incident angle of the terahertz waves. In the structure, the fundamental electric dipole resonance associated with Y-shaped meta-atoms is highly tunable, whereas the inductive-capacitive resonance of C-shaped meta-atoms is relatively omnidirectional. This is attributed to the electric near-field coupling between the two types of meta-atoms. Our work provides novel opportunities for realizing terahertz devices with versatile functions, and for improving the versatility of terahertz sensing and imaging systems.

AI-powered robot news is drawing attention as artificial intelligence technology is fully spread in the news distribution field. Robot news still has many technical and ethical problems, but academic research on this is insufficient. This study analyzes the issue of robot writing in artificial intelligent based robot journalism industry using SWOT analysis. As a result, the advantages of big data processes, accurate information gathering, high efficiency and disadvantages such as lack of independent arguments and lack of evidence and opportunities for technical development, government support, academic development, and industrial applications, and threats such as uncritical acceptance and lack of talent have been found. This study suggests three future-oriented directions, such as human-machine collaboration, intelligent news, and chat-bot, through previous studies on the development direction of robot journalism-based article writing.

The importance of corporate culture for its development has always been a classic research. Through excellent corporate culture, we can analyze the secrets of company success and provide important reference significance for other company brands. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has greatly increased its international recognition with its excellent efficacy, which has brought development opportunities to the TCM industry. The object of this research is the Beijing Tongrentang Group Co., Ltd. Tongrentang is a representative of Chinese time-honored brands in TCM industry. It has a development history of more than 350 years. It carries the traditional Chinese culture and Chinese medicine culture. The corporate culture of Tongrentang was thus extended and developed into 'Benevolence & love', 'Honesty & trustworthiness' and 'Quality first'. We can see that a good corporate culture is particularly important. This paper studies the unique Corporate culture of Tongrentang, and the reasons of company success. Hoping to help the company through this paper, so as to improve the company in the future. And put forward a certain practical significance and value.

This research aims to increase understanding of family participation in special education programs, to gain a deeper understanding of the programs themselves, and to determine the consequences of the research findings. It addresses the opportunities for families to participate in their children's learning journey and focuses on enhancing the experience of families participating in the education of students with intellectual disabilities. This study interviews four teachers of students with intellectual disabilities, and three important themes emerge from their discussion of whether parents should participate in special education programs for their children. The findings of this study have several important implications for future practice.

Purpose: This study explores the effect of employee's growth needs strength on counterproductive work behaviors. Perceived job insecurity was also examined as a moderating variable on the relationship between the two variables. Research Design, data and methodology: This study collected 108 data samples from working individuals from South Korea. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Hierarchical regression analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0. Results: Our research results indicated that employee's growth needs strength has a negative effect on counterproductive work behaviors. Perceived job insecurity moderates the relationship between the two variables. Conclusions: Organizations should focus on creating growth opportunities for employees, since facilitating employee's growth need strength will counteract the desire to engage in behaviors that can be detrimental to the organization. and its members.

The purpose of this study is to objectively grasp the effect of the engineering education innovation support project among the national engineering-related financial support projects by dividing the groups according to the participation of support projects from 2018 to 2020 and dividing the university performance. As a result of the research the engineering education innovation support project has been consistently producing excellent results of field-based engineering education such as field-oriented industrial-educational collaboration capstone design, technology commercialization, and development and operation of corporate-linked education. It was found that the results showed that the dropout rate of college were lowered. In the future, it needs to be prepared as a place for new and free trials, innovations, and opportunities so that the engineering education innovation support projects can become the mother of other business groups.

Purpose: This study explored the values and attitudes toward the death of paramedic students. It comprehensively investigated paramedic students' first encounters with death during their clinical practice. Methods: Between December 2022 and January 2023, in-depth interviews were conducted with seven paramedic students who underwent clinical practice. Their experiences with death and grievances were explored by applying Colaizzi's (1978) phenomenological research method. Results: After exploring and analyzing the collected data, the context and meaning of the phenomenon were integrated. Resultingly, five major categories and 16 subcategories were derived. Conclusion: Universities should introduce a practical curriculum on experiences with death to reduce the negative emotions associated with death that paramedic students experience during their clinical practice and convert them into opportunities for reflection and growth.

A lithium metal anode with high energy density has the potential to revolutionize the field of energy storage systems (ESS) and electric vehicles (EVs) that utilize rechargeable lithium-based batteries. However, the formation of lithium dendrites during cycling reduces the performance of the battery while posing a significant safety risk. In this review, we discuss various strategies for achieving dendrite-free lithium metal anodes, including electrode surface modification, the use of electrolyte additives, and the implementation of protective layers. We analyze the advantages and limitations of each strategy, and provide a critical evaluation of the current state of the art. We also highlight the challenges and opportunities for further research and development in this field. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the different approaches to achieving dendrite-free lithium metal anodes, and to guide future research toward the development of safer and more efficient lithium metal anodes.

The use of medicinal food, food supplements and nutraceuticals is steadily increasing worldwide. These products are derived from a variety of sources of ethnic traditions and new research findings. They are being utilised in a diverse range of preventive and therapeutic situations. Because of this increased interest there is greater use of multiple natural products simultaneously. The use of combinations needs to be treated with circumspection. Mixing may have no unexpected consequences or it may have rather unanticipated beneficial outcomes. Just as likely are deleterious effects from combining the intake of natural products. Recent research has been quite useful in the characterisation of the consequences of some of these combinations and examples will be presented.

Urban Informatics, the application of data science methodologies to the urban development and planning domain, has been increasingly adopted to improve the management and efficiency of cities. This paper introduces state of the art use cases in major cities including New York, London, Seoul and Amsterdam. It also introduces recent advances in using Big Data by multi-lateral institutions for poverty reduction, and startups utilizing open data initiatives to create new value and insights. Preliminary research performed on using Seoul's open data such as building permit data and health code violations are also introduced to demonstrate opportunities in this relatively new but promising area of research.
